Did a mobile order. The app said it would be 8 to 12 minutes. Took about 4 or 5 minutes total. Perfect timing specially for how busy they are with the school kids! Job well done for Auburn/Sylvan Starbucks!👏🏾

My favorite Starbucks. I've been going here since it opened. In a turnover-heavy service sector, the quality of staff here remains consistently high. This speaks well to both the staff and the management. Mo/Maria and Desiree are my 2 favorite Barristas. Some mornings they have my sides splitting so much it wakes me up more than their drinks! I don't drink coffee, but I love green tea. I like Starbucks green tea better than their competitors' offerings. I can't rate it for atmosphere as I have never set foot in one.

The drive through was looking packed today but the staff was moving fast and I was able to get my drinks and be on my way in not much time. It's also very convenient Starbucks's has a mobile payment option that speed up check out.

Took my son there today for a celebration vanilla bean creme for having a good report card. While there he left his phone. Gabriel an employee at your location found his phone in the lobby and went above and beyond to return it. Its great to know not only do you hire customer friendly staff but honest caring people! Thank you agian Gabriel.

I never write reviews but I go to this starbucks alot...(aka. way too much)...and they deserved it. The staff is amazing, they are super friendly and seem happy to be there which makes your morning feel a little brighter! They rarley mess up but if and then they do they always rectify it right away! I just read a few reviews and some people had messed up drinks and gave a negative review...I wonder if the consumer mentioned it to the employee or if they just got mad and complained on here, because if they did mention it I am SURE they would have remade it for the consumer. ♡

Friendly and pretty fast. The mornings are busier than most places so if you're in a hurry give it fine it ten minutes more. It's a popular location because it's between suburbs and the freeway. A lot of people driver through on their way to work.

Always love Starbucks. This location on Douglas is Close to my office so it’s really convenient. So wish they would once again open the location in Roseville Square but maybe not going to happen. As that one was even closer.

The team here was great today! I finished my app order just before I got to the speaker. The person helping me let me know it might not be ready that fast, which I absolutely understood that! I was willing to pull up & walk in but the team inside jumped on the order & it was ready (during a slightly busy pre lunch rush) by the time I got to the window! I appreciate their communication that let me know I should order a bit sooner but still made it happen for me in lightning speed! Thank you!

The Starbucks at Sylvan corners is the best ever. They're always fast, but never get your order wrong, and they go out of their way to make sure you feel like the most important customer they have. I pass 2 other Starbucks every morning to go to this one. It's that much better than the rest.. 😍

I've only been to this location a few times, and today was one of those times. We went through the drive-thru, and it was pretty busy. However, the line went really fast, the employees were super nice, and the drinks were not just accurate, but better than usual! What more could you ask for? Besides "free," but that's just being greedy. 😉 I'd recommend this Starbucks location.

Order taker was hilarious and very outgoing. Imitating a surfer dude they preceded to say words like "far-out", "righteous", "tubular". It was a great experience and the vanilla frap was amazing as always. Highly recommend this location any time of day!

Des is my favorite barista, she is so sweet. She recognizes my voice in the drive thru and knows my order before I begin the order. She's very personable because she remembers things we've talked about during my last visit. She is the biggest reason why I will always come to this location.

It's Starbucks one of the best Starbucks in Sacramento always friendly clean and again Starbucks is out of themselves always going out of the way to make the drink the way I like it and got one for free tonight little different than what I'm used to but I might try it again they made it wrong they were going to throw it away why let it go to waste give it to me but I think I might put this drink in my rotation

I live really close to this starbucks so getting a cup of coffee on the way to work is pretty easy. Lots of great workers there who go through a lot. Drinks and food are really good here and same with all the other starbucks. Only complaint is DONT come here during the school rush (2:40-4:00) unless you want to wait 25 min for a drink and hear some rather interesting things from middle schoolers. Overall this is a good place i highly reccomend.

Use drive thru option every time. They even have a "special" named after me, so when I order, I don't have to give special instructions each time...and once in their system, I can get same order for my special "Frap" every time. I should OWN one of these franchises!!! LOL 😄 Always go thru "drive thru", put Nextdoor doesn't give that as an "option"!

