Like that it's open 24 hours but at night the line tends to get long and the wait is a few minutes but they get the food out to you fast.

Love this particular JITB! Food is always Hot & Fresh. Unfortunately the parking lot is a little "Iffy" safety wise for some people. Just keeping it 100!
As usual I can Only Share my experience with this JITB, My Chicken Sandwich was at the properly warmth with the right amount of sauce and pickles, I recommend it.
The food at this Jack in the Box is significantly better than all the other locations in the area. They actually care about preparing the food right.

First thing she did was lock the window like I was going to steal something. So I asked her why was the door lock and she go say that she is short staff. I had counted five people working there at 8:00pm . Patty have poor customer service skills she needs to be fired

Hands ...the morning manager is great ... I wish j&b had more like her ... a professional all the way... I had a problem with my food ... my fault... I dropped it on the floor...ooops!!! Without batting an eye she solved it... its great to know their are folks that represent themselves & their employers with great work ethics...
My overall experience with Uncle Jack is good ! I love the app because it mskes everything simple and quick and I recommen you get the app so you can get your food fast, that's of course you five minutes at least head start cuz some foods takes awhile ! But love Uncle Jack and some of their food and the service ! See you soon Uncle J 😂
The staff here is great led by Mirna Sonia and Maria. It's always a pleasant experience. Ramon is always great when taking my orders and making my food. 5 stars!!!

The Gentleman that works late night drive thru is the best. He's on point and very nice. It's nice to go through a drive thru and actually have a nice experience. So I thought I would give him a shout out.
Most locations around this area claim that they are open, but its not true, Im assuming that due to staffing issues and how it might be unsafe. I travel a lot around the Los Angeles Metropolitan and usually leave my home around 4:30am. It is hard to find business open for a quick, warm meal before being stuck in traffic for hours. This location was open as advertised, but not only that, workers looked clean and presentable even around this time. Food looked fresh for what you can expect, and employees had a nice attitude for being this time of the day. The only recommendation from me would be to give a raise to these workers on this shift or at least be sure to pay them appropriately if thats not the case.
The Butter Jack is absolutely DELICIOUS and the curly fries.. better than Arbys. Just saying. Come to Rochester N.Y...please

The service was less than good, our purchase was greasy and leaked all over us in our car this being said we always came to this location in the pass. Sorry Jack we will not be coming back

The employees at this jack in the box are very nice and keep the dining area/restrooms clean! The only thing that bums me out about this jack in the box is they stop serving milkshakes at a certain hour to a certain hour for machine maintenance.
I usually visit this location after 10pm since I get out of work and it's on the way home. What I recommend is to go through the drive thru instead of eating inside the establishment. They heavily prioritize the drive thru orders. Ive had to wait inside for about 10 mins to order because everyone was taking care of the drive thru orders and couldn't help the other three customers beside me inside.
Service was alright, feels rushed most of the time, forgot the straw and napkins. Told me every thing was in the bag and it was not, i was in a hurry didn't have time to check

Good. Air conditioned. Manager actively working with employees. She was showing a newbie how to work a specific part of the register. Clocking in and out. Clean and handsome inside.
Fries are always toooooo salty. They get orders wrong often. Their lobby is closed randomly and not open at the hours of operation they say they should be open.
If you're going to take another car's order while we wait for the card to process and to get our food ready, close the window. We're not going anywhere without our food/cards, and it's kind of rude.
Clean Diner very friendly and super cold dining room for hot weather is perfect highly recommend this place for a dining room to cool off eat a good meal tickly that day the AC might have been at its top peak

