The Caprese piadina was amazing! The bread is thin and crispy. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I can't wait to come back and have more!

I only ordered coffee there - cappuccino and espresso. It was the Italian coffee brand illy. I really got good coffee! 5 stars!

My husband and I just tried this place for lunch. The staff is very polite and the food is delicious! I got the California and he got the Austin. The Austin was especially good and he subbed out the basil pesto for the creamy hot sauce which made it super yummy. Definitely coming back here!

We enjoyed our sandwich. My adult daughter really likes this place. My first time as I live in South County. The people that work here are very nice. I liked their customer service. I would go again. They look like they have some nice options and everything tasted very fresh.

I absolutely love this place. Their bread is so delicious and the texture and consistency of the bread is addicting. My favorite is the Torino. The sandwich could use a little more truffle oil but you'll be surprised how filling their sandwich is for its size. I could have this for lunch 5 days in a row! California is also a good choice.

Holy Balogne it was amazing!!!! Today was my first time ever trying Piadina and it will NOT be my last. The crust tasted like the mixture of pizza dough and a flour tortilla. Ingredients are all fresh and taste amazing. I can't wait to try more! I got the number 8!

I absolutely love Piadina. The food is consistently excellent and the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. My parents live abroad, and every time they visit, this is one of their favorite places to eat — it’s honestly one of the healthiest and highest-quality options we can find. I was also very happy to see that you recently added a premium, high-quality steak to the menu. It’s a great addition and fits perfectly with the quality standards of the restaurant. The only challenge I’ve encountered is with online ordering. At the moment, the steak option is not available online (only brisket appears), and the platform mainly offers “add-ons” but doesn’t allow for easy substitutions or removals. There’s also no option to request no dressing, which makes it harder to customize orders. Because I truly love this place and order from here often, I’d love to see some improvements in the online menu — more flexibility with substitutions, removals, and full access to the in-store menu items. I believe this would make ordering even more efficient and enjoyable for customers. Thank you for the amazing food and for maintaining such high standards. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My girl and I just discovered this hidden gem, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! The staff is ridiculously polite (like, we-feel-guilty-for-not-tipping-enough polite), and the food? Absolutely scrumptious! I opted for the California, but the real MVP was my girl's Austin sandwich. She made the genius move of swapping out the basil pesto for creamy hot sauce, and BAM! Flavor explosion! We're already planning our next visit, and I'm pretty sure we'll be back for more of that Austin goodness.

Looking for a "Different" Italian Sandwich? Piadina is the place. Fresh Italian flatbread from the Romagna region filled with a variety of quality ingredients like the Prosciutto di Parma (one of my favorites). Italian beer and wines are available as well as soft drinks. I love their homemade apricot crostata. It is great with a cappuccino or an expresso. Also recommendable is their homemade Pesto. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy!

Which I never thought I would say about a basic chain restaurant like subway. First of all, you can still get the breakfast options here. So many other Subways have gotten rid of the breakfast option. The guy who works late nights is super cool and friendly, and also made me a great sandwich. You can tell he takes pride in his work, everything at the store was clean and in place. Overall, best and most memorable Subway experience I have had in a long time, even though that sounds funny to say. By far the best affordable late night food in the area.

This place is kind of hit and miss. Some of the sandwiches are very flavorful but others (The Torino) are bland. Very overpriced for what you are getting. Customer service is usually very friendly but there are 2 individuals who are pretty rotten.

Ordered the Kale + Chickpeas Salad with Chicken. The chicken was standard quality with a nice texture. The kale was great, fresh, crunchy, yummy greens. The salad could have used more parmesan and sundried tomatoes but it went well. the Chickpeas were by far the highlight, a funny and healthy addition. What turned me off the was the lemon vinegarrette. It did not pair well to me, I felt like a more caloric but more flavorful dressing would have done a lot for the dish. Very clean restaurant, very nice staff, and affordable. I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu soon!

Love coming here for their sandwiches. My favorite is the California (as pictured). I think the biggest selling point for the sandwiches is the flat bread. It's made to order everyone. The crust is crispy and chewy. It's very very good! There are also many other options to choose. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good sandwich or two.

I tried Piadina for the first time. I liked the flat bread because it had a crispy but chewy texture. I liked that the sandwich also had pesto sauce in it. I wasnt a fan of their soda fountain called Batch. I can go elsewhere for less. I'll have to revisit in another few months.

