Was difficult to even find how to get into the parking lot. Delivery truck was in the way of the drive thru. Employees took forever to take my order. Food n prices were fine, coffee was delicious but assortment of donuts wasn't actually assorted. Also I didn't receive any Napkins.

they lobby was closed there was a truck in the middle that I can barely can drive Thur and I go thru the drive thru and they don't have donuts wow 😳 I drove 10 min out of my way to get here and this happen

Dunkin donuts used to be so good in the 80s boy how they have fallen. Their donuts taste like cardboard with no sugar. Worst maple iced donut I've ever had, not sweet at all. Like a dinner roll with no sugar or a piece of cardboard. This location is always out of everything and doesn't have a big selection anyway. Will not be back,to any Dunkin donuts.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm really getting sick of this. I ordered DoorDash. I ordered a blueberry muffin and I got a croissant roll instead, they also didn't have any donuts available, and I'm pretty upset about it.

I went to the one on western this morning thr girl in the window looked like she just woke up and i ordered a large latte and they gave me a small. I believe i should be credited or a refund horrible

staff is just so rude. 50 year old adults that have no concept of customer service.

I am writing to express deep concern regarding a recent interaction with a staff member at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 2823 Western Ave, Amarillo, TX 79109. This incident occurred on 12/27/2025. I ordered two donuts and a bottle of Mountain Dew. I was provided with my order, and as I drove away and took a sip of the Mountain Dew, I noticed it was flat and had a listed expiration date of 11/03/2025, approximately 1 month, 24 days expired. Upon learning I had been provided with an expired food item, I drove back to the location and stopped at the drive-thru speaker. I told the female employee I had an issue with my order and was going to pull up to the window to discuss it. As I pulled up to the window, I was met with a hostile attitude from the young, medium-tone skin employee with piercings and wearing a black ‘Ghost Face’ t-shirt, an employee that seems to be mentioned in numerous negative reviews… I explained my issue and she told me that I should’ve waited at the speaker for her to listen to me and then pull forward. I was going to have to pull forward and speak to her regardless, so I view this as a moot point. I handed her my expired drink and asked if it could be replaced. She stated: “the drink options haven’t changed since you ordered” at which time I asked for something current and not expired. She provided me with a Pepsi that was current, and yelled at me, stating the following: “Next time, wait at the speaker and don’t be a dickhead about it”. She finished her statement by slamming the drive thru window shut before I could respond, obviously trying to get the last word in. I had tried to order donuts on the morning of 12/25/2025 at the same location, at which time the same staff member had informed me they were out of donuts. The store lobby has been closed for months and the staff do not allow customers to come inside to order. I have serious concern for the unhinged behavior of this female employee and her uncalled treatment of a regular customer. Be careful when ordering here!

Dunkin needs to shut this place down and pull franchise license - lobby is never open, store hours are not what’s advertised, drive up lane has HUGE potholes, employees not wearing hair covers for long stringy hair I will never be back and purchase anything from this Location in Amarillo Tx

Went in the morning and got some coffee and donuts for me and my daughter and when we got home, my daughter got her donuts and found a HAIR inside her donut 🤢🤮 how gross is that? Never again gonna buy anything from this place again, ( this happened (11/8) plus they say they open at 6am and when I drive by there around 6:10am I always wanna stop there before work for coffee, the lights are off from the building like wth? idk how this place stays open

Wow! I have been to this location a few times, during business hours, and the doors are locked! Drive thru is' open', but they don't have the food available. Service, if you can call it that, is non-existent. We called by phone to pre-order something (they are a Baskin -Robins also), but were simply hung up on. A called corporate to let them know the situation but haven't been back to see if it's been fixed.

Bad customer service! They have very rude staff especially the girl with all the pierces on her face is extremely rude and hateful. Also lobby is always closed the parking lot has potholes all over the place. Afraid to drive through parking lot.Because you will damage your car

Have only been to Dunkin twice in my life. The first was at this location was a couple of years ago and service was terrible, was out of everything I asked for. Decided to give them a second chance and go for an after school snack with my son. The lobby was closed. They stated they couldn’t make a shake. They didn’t have the drink I requested. The lady taking the order was rude and very unprofessional. I will not be giving this location a third chance.

Our place to order online for two dozen assorted donuts and a coffees. The total before tax for the two dozen donuts with 17.98. Upon arrival the manager claimed I had only ordered one and would have to pay for another if I wanted two dozen. I'm unsure if employee theft is taking place, but something clearly doesn't add up!