It's okay. It's Jack in the Box. There's not really much to report, other than they are mostly getting my orders correct now. It used to be I could never get my order right. I would read it on the screen it would be correct, they'd still give me the wrong order. LOL. There was also a problem with communication, when people that weren't fluent in English would use the speaker to take orders, it was really hard then. It seems they don't do that too much anymore. All in all the food is good or mediocre. It's Jack in the Box. Nothing fantastic nothing bad EDIT; Reading the review under mine reminded me of how rude these people can be. My daughter and a family friend went through the drive-thru and ordered food. My daughter needed to go to the bathroom. She was in pajama pants. She had just left here and went to get breakfast at Jack in the Box. When she walked in to use the bathroom, they wouldn't let her. They said she had to buy food. She said that she did buy food and was parked in the parking lot. They gave her such a hard time and would not let her use the bathroom, because she was wearing pajama pants , I suppose, because they bought food for 6 people so it wasn't that. They were incredibly rude and refused to give her the managers name and both laughed about it. They were saying derogatory things in Spanish. My kids look white and for the most part, are, but all 3 are bilingual. My daughter understood what they were saying. They had to no right to say any of it. Gonna lose 2 stars. The thing is, at the time, my daughter had a kidney infection and when I heard how she was treated, I was furious. I can't believe I forgot about that. I meant to complain. It was a year ago. When my daughter asked for the manager's name to complain they wouldn't give it to her. I'm going to take away a star for that because that made me angry. We spend money at that Jack in the Box probably three times a week for you many years. That was uncalled for.
Sometimes when I go to Jack In The Box 3 tacos is a little cold and don't have enough hot sauce or they chicken tenders or fried too hard or undercook even one time in curly fries is never right.
Service was okay But walked in at about 930am and they were making food while scrubbing floors u can clearly see the chemicals splashing around Also if ur planning on coming to use the restroom only dont u have to buy something. They have their preference on who they let in even without a purchase
The service is not bad but the fatigue of the few employees is noticeable. As I had a lot of time waiting for the food to be ready, I noticed that the cashier handled money and food without changing gloves. At the same time I saw another employee handling garbage and food without changing gloves as well.
This place always and I do mean always mess up your order, even if you walk in a order. The food always taste old and when you ask for fresh they get upset, even though I am the one ordering it. I have gotten into yelling matches with drive thru cashiers. But over all, this is closes fast-food location my children enjoy. I mean how do you mess up a oder?
Not a fan of this location. I've had two orders that have made me sick. Today, I had a very hot Jumbo Jack with large fries, which did not taste as good as in other locations. An hour later, I got a stomach ache and was in the bathroom for a while. The workers seem nice, but I think this place needs a little more quality control. Maybe I was just unlucky and got two bad orders in a row.
I came here at the drive thru lady was holding up the line talking with her boy friend didn’t care and didn’t want to serve me when I complained don’t recommend coming here.
Everytime i go the order is always wrong and have missing items, always waiting a long time for them to answer at the drive through and never seem to know what they’re doing

Hi the reason I am posting this review is because I just got home with incomplete order. I noticed that every time I go there I can say never get a complete order… I want to ask the owner or Manager to pay more attention on there employees I am just saying because this should not be happening too sick and tired of sht going how sad
My parents asked for 10 piece of Chicken Nuggets and Reg. Milk Shake. Instead we got a 5 piece of Chicken Nuggets and no Milk Shake. We also got two late night munchies and four tacos and we still paid extra. It was $21.09 + taxes. This is a place I like to eat after school too. I don’t know if I want to go here anymore.
Called 5 times with no one in their driveway just to see if the lobby was still open, and they never answered. Poor service, I would give a half star if I was able to, just for them existing, nothing more.
This is the best JIB ever until tonight. The night staff was rude and mean. I love coming here but I will think twice if I happen to work late and think of here. I don't need an attitude.
The lady that was at the desk on the location at Bellflower blvd. Was so rude with my child and yelling to him because he was frizing cause he din't ear her or understand which so I din'. I have been there twice to find the drive thru closed and the last time two days ago both drive thru and dining room were closed....they just leave a car with no driver parked in the drive thru and no one answers when we knocked on the door.. (we walked )....
Horrible. They are always out of something. Food is cold most of the time. They give wrong items. You guys cry you want more money per hour whennyou can't dona simple job. Pathetic!!!
I had an emergency for the restroom! I get an Indian Lady, I assume is the manager that tells me that I cannot use the restroom unless I order something first. It's for paying customers only! Well Dawn! I'm not carrying a bag, no purse so she can't assume I'm a hobo. What the HELL is happening to America!!? Since I haven't ordered anything, I sure want now after feeling pushed to order first. WOWWWW!
The ALWAYS over cook their burgers. They use a timer system that burns the food. The burgers are always well done which ruins the food.
Horibble service! Never in my life have I been treated like this. We needed to place a big order, there's no one behind us, and the lady was rushing us.

