We're somewhat regular customers here and sometimes the food is cooked on time or cooked earlier sitting under a heat lamp making the fried food stale. My fish is always over cooked, hard and even the meat became hard for sitting too long. My fries are always given to us old. Hard, greasy, over salted. We live around the corner so this is our go to restaurant. The customer service is good, respectful staff and competent. Just wish they'd stop serving stale food that was prepared over 30 mins to more than 1hr ago. My phone wont show the actual color of the fries but half are grayish and chewy hard.

The staff at this location are ver organized. The manager was kind and personable. She found a phone that belonged to a customer and personally made the effort to track him down through a friend that repeatedly called. The phone was returned by that friend and the man was grateful for the kindness shown by the lady manager.

Unfortunately, I went a few days ago with a coupon and they tricked me so much that they ended up charging me the full amount. I ended up paying $17 out of a bill of $9.06. If you have a coupon, be careful because they'll tell you the point of sale isn't working, which is false. Then they take your card to another location and charge you the full amount.

Has not had ice for over a month. Now soda dispenser has no carbonation. Floor is always sticky. I give it a try about every 2 weeks when I need some quick food. Really need to find somewhere else.

Terrable staff. waited 20 min for a biggie bag and wveryo e around me did also. The young man at the register was rude a d could care less, and the manager watched this going on.

This is all I was able to enjoy before forking a hair wrapped around my salad 🤢.. the chicken was not fresh at all and way less than last time ..They left out my Parmesan crisps this time as well . Very inconvenient could not go back up there . So grossed out lost my entire appetite .

Avoid this place if you can. Every time I come here and place an order for one meal for one person and I'm told to pull forward at the drive thru. They are either lazy or slow or both.

This THE worst Wendy's I've ever seen. Staff was super unhelpful and it took us 10 minutes to just pay. Not to mention they got our orders wrong. Just go to McDonald's across the street.

Will absolutely never visit this location again. $15 for food I threw straight into the garbage. Drive through girl with the long claw nails (food safety hazard) was just annoyed to take my order to begin with. Very poor attitude. Chicken sandwich was cold. Pickles were brown? For some reason. Mayo smelled like it had gone bad. Fries were unsalted? How is this even possible? I was the ONLY person in the drivethru! Coke was flat. Took a couple bites of the chicken (at this rate expecting to get diarrhea later, for sure) Absolutely wasted my money. I know for a fact that if I returned to this location in the morning, that there would at least be a manager watching over the quality of food and service. These people at night simply do not care about food safety, or quality of service. I could have EASILY went directly across the street to McDonald’s and at the -very- least gotten food that was consistently “ok.” There’s just no excuse for this. Going to bed hungry after a 14 hour day at work is not ideal. Hire people who actually care about their job. Thanks Wendy’s for ruining my night.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The service was incredibly slow, and the employees seemed uninterested in helping customers. I waited far longer than expected, and when my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. When I asked for it to be fixed, the staff was dismissive and barely acknowledged the issue. It felt like there was no sense of professionalism, and the lack of organization was clear. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service.

Today I went to this particular location on my lunch break , for some reason this restaurant has always been a hit or miss but unfortunately for me they “MISS”more than anything . As I ordered my food I made the attendant aware that the last time I was there my food was Luke warm and my fries were hard from being over cooked .. As I expressed to make my order fresh and that I’m willing to wait . Low and behold I as I pay for my order I’ve made a habit to feel the temperature of my food before driving off … As soon as I make to work to dig in while biting through my chicken nuggets 6 out of 10 nuggets are “HARD” . I’m not the writing a negative review type but once I begin to total up how much money I’ve lost on this location to be disappointed more than I’m satisfied my twitter fingers begin to tingle . This location is so worried about the timer more than the quality of food there providing . I called the location only for the manager to say “I don’t know what to tell you “ . I pray a higher up or a General Manager sees this message and take the necessary steps to help assist this location in providing better food . As you can see on the pic below all nuggets that are on the napkin are hard and can’t be eaten this is out of a 10 piece smh .
