I stopped in at midnight after a long busy shift at work. HANGRY and almost falling asleep standing up. The gentleman working was very friendly. Thorough and made sure my sandwich was perfect not just haphazardly thrown together. It was delicious. And his customer service was excellent. His work area was clean and he made sure to use the freshest veggies possible. The little things are appreciated

Service was excellent from the employees communication was outstanding facilities were exceptionally clean. All employees had great attitudes and the manager came through two or three times during the entire process and was very cordial with everyone in the store. Food was fresh crisp, and tasty. Definitely a two thumbs up and a five-star experience. Congratulations to the subway at Mount Vernon for making fast food an enjoyable experience.

I love Subway a lot I always get the same thing I get so excited every time my mom and dad takes me to Subway it's such a good place such good quality and they have really good tea like really really really really good tea. They have lots of good and fresh vegetables bread and a more if you're looking for a healthy place to eat Subway's the way to go

Went to Chester's chicken inside.they always have good food but their gravy was horrible and to much pepper.its better when they don't put so much pepper in it. The other ones gravy's been really great.

The Subway restaurant at the Love's Travel Stop at 215 E I-30 N Service Rd, Mt Vernon, TX 75457 is the only place open in town. 12:30 a.m. Friday night… 5 customers in line and they only have one worker.

They were out of alot of breads and were bickering between each other but the place was very clean and they were for the most part polite and helpful between their bickering is the only reason they get 3 stars

Older lady seemed like she knew what she was doing but the younger girl was never trained at all i guess. Just ignorant and carrying a bad attitude.

Throughout the years I have been frequenting this exact Subway and I have always had nothing less than excellent service and food up until tonight when I asked for 3 different menu items and I was told that they had none of the above, to the point where I walked away. As I was exiting the building, I was told that "I didn't have to be rude about it" this experience (which I have never had until now) kind of took me by surprise. I will still continue to be a valued customer of at least 5 years, but will not be disrespected by a new hire with an attitude. Cont. 1:14AM 6/2. The very next night after. The same woman was working. She looked at me and said "We still don't have meatballs" as to which I replied, "I will be getting something else" to which SHE replies with "I'm not going to serve you" she will be getting reported to anyone and everyone I can. She does not belong in customer service with her kind of attitude. I genuinely hope she loses her job.

Stopped here with my grandchildren. My grandson and I went in. The girl behind the counter acted very inconvenienced having to make our sandwiches. She basically threw the meat on the sandwiches and what she didn't put on the sandwiches, she threw back in the containers. I had to repeat myself several times, which got to be a little annoying. When I checked out, she never asked if I wanted to make them a meal. I had to tell her we wanted drinks with them. I think if you don't like dealing with the public, you need to get a different job.

There service and food during the day is awesome. But at 3am it is horrible. They don’t even have an employee there. You have to go to the front counter and ask a gas station employee to make you a sandwich. No one has any idea what they are doing at 3am. I have gone here at 3am 4 times now and evertime I go it’s horrible. This past time the lady straight up told me they where closed. I’m not going here again.

Instead of showing frustration, a simple phrase like: “Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be happy to take your order.” shows courtesy and attentiveness. We understand that sometimes there are other customers waiting, but even in those situations, there are polite ways to handle it. For example, you can say: “Would it be okay if I help the next customer while you decide?” This demonstrates respect, empathy, and consideration for both the customer who is still deciding and the one who is ready. However LORETA DAVIS, your attitude showing frustration or bad mood when a customer doesn’t know the name of an item or struggles to read the menu reflects a lack of professionalism. Customer service should always be taken seriously, as it is what makes customers want to return. Even if, in a truck stop environment, many customers might not come back or might take a long time to return, every interaction matters. In the end, it’s you as a person and representative of the business who leaves a lasting impression.

Worse Subway I have ever stopped at for sure ! The lady working was the slowest one I’ve ever seen. You could see her expression on her face that she was having a bad day. Woke up 15 min early to get a subway & I left to work without any food on how long they took. Her comment” well what do you want me to do I’m the only one working right now”

They had no white flat bread no cheese bread and 1 lady had her gloves on but was using register. With them contamination is not what I went for salmonella is not on my lunch order that store will not be my crews lunch spot anymore
