PIER PAOLO AIELLO

Located on Viale delle Rimembranze, one of the city's largest streets, this is a classic kebab pizzeria specializing in takeout and delivery. It also has a few tables inside and outside for those who prefer to eat in. I've been going there for years and have never had a single complaint. The pizzas are excellent, and the kebab and other dishes are equally delicious. Deliveries are always on time, even considering the traffic, and when I go in person, I always find the staff friendly and welcoming. Among the pizzas, the sole is a must-try. My very own thumbs-up card gets me 5 times.

Good kebab, with tables out front on the sidewalk for a quick lunch or small tables inside. The pizza is also good. All in all, not bad. I highly recommend it.

I almost always order pizza from them but sometimes I don't understand them, when a guy answers me either the line goes dead or they don't answer anymore or some mix-up happens with the order, but if the girl is there everything goes smoothly, I've been their customer for years but they are losing a lot in my opinion, I hope they start to be like they used to be!

Terrible experience! I called at 12:26 to order three pizzas, living just minutes from the pizzeria. The pizzas arrived at 1:20 PM. More than 50 minutes for a delivery practically on my doorstep. After a 30-minute wait, I called back to inquire and was treated with arrogance and rudeness, being told that it wasn't true that half an hour had passed. Too bad the call log proves otherwise. Instead of apologizing, they preferred to respond insolently and call the customer a liar. Of course, after all this, the pizzas arrived cold, inedible, and without even a hint of an apology. Unjustified delays, zero professionalism, zero respect for the customer. If this is the way they work, I'd better change my career.

Ordered pizzas at 6.30pm, agreed upon time at 7.30pm... arrived after 2 calls, more than half an hour late and cold. We had to reheat them. Terrible.

Over the past few months, your orders have always been late, 20-30 minutes or more. It wasn't like this before; I don't know what changed. You'd probably get better service if you went in person, but forget about takeout!!! Don't order anymore, especially from Just Eat or Deliveroo.

Terrible to say the least... ordered at 7:10 PM for delivery at 8 PM, 8:50 PM after 3. We called saying "it's coming," and finally they told us they had another order on the same street (coincidentally). We cancelled the order... and in my opinion, they hadn't even made it in the end. Especially the arrogance of the girl who answers the phone. Never again!

Pizzeria with little experience. Ordered pizzas on Just Eat. Arrived by 12:50. Called the pizzeria at 12:55 and was told there were still 20 minutes to go. Lunch was skipped thanks to them. I called the pizzeria and what was the cashier's response? "And there's nothing we can do about it." Incompetent at managing customers, unreliable, always wrong timings. This is the last time, I strongly advise against it.

Two menus for €18, including my sandwich, which had just been removed from its aluminum foil wrapper. It looked more like a piadina to me, given how empty it was: two pieces of meat, a piece of tomato, two lettuce leaves, and a drop of yogurt. I called back to tell him that two menus for €18 and a sandwich with two pieces of meat didn't seem right. He sent me the sandwich back, but nothing had changed.

I want to share my bad experience in this pizzeria. For the first time I ordered a kebab sandwich menu, chicken wings and also fried calamari. Apparently they didn't put Coca-Cola in it. I called and they told me that they would send it to me when the delivery guy arrived. It's been 45 minutes since I called and I'm still waiting. I haven't even eaten

Really terrible experience. I ordered via the Deliveroo app at 7:49 pm with an expected arrival time of 8:35 pm... 8:50 pm I called the pizzeria to get clarifications on my order and the phone hung up on me. At 9:10 pm the rider showed up with my order completely cold and a piece of the order was missing. My dears, you should seriously change jobs because you are really not capable of working...
