First time here, service was quick & reasonably friendly (some of the people serving where a little hard to understand) tasted pretty good, large serves and value for money - great alternative to burgers, fries, chicken etc...

Decent Panda Express spot. Mediocre quality and portion size - a tad more greasy than typical. Nice service workers and efficient service.

I would rate higher except it's location is only convenient if you're shopping at the empire center. Getting to, in and out and even through the shopping center is a pain. Then the drive thru lines are so backed up that they use cones to take away parking spaces tk extend the drive thru line so it doesn't back up the thoroughfare. Picking up online/mobile orders isn't great either. I was waiting at the register for at 3-5 minutes before someone helped me let alone acknowledged me. I understand if you're busy, you have to wait. But when you help 4 people pay for their order then ask how I can be helped? That's excessive. I have paid already, I just want to pick up my food so I can go home and eat it. If I wanted to wait I wouldn't have ordered online. The food was ok, would have better if it was warmer. Orange chicken was sweet with some spice. As usual, too much flour. The fried rice was standard, at least it wasn't dried out. The hobey walnut shrimp as ok, not fresh but not old either. Why is the portion small for a premium item? I paid extra but I get less?

Burned food with little portion - Panda is known for its great portion with higher than average taste. almost 9/10 panda i experienced, it was right except this place. I visited couple times for quick pick up but it totally scared me off of trying its chain again. Especially, with my last vist, I have received burned chicken teriyaki (all of them) with little portion of chow mein. I understand that they are located at superior location but they should focus more on qualifty control.

I’m a regular at Panda Express. It’s my go to when I don’t know what to eat and I usually enjoy it. But this location? Absolutely not…. The food was stale clearly not fresh and the portion sizes were a joke I ordered a bigger plate and received the exact same amount of food as my boyfriend who ordered the smaller plate Why charge more if you’re going to serve the same portions? It honestly felt like the staff didn’t want to cook more food so they just gave whatever was left lol Oh and top of that the attitude from the employees was awful and clearly annoyed to be doing their job. I love Panda but this location has lost my business Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location, mainly because of the manager’s behavior. I live in Burbank and I am a regular customer. I often come here to buy lunch or dinner, so this was especially upsetting. When my food was being prepared, I ordered sweet chicken and beans. The employee who was filling my plate barely put any chicken and mostly added onions and beans from what was left at the bottom. I politely asked if she could please add more chicken. Instead of correcting the portion, she removed some onions and beans and did not properly refill the plate. At the register, I asked the cashier to include chopsticks, but when I got home, there were no chopsticks in the bag. When I opened my food, it was even worse — there was almost no sweet chicken at all, only broccoli that had been mixed in from a previous batch. I returned to the store to show the food to the manager, Isabel. Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to me as a customer, especially in front of other customers, was shocking and unacceptable. This is not how customers should be treated. I genuinely expect management to address this issue seriously. At the very least, managers and staff should be trained to communicate politely and professionally with customers, especially in front of others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because I usually enjoy coming here, but this experience was very disappointing. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN BECAUSE OF HER.

I arrived half an hour before closing and all of the doors were locked and they refused to take my order in the drive through. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and confused how they are allowed to do this. BE BETTER

Everytime i try to give this panda a chance they don’t fail to disappoint. I just stopped by the drive thru the get a bowl of white rice and sirloin. Literally no meat! None ! The rice, hard. My number one mistake is thinking they’ll do better. My second mistake is not checking the bag right in front of them. That’s crazy!! And the dam sirloin is extra . The only reason why I won’t go back is because I already got back home . Do better. Y’all aren’t cheap so give people what they pay for.

Attempted to come into the restaurant at 10:04 to get some food and was denied entry by some nerdy but sweet younger girl.. Told only the drive thru was open. But their hours say until 10:30. Very disappointing. :(

A bunch of employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Dogs inside the restaurant… Gross! Waited over 15 minutes for a burnt egg roll! Over cooked shrimp!

Today August 16 I ordered two big plates, one is fried rice with noodles and beef broccoli and teriyaki chicken. That's for my daughter, ended up with orange chicken and chicken with string beans. And the second one is for my husband, orange chicken and string beans 😡 Employees don't pay attention what customers requested 😡and I ordered side of chicken teriyaki ended soft with juicy..

This Panda Express was my Go-To until this particular Individual named Josue. I understand this location gets very busy and the workers get overwhelmed by the amount of traffic flows in. As a customer he was very rude to not only me but to others as well. Knowing he is a manager, he lacks the ability to keep calm and not lose focus on customer service. Nonetheless I appreciate the employees that work hard in this location. Thank you.