Amazing place! I went on my day off and got a grande pink drink and heard the baristas laughing and just being very friendly and welcoming!! I also was greeted upon arrival. I walked through the door and was surprised that they all greeted me when they were busy! The energy is a 10/10 and so are the other customers!! Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!

This starbucks is absolutely the best in the Citrus Heights area. The manager Julia always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The staff always makes good recommendations for other drinks to try and offers the seasonal favorites especially Trevor. The food is always top notch and helps with my quick lunch picks and snacks on the go! When, I quickly stop in for my mid day double-shot expresso the bathrooms are always nice and clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Thanks, for always making me me best self and keeping me alert and happy.

This is my daily treat before work because the team here consistently gives me a great start to my day. If I didn’t live so far, I’d love to visit on my days off like I used to when I lived closer. The staff here are very friendly and the drinks are consistent in quality every time I'm here, they just run out of a lot of food and drinks by the afternoon (they have never had cold brew in stock when I stop by after 2 PM). Everything is pretty much what you would expect from Starbucks.

Always nice & friendly...I remember when I use to work at Little Caesar next door(year 2017)..my coworker introduced me to Mocha frappe & that got me into drinking coffee & liking it, lol..go figure. Plus I remember I was on my 15 minute break & it was hot & I was beat & a female worker who I think was on her break, smoking a cig..was nice enough to give me a free large coffee drink, for no apparent reason..which I thought was so sweet & made my day. Thanks to this Starbucks place..it changed how I think of Starbucks & in a better light than I thought of it before, being naive in the pass(when I didn't know about coffee & the coffee scene etc, lol). : )

This Starbucks is a little small, but still ample room. Both times that I have been there I was able to find an outlet to plug my laptop in and do some work. The atmosphere was great, and so were the frappachinos and teas that I purchased there.

Drinks are inconsistent in taste and expensive. So busy sometimes that it could take 20 minutes just to get a coffee. Very friendly staff who are eager to do things right for the customer if something is wrong with with their drink. Love the white mocha.

It's close to my home so I got there but the way the drinks are made is inconsistent sometimes. My order is right off the menu but for some reason I get served something else and I'm not always sure what I'm going to receive. They will change it of course but were they not paying attention or what.

Most people come to this chain of coffee shops for the consistency. When the consistency is in jeopardy people leave. I love the taste of their coffee but have a hard time paying these prices. Once in a while, I'll treat myself. This was one occasion.

This is always my preferred store! Employees are always super nice and fun to talk to. I will say however I was in the store yesterday while the district manager was in, and she was less than polite. I was sitting near while she was absolutely chewing out the store manager! I was so shocked and appalled by the manner in which she was speaking to her. She was so condescending and downright mean and vile. If anyone had spoken to me the way she was talking to the store manager I would have thrown hands. It’s downright shameful how the so called district manager is treating these poor employees. Love the baristas and hope they get the help they need

Has a drive thru. Coffees hot and delicious. Inside atmosphere feels like all the Starbucks. Customer service is great. Friendly people everywhere but there some Problems: Trees block the signage. Can't really tell Starbucks is there because of such dense foliage. And it becomes a hangout when Sylvan school gets let out. Beware of kids everywhere. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

I'm not saying it's a bad place, but it's so dirty. And it's not the employee's fault, the place is overrun with homeless people. A whole section of the store was empty except for one individual who was so dirty and pungent that everyone stayed clear of that area. I had to sit outside, and that was not much better.

Savannah at the Citrus Heights Four Corners store is a delight. If all your cashiers were as polite, friendly and quick as she is I'd might reconsider going to Starbucks more. The outside entrance/ sitting area is always a hot mess, even first thing in the morning. Why doesn't the manager ever make sure that is cleaned up? 5 stars for Savannah, 4 stars for inside cleanliness 2 stars for the entrance outside.

This starbucks is closes the lobby like every other day. The drive thru will be open, but they keep the inside closed. And you can see plenty of workers inside in order to serve customers inside. This is honestly pathetic and corporate should address this and remove the management from this location.

This location is always very slow. Think i waited in the drive thru 10-20 minutes. Which really now, is just way too long. Ordered the egg bites and a peppermint hot chocolate. The hot chocolate barely had any peppermint flavor, and the egg bites while tasted good. When. The bag was handed to me it was dripping heavily! I said something to the barista about it and they didnt even say anything. Maybe they didnt hear me but it was quite clear the bag was dripping hot liquid from it. Seriously do not hand a dripping hot bag to your customer, if i didnt catch it my car probably would have ended up smelling like egg. All in all. Not the best starbucks ive gone to.

