Nice place, super clean, organized and the employees are pretty cool, helpful and efficient. the store manager Erandi was always on top her store and making sure the customers were happy. My favorite Starbucks so far, and trust me! I been in hundreds of them!

Nice, standard Starbucks. There is ample space, but not a ton of seating options. There’s a small outdoor area shared with nearby restaurants. Good and coffee is just like every other Starbucks. There is ample parking since it is on the border of Westfield mall. There is also 15-minute parking, so this is never an issue. Most of the day there is minimal wait time and at it’s most crowded there can be a small line.

Update to my previous review: I’m enjoying the vibe here. The comfy seats are a welcoming work atmosphere. Baristas are genuinely friendly. They speak to you as if you are a friend. My food was fresh and my drink was hot. Ms. E (I don’t want to miss spell her name) is so pleasant. If you are having a bad day, her smile and energy with brighten your day. This music is perfect for this atmosphere. Thank you to the team of barista on November 20, 25 around 10am . You guys rock!!! This location is excellent at providing efficient customer service and drinks and food. In and out in a matter of minutes. There is sufficient seating inside and outside. It’s alway clean. Use the Mobile app and you’re in and out in a matter of minutes. Plenty of free parking. My go to location when I’m in the office! Thank you to this team!! YOU ROCK!!!

Always happy with starbucks. Hardly ever do we get bad service but overall happy with my meal and my service almond butter and fresh strawberries was good. My double smoked bacon and the blueberry muffin are also really good here. Overall cleanliness was 👍🏼👍🏼😊

Omggg the lemon loaf cake is soooo delicious. The flavor is outstanding, the cake is sooo moist. I am really addicted to this cake. The staff are extremely friendly and they treat you like family. It's such a nice place to relax

I love to order from this Starbucks because everyone is so polite. I ordered a chai tea latte and it was really good. I usually order midday and mostly mobile. They recently are allowing walk in orders so that's great!

wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at your Culver City location (outside fox hills mall) . I’m a frequent customer, and every time I come in I’m greeted with great energy and genuine smiles from Addie, Ashley, Julie, Natalia, and Priscilla. It’s honestly refreshing to see how well everyone works together. You can tell they enjoy what they do and support one another, and that makes the experience better for customers. I also notice a lot of regulars who clearly have built real connections with the staff. Erandi, the manager, really stands out. She jumps in when things get busy and leads by example, which says a lot about the culture at this store. This location truly feels like a community. You’ve got a great team here.

I've been coming to Starbucks Slauson since they first opened in 2016 or 2017. There are a few workers who have stood out and stayed for at least 4 years. Shout out first to Ian, shift lead for being here from day one and always showing kindness and care in my life and my work as a therapist and social worker. I thank you for always being willing to listen and support. Val, you have such a fun and uplifting presence and always did the same and listened when I needed additional support. Rachel, Ginger and Larz have also had a friendly and caring presence. Dezzy I appreciate our one on one conversations and your willingness to be helpful. To see a Starbucks where so many staff has stayed says a lot about the way this Starbucks is managed. Definitely show these wonderful love when you come in! You all rock! Warmly,Marguerite

Bathroom washer faucets is bad will get your clothes all wet need to be fixed, I hope I can review it again for 5 stars next time .

I went through drive-through and I asked the young lady for a hot latte 2 1/2 pumps of caramel because I usually drink my coffee black but I was gonna treat myself this day, instead they gave me the original five pumps. The coffee was horrible. I was already like 10 minutes on the freeway by the time I took my first sip of the coffee cause I was on my way back home. A 2 Hour but I call the store and let them know what happened for that reason one star

No drive-through! Even though I used that as a filter to get here 😑

When you come to this location, make sure you tip otherwise the staff will insult you and make fun of you. I hope he's just having a bad morning. If you're in a customer service and you base your attitude on your customers tips then maybe time to find a new career that will pay you better without stressing yourself on tips.

He worked & closed the store tonight 2/1/2025. He made sure to go out of his way to be as rude as possible for no reason making for a very much uncomfortable experience and ambiance.
