Food was great, service was great. Only thing was the people coming in and out just to use the restroom, the 2 homeless sitting right outside the door while exiting. Didn’t have any cash or coins. Although they didn’t ask for anything and didn’t bother me in any way. I kinda felt some type of way for having such a good breakfast.

Rachel was very attended to our niece at the table food came out nice and hot fresh just the way I’ve ordered and I appreciate her. Should be more people on your staff such as herself thanks for having her a part of your team.

The place is clean, and every time I walk in here. The servers made me feel like I’m at home, so I wanna say thank you. Especially to Anna for always being there . Stopped by for lunch and saw my good friend Robert, former GM from Maracas, is currently working there. I've eaten at many Denny's and this is one of the best. It's clean, very well run, service was prompt and food was good. I'll definitely be back. This Dennys is peak childhood for me, especially this one by Children's hospital. The food is always the best weekdays 9-12 morning and weekends when its packed around 8-10. Least favorite time would be night or dawn 5 am, the food doesnt hit the same but good enough to fill you up after getting out the hospital. I have tried almost everything from here.. 😭 usually the all american slam, or their salmon is for me. But the chicken skillet i tried recentlt is the best.

I ordered via Uber Eats and this place gets high marks for delivery. Everything is extremely well packaged and they provide plenty.of condiments and utensils. The food was very good, fresh and nice portions.

I said well 4 tables already served came in 20-30mins after and still got their food before ours. Finally after almost hour food was coming and everything was wrong scrambled when asked for over easy, pancakes were not chocolate, sides missing, and when I asked I’m missing my sons food response was “oh what did he order”. Manager seemed to not care so we just left 1hr wasted. Terrible customer service, terrible excuses and it wasn’t even packed. I asked for them to brown my french toast & for my bacon to not be hard & they totally did the opposite of what I asked for. Wanted cracked scrambled eggs they gave me all yellow yolk scrambled eggs. Total epic fail. Hard bacon and French toast were no where near browned with barely hardly any powdered sugar on them. Won't be returning to this location.

Either way I would definitely go back to the Denny's on market center regardless if they have unprofessional employees there also... At least their food has never made me sick like that... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service AT NIGHT..... I DONT RECOMMEND!!!we waited about 10 minutes and there was hardly anybody in there and it was like we were being ignored.

Sucked! waited 15 minutes to be seated then left 30 minutes later after no service; not even water. No acknowledgement at all. HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

First off this was my first time going to a Denny’s Restaurant. But my experience wasn’t that good. so first I ordered a meal to go, but then I said to the guy that was out front that I was coming back for the order it won’t take me more than 5 minutes, because I was taking a friend to eat that just got out from an appointment. So he not even say a word, he just nodded. But that’s fine. But when I came back, they had my order in the bag when I told him that I was coming back and dining in. They still bagged the food even when I said I was coming back and changed to dine in. So he got me a menu for my friend and of course I had my food bag so I ate it that way that’s fine. The thing is that they took a long time to take her order and a black lady passed and she said she wasn’t taking the order these people order to go. When clearly I said before I was dining inside. She didn’t care she just turned around and then another lady came back and I said what happened she took my friends order but kind of not wanting to do it .And I mean I am not taking a meal for free I am paying for it, but they took long to give it to her and then when I was going to pay, she just put the receipt in the table and they never came back to take the payment when I told her that I was ready to pay she said to me, you have to go to pay at front desk ,I mean, I can understand that you don’t make a service if I already paid and stay at the restaurant and a to go order . But I told them I was coming back before they even start to cook. My friend that order something to dine in should get the service but it seems to not care about ALL your customers.But really was a bad experience and not coming back for sure at least to this location .

Waited 30 min. just to have the server say the order was not put in 20 minutes later. After 20 additional min. food came out, wrong order and they forgot to put in order for my grandson. When I spoke to the manager she was non chaulant with a generic, "I'm sorry " and just walked off. I don't know how this restaurant has 4 stars, it doesn't deserve it. Poor service!

Ordered the Bourbon chicken skillet to go and it was the absolute worst. Chicken was too tough to eat. Like old leftovers from the day before. And dry like chicken jerky. Was like the cook didn't even care to even try to do a good job. Had similar results at other Dennys locations. Never tried this location and based on the reviews thought I would give it a try. It was the worst. Scratched Dennys off the list. Never again.
