Need more staff! From a customer and delivery driver’s point of view they need to hire more people. Service is extremely slow and some of the English speaking Hispanics like to ignore customers who have been waiting for a long time and pretend to be overwhelmed when customers are irritated with their poor service. Manger is really nice and shows up when things get hectic.

Customer service sucks at the specific location. I ordered through my McDonald's app. And took my time walking 5 blocks there. I showed them my order number and I waited for 20 minutes before asking someone again about my order. Several people walked in ordered and left while I was waiting for a Happy meal and two burgers. My visit there before this one I waited 30 minutes and spoke to 3 different people about my order. The final time I asked, I spoke to a cashier and told her how long I was waiting and she just stared me in my face and never gave me an answer about my order.

The McDonald’s on Atlantic , Vanderbilt Avenue is the worse an employee name, Maria? Is very disrespectful and. Racist.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's if not the worst. They have a drive through that is closed almost every time I pass through here. One time I went in and ordered on the kiosk thing, which I hate, I waited about 25 minutes for chicken nuggets. Me and about 30 people not joking are just standing there. Then they call my number, I say "that's me" the manager looks at me and just looks away. I then say "I think you just called my number" you would think the response would be "oh, what's your number" NOPE. It's the old, I'm just going to look away response. People here me and here me now, do not and I mean DO NOT GO HERE. The picture is actually from today

It seems like every other day this location as issues and are closed. I tried to get my kids breakfast more than once this week (March 2026) and the first time they said we don't have enough staff to open then the later in the week drive thru was close and all doors had sign they weren't open do to issues. Not sure if this has anything to do with chick a dollar opening up one block away. who knows maybe it own by the same people and they're pushing you to their new restaurant. 2 out of 10

Kiosk didn't print my ticket, no one was able to help me find my order, and after 15 minutes of chaos the counter was basically abandoned by all the workers. I left without getting my food.

Closes early, an hour before their posted hours. Takes incredibly long to fulfill an order. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

This place is a complete joke. The drive-thru is always closed, the dining room is basically shut down, and they can’t get an order right to save their lives. My burger came buried under 10–15 pickles like it was done on purpose. Night shift is a circus — staff too busy flirting instead of working, slow, unprofessional, and clueless. McDonald’s corporate seriously needs to send a representative here because this location is completely out of control. Absolute trash service. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

Awful mcdonald's. I waited my order more than 30 minutes and eventually left without it. Nobody unabled to help me. Spanish speaking man just ignored me when I asked him to check where is my order. I spent my money for nothing

30 minutes waiting. They lost my order. Then they said that I didn’t order fries than they found out that it was a meal. My burger wasn’t packed. McDonald’s in Brooklyn is the worst place. I will never come or order in Brooklyn.

Allowed drive thru pick up orders but then closed the drive through. There’s about 50 people inside the restaurant so can’t go in and pick it up either. A mess. I’m sure they could have turned off the order through drive thru option.

Worst customer service I ever experienced, stuff is lazy and confused, I made an online order and came to puck up in 15 min hoping it is ready and waiting for me, but they said they do not have my order in their system so it took for them additional 25 minutes to create a new order and prepare it. Horrible, this place should be closed and rehired and renovated

Are you hungry? Clear your table. All the restrooms are closed, and they don't give out receipts when you order food. When I asked to open the restroom, the manager reacted aggressively and was rude to me.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in Brooklyn and I've been to many of them. For years, this location has been consistently slow with poor customer service. I try to avoid it, but every once in a long while, I'll give it another try hoping management changed. Nope. Permanently on my "do not go back" list.

Horrible service. I ordered a mcdouble with 1 pattie, no pickles and I recieved it with no meat, no onions. I went back to have them fix it and they shoved everything in the burger and splattered ketchup in and on the outside of the burger. Disgusting.

This location needs new management and new staff, they are lazy and confused each and every time you come to this place. Dear owner your business is going downhill! I ordered online, order was not ready. It takes them 25 plus minutes to complete an online pick up order, why? And then the manager and cashier are angry at you for asking, what's up with your order. Close down rehire new staff or something. Make room for something better if you can't handle delivering quality service and food to this area. We don't need it. Please move along!

The evening crews are terrible. They often get my order wrong and get upset to have to fix their mistakes. Their drive thru is consistently closed. Usually the evenings is when it happens, but this week the drive thru was also closed in the morning. The worst customer service by most employees at this location.

Ordered through Uber Eats... Sausage McMuffin w/egg, the sausage was not done and the muffin was not toasted. Chose no ice for drink and received a cup filled with ice! Disappointed 😒 By the way, this McDonald's do not answer given phone #

Have no idea what going on with the employees mind. This is my ever first bad review on google maps. I ordered a flit o fish combo with Diet Coke and other thing from uber eats. Came with no flit o fish burger at all, fries was half full, the Diet Coke is just water. First time being mat at food. Interesting experience, would remember this for a long time. Thank you.
