Fallimie wow have you given me the best experience in a long long long long time I pray that my review get the attention of the management here because this woman really really shown true customer service she is such a sweetheart. Her energy is very wonderful. Great the words can’t evendescribe her energy can fill up and light the White House. She was such a respectful, professional, young lady who I felt the true obligation to put a survey about her customer service she is amazing. She’s wonderful. She is a true definition of customer service the food here. Fresh and up-to-date they have a variety of different things and because of the workers the staff like Mrs. Philine she is the real reason why I will come here regularly.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time ever experiencing a Subway drive-through, and it was amazing! I honestly never even knew Subway had drive-throughs, and it made stopping by so convenient — I absolutely love this idea and think more Subways should have them. The service made it even better. Both girls at the window were so sweet, and the young lady who took my order stood out the most. She was incredibly nice, gave great customer service, and handled my order quickly and efficiently. I had my food in no time at all. She really made my first drive-through Subway visit a great one. I didn’t get her name I’ll will post the receipt in a few so you know what shift it was she was so nice food was made with love
When I tell you the customer service is BOMB:) It was clean inside, and my sandwhich was made to perfection. I love it
I usually take my granddaughter here after school. She loves their turkey subs and long chocolate chip cookies. But just so you know, they don't serve soups here. It's a small place, and drive thru are usually busy, so you'll have to be patient when waiting. Otherwise then that the food is good and fresh.
Excellent Customer Service. The ladies were awesome. Even when I had to add an extra sandwich it was not a problem. The person who took my order thought it was her fault but I assured it that it was me who made the error. Thank you again. Those subs were delicious 😋
It’s not a bad place for a sub. The food is four stars, but the quickness and the service is so good.
Their phone doesn’t work. They are not tending to have the phone fixed so forget about calling them about the wrong order. You got to drive back and get it fixed or do a chargeback. I drove back and got it fixed. The mood to eat it changed so I wasn’t feeling the sub too much due to my experience. Whoever did my sub the first time needs to find another job because it was missing a lot of ingredients and didn’t care. They expect you to take it and don’t say anything.
Terrible Experience.... We waited in the Drive-Thru for approximately a half hour to order a Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong sub. Once the the sandwich was ready we took it home to find ZERO bacon and a paltry amount of chicken. Well, that's not good... We returned to receive my money back and asked for the corporate phone number. The employee told me that's the correct amount of chicken. Please! Never again for this joint and will stay away from Subway for now on. On a good note, they did give me my money back. Never again!
I came 3 times at this subway because I working near this and like eat this food, but the lady's work in this place always denied some water, and the fist time on , she was really rude with my husband take water on our cup , louder him you can't take. When I buy the food long and cookies , I never buy soda because the Dr removed for me, it's the reason for I ask for cup of water. Today when I ask x cup of water she said not and I think the matching no working yet, later she take cup and serve water x her, and another people too. What is the problem, who denied water? Because I am Hispanic 🤔
Ordered for pick up but store is closed … there’s only a drive through with a 30 min wait, defeats the purpose . Threw a rock through the window
This is not a tuna melt sandwich! Each time I came to your establishment you never get what you order, last time my husband came and the lady hair was in his food, your bread is stale and it appears no one can take an order and fill it through drive through.
I went 1 hour before closing and the doors were closed when I went to the side, I saw the workers just chilling. And no one came to serve us. Is this really a business or a game shop? Subway your losing customer because of delinquent workers!
I ask for lettuce tomato extra cheese with a spirit the drink was flat and the sandwich was bad I come all the time I never had this happen he needs to fire and hire better people I come from Hollywood Florida 30 minutes away I'm very upset 😭 I will say Rodney is Amazing if he made my food I would have no problem but tonight 11/25/2022 he didn't make it and it came out so bad I'm hurt
It says it’s 24 hours but when I got there at 4:30 am today… the driver thru response is “we ain’t taking no orders, , Click!! ”… like I’m wrong for coming there at this time….where is the customer service? I drove all the way here for food and not only am I not getting what I came all the way here for.. I’m not even being treated with the decency of being a giving a reason why? .. smh. That’s ridiculous… went to McDonalds (which is actually 24 hours) across from them and got something else, although I I planned for subs.
I used to patronize and give great tips , I don’t like the attitudes so needless to say i’ll keep my money and pay where they have great service at …..
The moment you walk in you can feel unwelcome they didn’t bother to greet us and just went straight to ask us our order although we were still deciding. They seemed annoyed and like they didn’t want to work. When we got home our subs barely had turkey in it and more toppings.
Ordered from here tonight, horrible ! The footlong only came with half of one side with the protein the other half nothing only veggies. And the half that had the protein tasted like old meat !!!! It was not edible, I’m so upset. Don’t eat here ! They should close the place down
I hate to say it but the young lady working the drive through now has no customer service experience whatsoever with her attitude and the way she's talking to customers she needs to be fired or Subway doesn't train there employees. Sad but i drove off i don't trust the way she feel about her job with making my food. Check the camera and see her nonchalant attitude and how she speaks to customers. As long as she's there i won't stop to this Subway ever again
I love when you show up to a place 10 minutes before they close and they're closed you know I wish their corporate or at least somebody's boss watches the camera cuz why does the store still say open and they're definitely not. I used to come to this Subway almost every day but they just lost a customer
Omg. I have had it with this subway 2701 davie bld today 1/16/2025 a little b4 8pm is my last time. They always get my order wrong today there were a big lady working with an attitude. Since there were 4 cars in the driveway I decided to pick up my order inside and I got tired of getting something other than what I ordered. When I point out that they got my order wrong she got a nasty attitude she got another bread and picked out the chicken put it in another bread the worst the bread was falling apart. I told her twice she missed the sauce she continue wrapping the sandwich I screamed it and she said why didn't i say anything i said it twice and it was on the receipt since i mobile ordered they added a bunch of things I didn't ask especially things that could have gotten my son sick. She was sloppy and sweating I could have sworn sweat was falling into the sandwich I was tired my son was in school since 630 am until 8 pm. I took the sandwich but I throw it away because I didn't feel comfortable eating. Please people if you are going to order from this place go inside. To make it worst she's rushing to go break while leaving this young kid alone to manage the lobby and drive-thru. Do better with your employees especially that women working tonight. I feel 1 start was too much to give