I am not a fan of Starbucks to start with, that being said what is there to say about z place you go into 2 mornings in a row, you order the same drink both mornings and the drinks do not even look the same and the taste is definitely not the same, you inquire as to the dissimilarity and are told- "Oh, sometimes we make it this way and other times we make it that way". I ask you - what is wrong with that answer (everything)? Why bother to go for who knows what you'll get? No thanks Starbucks.

One of the slowest, the place is very uninviting. You wouldn't want to sit in those chairs for very long, others have comfortable seating more Outlets Wi-Fi and besides that I hate to say my chai latte was like it was watered down tell me a positive thing and it said yes is they open at 5:30 a.m.

The staff treated me and my friends awfully, not listening to me when I was ordering, gave me the wrong order like 3 times and were rude trying to accuse me in stealing the order though I just didn’t realize we have an extra one and was more than good with returning it. IT WAS SOOOO RUDE!!!!!

Barista was incredibly rude. The person I was with walked out, he didn't even want the free coffee I offered him. I would have walked out as well but I worked all night and desperately needed a coffee. I won't go back to this location.

This location is terrible at making drinks. The line in the drive thru always takes forever to move and when you finally get your drink it’s not what your expecting. I already had a baby that grew inpatient from waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru plus them getting the drink tasting weird is not aceptable. I asked for a cloud Carmel macchiato and they gave me milk with carmel, not okay. I will avoid this location next time for sure as they have horrible baristas.

Witnessed very poor customer service here yesterday. A young man who ordered an ice tea was complaining his drink was taking too long. I myself had ordered after him, yet received my latte before him. I overheard him complaining and they blamed "mobile orders" that came in before he had ordered. When he asked for a refund from the male manager, the man told him almost word for word "he had no right to get his money back, but he did have the right to never bring his business back." This just seemed completely unnecessary and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. This Starbucks is already very crowded with high school age kids and I have never been thrilled with my drink order the way I am at other Starbucks. Management should really learn how to treat customers, IMO this manager was way out of line.

The restrooms are disgusting here. I talked to one of them employees are telling them the first thing you should do before you open it to make sure everything is cleaned up and sanitary. If you think I’ll go look at the restroom no salt or the sink not working And there’s no toilet paper

There are signs everywhere that they offer curbside pickup. However after you pay on the app, they tell you to call the store to get your drinks. The problem is they will not answer the phone and they will not come out. Once I went inside to get my drinks the barista was very rude and walked away from me after I asked about the curbside pickup issues.

This location is hand down the worst Starbucks around. I placed a mobile app order sent my daughter to pick it up and of course they messed up on the order again. This seems to be the theme for this store. So I have to drive back up to the store once again to get them to make the correct drink, and you would think they would be apologetic about messing up and the inconvenience it has caused me. Nope, in fact they are not apologetic at all, more like annoyed that I'm asking them to remake my drink. In fact I am straight up getting attitude from them. Entitled, lazy millennials, who need to take a course on customer service and work ethics. I ordered online and walked in to grab my order. I saw they were still making my drip coffee and it wasn’t filled to the top. I asked them to top it off and she said it says room for cream. I said okay and asked her to fill it to the top again. She again said that it said room for cream. I again asked her to fill it to the top and she finally did it. She then told me I needed to take the room for cream off my order. We had more words about my order and I told her I’m not sure why I’m explaining anything to her as a customer. Horrible customer service.

I went to grab coffee in the morning and I saw there were only 2 cars in drive through and I went inside to get coffee and see what they have from pastries. I ordered 1 simple drink and stood on the side to wait for it. It was literally 7,8min after and my drink was still not done. I watched at least 3 new cars coming and leaving with their drinks and I am still waiting mine. 2 guys were just smiling and doing it so slow and casual,talking non stop. I just didn’t appreciate waiting while other people were served and went to ask for my money. Irene was the lady that approached without apologizing and with very rude approach and mad tone. Horrible experience and it’s so annoying because that Starbucks is really on my ay to work but still like this morning I will avoid in big circle if you don’t want to get pissed in the morning. Great service Starbucks.