When I received my food I had asked the other employee for ketchup and she literally threw it inside my bag, i asked for at least 2-3 more ketchup bags since she only gave me one and her answer was a simply “NO”. Really terrible customer service from Kevin @store 17600. Drive thru order #130. 9:24am. Very rude and careless and impatient behavior. Roled his eyes when I addressed him about the situation. If you don't enjoy your, quit maybe instead of treating customers like they are a problem?
Normally don't complain, but the older lady working the drive thru was extremely rude when I asked for taco sauce and thousand Island. She did explain they don't have thousand island and that's cool, but she said it such a way as if I was annoying her that I even asked. Seemed as if she was hating even being there working at that moment.
My Jumbo Jack looked sad. It was sloppy and lacking. What really irked me was the employee at the drive thru window. She asked me for my card pin number so she could enter it herself. My total was a different amount at the drive-thru window, and when I chose to enter my pin number instead of giving it to her, she stared at my hand. I locked my card online as soon as I drove away.
I live around the block and try to eat here everyday but I use EBT and the machine never works for me but they say everyday it works for others and my ebt card works everywhere else so they must have a problem on their side... I'm redoing my review and adding something as I said I try to go every night as I live round the block, it says closed at 10pm and I get off work around 9 and want jack in the box just for them to be closed everyday EARLY... you guys have officially lost my business (won't matter obviously but still sad)
I frequented this facility quite often. Got to know the managers and employees very well. However, I was so very disappointed when I found a hair in my food, management just starred doing nothing until I demanded a freshly made food item. I was so disgusted, but I was taking medications at the time and was almost at the point of passing out. Oh, on many visits the cashiers would automatically type dine out when I verbally stated eat in, perhaps it was too loud for them to hear, but it happened a lot, and most would not ask at all, just type dine out. Rare were the times the place was full, it was always empty. Oh, it was so empty employees would eat their food and take their brakes on the cell phones. The drive thru was always busy... I'll never get over how unprofessional management and staff were. There's even a sign inside the store that there is no loitering aloud, so I spoke to management and she proudly claimed you know you've been here past the hour... As if there's a time limit on the enjoyment of my purchase... When did #America's #passtime come to a hault or just in #CityofBellflower? I was so shocked at this location, however, I discovered another eatery in Lakewood was worse by allowing you the Wifi for only 30 minutes and prompting you to return after 2 hours... #WTH is happening in these #uncustomer #nonfriendly #fast #food spots??? Now, keep in mind the JIB is open 24/7? #Duh!

