A medium-sized supermarket practically next to the Mompiano metro station, it's generally well-stocked and a great place to shop for basic groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some off-sale items are quite expensive, but overall, it's not bad at all.

The branch north of Brescia I know is truly poorly managed, starting with the generally rude manager. The shelves are often bare or stocked with expired products, and the meat is often stale.

The deli counter clerk isn't suitable for supermarkets. She gets lost in chatter, ignoring the presence of the customer waiting even though she saw them. It's already a store that works intermittently, and if those few are ignored or served poorly, it might as well close down. They should learn the friendliness of Conad (her neighbor).

Unfortunately this evening I went to the supermarket like every week as I live nearby, today I came with a law classmate of mine from Sri Lanka and I was treated badly, for the first time I was forced to leave my backpack at the checkout even though there were other (Italian) people in the shop with bags, after which I was followed during my purchases, finally at the checkout the guard actually started looking at me in the backpack (the one left at the checkout) leaning with superiority on the cashier next to it. I think such superficial and racist behavior is not optimal for security personnel.

Terrible! I wanted to go grocery shopping, but the rudeness of the woman working there (because calling her a clerk/cashier is inappropriate) disgusted me. The world is full of supermarkets, so never again.
