Very crowded area only went there to try the app deal dozen donuts for $6.49 “too good to go”. Turns out you cannot pick a donut you only get what they give you. I asked for a glazed donut she didn’t give me not a single one. She gave me the lemons and unwanted donuts lol. Difficult to find a parking spot 😂. Despite my unfortunate circumstance the customer service is good. The people are polite not rude or ghetto. I called ahead if I can pick my order and the person agreed. Found a parking spot across the street. Crossed the busy street cause I’m not about to walk farther to the pedestrian crosswalk. Krispy Kreme donuts taste different from Tim Hortons or Dunkin Donuts. I find it a little bit more sweet, I wish I tried the glazed ones. Next time!

Had to come back because the limited edition cinnamon toast crunch doughnuts were sold out the previous day. Bottom line, they're basic glaze doughnuts with a hint of cinnamon. They specialize kind are much better

This is Krispy Kreme in Fordam shopping hub, in the Bronx. We already know their doughnuts are great! 4 stars because of the price😉 Come on Krispy Kreme, paying $18 for a dozen doughnuts 🤪

Almost $14 for 6 donuts was way too much money, but my brother loves them. So you do what you need to do for family. Seeing his smile was priceless.

The order for pop corn chicken is consistently having 1/3 of the order not pop corn chicken but merely seasoned breading which is not what I paid for. At a cost of $6 it breaks down to paying $2 for breading

Clean place friendly staff and great meals as Kentucky Fried Chicken is well known for. Only thing as per August 1 2021 their packing for take out order is not secure bucket I had to make a knot to the bag in front of the staff please make sure the the bucket is more seal for takeout

Came in early due to a coupon I received through the application. Very excited to find parking and no crowd yet on Fordham. Your donuts are always Fabulous but the store smelled like dirty armpits when I came in. Even a family came in after and she was like what Is that smell. Not good hygiene practice smh. Secondly this store is always having a problem with the register every time I provide a coupon or reward from the Krispy Kreme app it takes the attendant a while to figure out how to apply or even call management very time consuming.

I understand what it's like in a restaurant close to closing time. I still believe that it's only right to sell food that is edible as it was paid for in good faith. I ordered chicken strips with potato wedges and a drink as well as a dessert. What I received was wedges which were room temperature and clearly fried hours prior. The chicken was not bad so I ate it. If you can't offer a good product, just 86 it. I would have been open to a suggestion but I was not offered one. Not going back to that location.

I am a North Carolina native and love Krispy Kreme.. I can remember the Hot Now flashing in Greensboro and me driving in to get a dozen.. I have been coming to this Krispy Kreme since it opened during the Pandemic.. the staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is clean and cordial.. Unfortunately, I visited a couple of weeks I ordered a latte based off the posted marketing in the store for 3.99.. when I got to the register I was told that the posted promotion was a mistake and the item was full price.. the manager was unavailable at the time so I came in the next spoke to the manager who told me that the promotion was wrong and the item is full price but you are still advertising the promotion so therefore you should honor the promotion I was told no. I escalated it to corporate and never received even a callback so I have been back since then.. this is proof that your store could be clean products could be fresh and good and the staff can be nice.. but if the customer service is bad.. u guys fail.. good luck to you in the future.. hope u guys enhance your customer service techniques…

HORRIBLE ******I ordered thru the Krispy Kreme website and came to me thru DoorDash,box came all dirty and doughnuts are not fresh,they are old ,all messed up,with barely filling inside ,they taste sour ! The customer is usually pretty good when you come in the workers do acknowledge you and say hello. But the worker Luis clearly has a problem with saying hello, I come in and say hello as I see he wasn’t going to say hello let alone take my order as he’s just staring at me. After he completes my order he takes the customer after me and he says “hello, what can I get for you today?” I guess he picks and chooses who he says hello to.

Yesterday I placed an order through Uber Eats and for nearly AN HOUR I kept seeing my delivery person kept changing. Then I get a call from a worker over there at Krispy Kreme that there were no more plastic bags to place my coffee into. I told them I will reach out to customer service to see what can be done. The worker straight up told me he was trying to cancel my order due to not having any bags. My time was wasted. Ultimately my order was delivered and guess what, it was delivered in the Krispy Kreme bags. Where were the bags all that time that you could not find it right away? Unbelievable

Very incompetent management. I ordered 3 boxes of specialty donuts and prepaid. Once I arrived they couldn't find my order and their explanation was that they gave it away to another person with the same initials. "Same order and same initials" hmmm

I ordered multiple fill up boxes for a party of mine at the location, the nuggets were disgustingly burnt and the chicken was falling apart. Why sell something like that? When I asked the manager, she started to get very aggressive and rude. She would not take any accountability and needs to be reported to KFC.

I placed an order for pickup and what a dumb plan this turn out to be. I get to the drive thru on time and I'm told to come in because it's not ready....Hence, what was the point of ordering in advance. Nothing complicated, chicken meal, a bowl meal, and a desert. Had I went thru the drive thru and ordered I would've gotten my food like so many others I watched come and go. Now, the setup inside is plain stupid. You're going to have all pickups line up next to the self service soda machine? Everyone was in each other's way. The two worker's I dealt with there were terrible. The worst is when you're dealing with someone who does not want to be working there. His attitude alone was worthy of being sent home, personally permanently. The girl at the register, awful. Talk about she should never have a position of authority because my bag being on the other side was all she needed to flex. I have good vision and can see my order sitting there. Mr. don't want to work there won't call it and is elsewhere living in his foul mood. And when the girl finishes with her customer I ask her if she can hand me my bag. She proceeds to tell me it's there, ready, and to wait that she'll get it in a minute. Mind you, it's about 10 ft away. And if it wasn't for the manager telling her to give it to me, I'm not sure how long she was going to make me wait. 3 seconds....Is all I need as a manager there and these two would be putting applications at BK down the block. DONT ORDER IN ADVANCE... They don't get it. And don't go in either, employees that hate their jobs. In fact why bother.

For a deal for 20 dollars you get no choice and the 6 piece deal for that 20 dollars is the worst thing I ever paid for. The pieces of chicken I got was so small that the biscuits where twice as big then the chicken itself. Very sad for the money. I will never go back to this location or any other location ever again.

I went to this location for the drive Thru. I have crutches and had to walk inside. The person made my drink but I had to go inside and take my drinks to the car. Then come back inside and get my food.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Arrived at this location with my family to try and have a nice dinner. I was approached with the reality that still to this moment they are not allowing customers to sit down and eat. Secondly they are requiring people to wear a mask inside when this mask mandate has been removed in nyc. Avoid coming here to eat. Better just to go through drive through and double check your items twice. Also buy some water, tenders are super salty.

This is definitely NOT the KFC I grew up eating! This is THE MOST SALTIEST chicken I've ever eaten from the KFC brand! Please keep those chil'ren out of the kitchen & get some adults who know how to cook up in there!! They're over seasoning & burning up the chicken & then serving it to the customers like this!

This is how my order came. Delivery guy was horrible and wen I called the manager was horrible aswell and hung up on me while I was telling her about my complaint. Now I gotta waste another 30 bucks because of there problems smh very upset and never again