I was very excited to find such a specifically regional Italian specialty here in OC but unfortunately I was disappointed with the overall experience. The piadina flat bread is definitely the highlight of the menu. It is flaky, crispy, and light, the way it should be. Their selection of authentic Italian ingredients is great, I just wish the sandwiches were filled a little more generously. Especially the simpler sandwiches like the Alpi definitely could’ve used more meat. The non-Italian sandwiches should be avoided. There’s nothing special about those ingredients except the bread. If you’re going here, I would recommend getting something with the Piadina bread. We got the “California” piadina and it very lackluster in terms of flavor and ingredient quality.

Taste is Amazing. But if I pay almost $20 for a sandwhich Im expectimg the meat to be much heartier and maybe $.75 to a buck of avovado.. Havent had that issue before but it was late on a friday. Im giving the benefit of the doubt and one more go around to make sure..

First of all, the food is wonderful. I lived in Italy for awhile, so this is great. However, tonight I went with my family and we got there about 7:40 pm, we saw it closed at 8:00 pm, but thought it would still be ok. We go in and order, start eating etc. At 8:00 pm on the dot, one of the employees comes over to us and said they close at 8:00 and basically that we needed to leave. We probably would have been finished in about 5-10 minutes. But no, we had to go outside in the cold and finish our meal. We could understand if we came in at 8:00 pm, but we came in before and were nearly finished when they kicked us out. I’ve never seen a restaurant do that before.

Hardly any meat in my salad and very expensive ! The place isn't anything special on the inside, either. The tables weren't very clean and the chairs weren't very comfortable. I'm not likely to return.

The sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. Very skimpy on the ingredients. Sandwich was supposed to have cheese and had almost none. They were nice and remade it for me, but it still didn’t taste great.

The piadina is very far from the one we eat in Italy. We are in the US so it's understandable. What is not understandable is why the ingredients are so scarce, lots of rucola and that's it, cheese invisible, it was supposed to have mozzarella but could not find it. Considering the quality, the price is very expensive. Artificial ingredients, not healthy as it should be, and it tastes like cardboard. They provided literally just one drop of oil (a cheap one of course). Staff is rude. Not coming back. Good luck!

Long black hair in my sandwich. I called to let them know and the girl was SO rude, didn't even apologize, she said "okay. I'll refund you." Asked for my name gave the refund and hung up. No goodbye or anything. Neither of the workers were wearing hairnets. Eat here at your own risk.

first time going and i was pretty excited to try it out. Got a few recs but decided to go with Alpi. smoked prosciutto smoke mozzarella arugula and tomato. I wish i took a photo of what i got legit 3 small strands of cheese on each side looked like shredded mozzarella from ralph’s. I asked if i could get a little more bc it was so absurd how little cheese was on it and they said it was extra charge. If it was like at least a slice of cheese i wouldn’t have bothered but it didn’t even add up to a slice of cheese. And sauce is also extra charge. Idek what the sauce tastes like. I got the sauce but not worth imo. just overall i’d rather go to another sandwich place or even another italian sandwich shop.

This place was HORRIBLE! The guy gave me such a dirty look, I just ordered a large pizza and it cost 25 bucks! The pizza box came in a pretty small box but I was like okay it’s fine but right after I opened it, the pizza was a literal extra small pizza. And the Diet Coke tasted like laundry detergent. Never coming here again. Wouldn’t recommend. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!

The first customer service .. didn't great the customer at all as I stood there for now than 5 min .. then had the audacity to give me attitude because she doesn't listen .. multiple times I repeated myself yet still proceeded to try and put something on the sandwich that I literally just told her I wanted .. I said pepper Jack cheese multiple times then she proceeds to ask what type of cheese within milliseconds of me saying pepper Jack cheese .. then starts to grab the shredded cheese and I had to stop her .. and say I said pepper Jack cheese .. there was nobody else there so it wasn't busy ... Then I asked Michelle for it toasted which she then tried to start putting veggies i had to again repeat myself and say I said toasted .. not to mention the cross contaminated produce which tells me they don't care to even clean .. at the end of it I will no longer be going to Subway .. it's overpriced and all the locations have horrible customer service Subway hopefully will go out of business soon

I never even ordered. It's rude and very unprofessional to not even acknowledge a customer. So I thought about it, do I really want to give you my business and you can't even say hello or give me I'll be right with you. Nothing, so If I could give a zero or a minus 5 I totally would do so.....

I went in the afternoon and my mother and I were the only people in the store. The woman helping was not helpful and rushing us. The food was good but terrible service.

I went in to get my sandwich and asked for extra olives and was told that they have to out 4 olives. She out four more and stated that, that was all she could put and no more. I feel that when paying for your food you should be able to get it exactly how you want it with certain limits of course but to limit olives which 1 olive is already sliced into 4 pieces is crazy. But I will just stop coming to this particular Subway and find another. And this sucks because we were planning our office party and was going to place our order at this location. We will find another location that can honor our request in the future.