Friday night/Saturday morning, my husband went through the drive through and wanted to order a triple bonus jack sandwich but did not know the name... while speaking with the woman on the speaker, a man got on the mic and was rude... the guy said "well what do you want?!?" and then told him to pull to the window. There he told my husband that Jack in the Box won't serve him and demanded him to leave. My husband asked what the problem was, and the worker called 5 police cars on him. We will be contacting corporate about this... and the general manager... we live on the block of Ramona and frequent this Jack in the Box often... I will be demanding some action against this employee.
I just went to grab a quick dinner for myself and my kids after 3 days of doubles. Jumbo breakfast platter. Combo #1, Southwest grilled chicken salad. Breakfast platter was cold. No butter for pancakes. And the employee tried to tell me she'd already given me the breakfast. They gave me the wrong salad and no dressing. Also no receipt. Very disappointed. Not going back to this location.
I was just at this location. Maybe it’s because it was close to 2am but the food was inedible. I ordered an Ultimate cheeseburger Combo. The meat was stiff and old and the fries were just as bad. I threw everything in the trash when I got home.
This place has terrible service and the managers don't articulate well at all. You can't get ice in your own cup if your black. The excuse each manager gives is it's unsanitary. But they feed this lady (white) that sleeps on the bus bench she gets off the bench comes right off the street and they feed her and she is allowed to fill her own cup with soda. If you have money they don't care what you do homeless or not...
I ordered two orders of tacos and fries and they only gave me one order of tacos. They don’t answer the phone at all! A waste of time and customer service is horrible!!! No matter how many times you call they cut off your call and hang up. There needs to be a new manager in charge because this is ridiculous!
If There was a no star button I would’ve preferred to give this jack a no star . I only have a 30 Min lunch and no one was answering in the drive thru so I pull up to the window and start honking and she tells me oh u need to order before I was like well I’ve been trying to and no one is answering she smiles and closes the window . So then I just took off.
Went this morning to have breakfast parked got out of the car tried going in there was a piece of paper on the inside of the window saying closed momentarily no reason just closed so went through drive-thru went through other than that service was good eight in the parking lot in the car watched other people try to get in the door too
No o wonder why your rating low for your restaurant. Second time this week food is not just super cold also not prepared the right way. Who ever the store manager in charge needs to get your job done. Unacceptable to pay for cold food twice in a week.

Worst jack in the box ever! Been waiting for more than 40min in drive thru. If I knew it was gonna be this slow I would have just gone somewhere else. Like come on JACK IN THE BOX MIGHT AS WELL JUST CLOSE THIS LOCATION. SEEMS LIKE EMPLOYEES DONT CARE EITHER!!!! SO PLEASE JACK DO YOURSELF A GOOD ONE AND SHUT IT DOWN!
If I could rate this place less than half a star I would. A worker named Brittany , was very rude to me and disrespectful and was laughing about it with her co workers. Took forever with my order, and then shows her true character by starting arguements with other customers while I’m in line waiting for my food. Like who runs this place ?? Never coming here again. I love jack but this woman ruined it for me.
The manager is rude & condescending. They want you to eat your food and GET OUT. If you spend more than 30 min. They start asking you If you're waiting for an order. Even though evidence of consumption is on Table. I was using my laptop to look up some info. After about an hour manager came again and said "If you are done with your meal, you have to leave. Visits are only 30 minutes" Even though the Lobby remained Mostly Empty. Not busy. Restroom did not have supplies. And None of JB restaurants provide Sterilizing Gel any longer. Forcing you feel Dining in unsanitary conditions.
I worked fast food for 3 years.. so I get it. I'm the nice guy. They people deal with all kinds of craziness I know! However.. my past 3 visits there has been an issue. Today. I ordered a double jack meal.. I opened my burger and it's a single cheeseburger. Same thing happened before to me a little over a year ago. My last visit about 4 months ago they gave me a box of onion rings instead of my jalapeño poppers. I checked my jalapeños before I left the drive thru today but I didn't open my cheeseburger.... what is going on!! I've called twice and no answer. I'm not happy. Taking money and not providing the goods is stealing. My fries tasted old right out of the bag and the bread on my incorrect sandwich was hard. I don't ask for freebies but I feel at this point I deserve to get at least someone on the phone to address this issue. The ranch wasn't in the bag either. Photo attached.
Definitely can't call this place a "Fast Food" restaurant. Sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. I just wanted a quick stop. Please figure out you're issues. The line got so backed up. They do not know what they are doing. Pick another location if you're feeling Jack in the Box. And my fries were cold after all that waiting
Employees are polite here in this jack but the service of food eating in , is absolutely terrible and they serve small amounts as like I'm used to get big amounts( by my the jack restaurant I'm used to eating in LA they dont serve like this!!) or volume for my munchie meal!! Look!! And plus the cashier lady(which she had an accent and hardly understood) said it was 8$ instead of 6$.