I can’t believe I came to see another review with the same problem. I posted on yelp about this and saw on google a review about matcha being more than half foam. I feel like it’s not okay that I pay for this drink and don’t even get half of what I’m paying for. I went to this location around 6:30 p.m. And I was greeted with rude service. Now I understand everyone may have a bad day, but that doesn't justify taking it out on me the customer. That may be excusable in itself; however, I found that after paying almost 14 dollars for my two drinks. One of them wasn't even filled up all the way. Not meaning it was a little bit under, more like it was half foam and only a little bit of drink. There were three people working there and I believe the one with red hair made my drink like this, while the lady with long black hair was providing the rude customer service. All in all this was not a good experience at this location.

I give the atmosphere a 3 star because inside has a nice seating area but the barista are usually tense and irritated. I would like to see Starbucks take a lesson from Dutch Bros. Dutch Bros staff are usually enjoying themselves and engaging with a positive attitude.

Horrible experience! Pre ordered a coffee online for pick up, show up and the lobby is closed (3:00 in the afternoon) Try to call the Starbucks to cancel the order and phone doesn’t go through. Can clearly see workers inside. Then drive back after work to get a refund and wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience of having to drive by twice. Very disappointed Starbucks usually has great customer service.

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for well over 10 years. There was many years that I would go every single day sometimes twice. On 1/19/2024 I visited this Starbucks at Auburn and Sylvan to get drinks for me and my co-workers on a very hectic day at work. We paid for all of our drinks, close to $40, They forgot one of my drinks. When I got back to work one of my co-workers didn't get a drink. My boss was irritated that he was charged for a drink we didn't get. He wasn't happy, she wasn't happy. I called Starbucks as soon a I realized. I told my boss and my coworker I would go get her drink as soon as I got off work. Starbucks kept me on the phone way too long when I was supposed to be working. I just needed my drink. They made excuses, they said I wasn't charged for it when in fact I definitely was. They never offered to make the drink for me. They just argued that I wasn't charged for the drink. I verified with my boss and a coworker that we were definitely charged for every drink. In total we paid for six drinks and received five. After not getting anything but a argument on the phone, I hung up on the girl. After a hectic day at work, my plan was to go back to this store to try to get contact information for the manager and then to go to another store and get the drink for my coworker. That was another big hassle. She wasn't going to give me the contact instead told me she could tell me when he's going to work next. That was already way too much trouble. Two visits and a call and still didn't have the missing drink. The last thing I wanted was any further hassle trying to explain this whole thing again over one drink. They should have just offered to make the drink when I first called. Finally she handed me his phone number and I left. With my gas light on, I drove to another starbucks, gave the guy a $20 cash tip because he was so friendly and helpful. After spending my original $40 on drinks, $6 tip at the first store and $20 tip at the second store I had my drink and took it back to work. I contacted the store manager by text. I was too tired, had errands to run, and stressed from all the anguish. He texted back promptly, but never apologize for how poorly his store handled the matter when I told them about the missing drink. He offered nothing but to reach out to me, meaning a phone call. I didn't ask for or need a phone call. I was tired of talking to Starbucks about this issue. I just wanted to feel heard, acknowledged, and thought he should have offered at least the missing drink but I didn't need it at that point. What I needed was to be treated with appreciation and respect and to be heard. I wasn't going to beg someone to do the right thing. I never felt heard or acknowledged. I felt very disrespected like a rug that somebody wiped their feet on. He told me he was not 24/7 customer service and that he's already asked me multiple times for a time when I would be available for him to reach out. I told him I can't take phone calls when I'm at work and I would be off work at 4:00 p.m. the next 2 days. He told me he would reach out to me the following day knowing I was working till 4:00. The following day I waited three hours after I was off of work and hadn't heard from him. Now I'm even more annoyed. It felt like he was trying to switch the blame to me. He wasn't available 24/7, and neither was I. I'm playing phone tag with someone who's not keeping their word, nor offering any help. Originally I just wanted the missing drink, then I just wanted for the manager to apologize and agree that this missing drink situation was handled poorly. That's what should have been done. Today, Monday, I called their main customer service line. After listening to my experience, the customer service agent told me he added $5 to my Starbucks account to make up for the missing drink. The drink I paid for and didn't get was $6.45. Starbucks response, credit me $5 for the $6.45 drink I didn't get originally. The lesson here is: Go to Dutch Brothers. STARBUCKS DOESN'T CARE.

they took way too long for my drinks. i went with my friend and she order an apple juice and they gave her milk. i ordered two frappes and it took them so long. one of them was sitting in the blender for like 5 minutes and they weren’t even busy.

I placed a mobile pick up and when I asked about the pick up, the barista working answered with an attitude. I received my drinks but was still waiting on the sandwich I had ordered. One of the baristas screamed across the room, to ask me what I was waiting for and I let her know that I was waiting for my sandwich. The other baristas continued to whisper to each other acting like “mean girls.” I received my sandwich and left. The environment in the store was tense and the baristas are rude and condescending. I’ve been coming to this location for a while and I’ve been noticing the attitudes the employees have with customers and have decided to bring attention to it because it keeps happening.

My friends and I walked 40 minutes to Starbucks. When we arrived, there was a sign saying that due to a staff shortage, the lobby was closed, and only the drive-thru was open. We were very thirsty, so we went to the drive-thru to order a drink. We stood there for a long time, trying to get their attention, asking if they could see or hear us, but no one responded. However, when cars pulled up, their orders were taken immediately. A kind woman driving by agreed to place an order for us (we paid for ourselves; we were not begging). When we received our drinks, we asked the employee if she had seen us trying to order. She said she had. We then asked if they were allowed to serve people who walk through the drive-thru. She said no. So we asked why she ignored us and didn’t even bother to inform us that walk-ups weren’t allowed. She didn’t respond, rolled her eyes, and handed us our drinks with an annoyed expression. Because of this kind of staff attitude, I do not want to visit this Starbucks.

Our drinks tasted terrible. Asked for half of 1 shot, got 1 full shot. Asked for extra carmel. Didn't recieve any. It was so strong with extra caffeine and less carmel. Girl wasn't even putting on sleeves on super hot drinks. Not professional, in my opinion.

1 star because of one particular barista, she was disrespectful. I had to come to the front and remind her about my order since it took her forever to prepare one cup of coffee. Felt like she was intentionally ignoring my order because people who were after me got their orders much faster. I do not really know what the issue was, tips or something else.

The worst place in town, I came in there to use the restroom yesterday. As I was working doing deliveries, I was denied to use the restroom. I will be contacting my lawyer this week, to see about a lawsuit about this issue

I periodically bought coffee in the evening. Today I stopped by during the day and asked for the bathroom code, to which the staff said buy something. Sorry, I look decent, I'm not homeless, etc. I think this is a shameful policy of the cafe, I won't go there for coffee, it left a bad taste. Take care of your toilets👍

I went in there this morning keep in mind I’ve only been there 2other times. I walk in and needed to use the bathroom! The employee and manager said in a rude way that I had to purchase something first! I’ve never been treated that rudely in front of other customers!!!! I said I need to use the bathroom first! Manager said no! And I can leave and don’t come back! I showed her $wasn’t the problem it’s them that is the problem!!!! They make Starbucks look bad!!!!!!

Worst spot ever. I came here August 8 around 7 and front the beginning I was greeted with attitude . I order my drinks and I forget to order a croissant so at the window I ask if I can add it. A big older white lady proceeds to say “the boss doesn’t allow last minute orders” and I know it’s a lie because I’ve done it before. If I could I’ll rate this negative stars.

I would give negative if possible, we come to starbucks almost every other day. We were shopping next door and stopped in to use the restroom my 6 yo couldn't hold it any longer while she is crying about to pee they refused to let us use the restroom unless I bought something. We literally went through the drive thru hours before. Absolutely ridiculous! Won't be coming back.

I ordered a venti iced coffee with a splash of cream and a coffee cake. Instead, I received a venti iced coffee heavy on cream with just a splash of coffee, and my coffee cake was never served. The location appeared to be understaffed, and the baristas seemed unsure about how to retrieve an item from their display that I had ordered. After being asked twice by the same two employees what I was waiting for, I decided I had waited long enough. I told them to give my food to the homeless man camped outside their entrance.
