It's would be better if they were cheaper than the other place. Otherwise there is no reason for me to come back here. On the plus side they do have a nice patio.

Only reason I am giving a 4/5 is because they need more people working on weekends. At least 3. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes and did a mobile order and when upon receiving my food it was completely cold. Workers are very nice and professional. This specific place just needs more than two people on weekends

The employee's are all so warm & professional. The store is always clean. Sometimes service is a bit slow as they focus on the drive thru and forget about the walk ins but when they get to you you will receive good service. I love their grilled cheese but sometimes if you get later in the day they are very hard for some reason. Not sure if they make earlier in day and reheat but they are almost not edible. They always package products very well when taking out. The new holiday munchkins are awesome.

Open until 10. Good for late night. Don't like its donuts. Very artificial.

Visited twice- Saturday and Tuesday (May 22 and 25th, 2021). I’m a huge fan of Dunkin’ visiting Dallas. Love Dunkin coffee and donuts 😍. Crazy fan of Dunkin’. The first day I got small macchiato, and dozen variety donuts. I was sad that I couldn’t modify the donuts, and when I picked up in the drive through the satff didn’t give me a choice 😩🥺 sadd!! But loved the donuts and coffee 🤤. No complaints on the taste. Second time I ordered for chocolate frosted donut, 3 count munchkins (got all powdered), large macchiato (free drink 😍), love the Dunkin points. I didn’t get the chocolate frosted donut, but was given only old fashioned 😪. The staff said they are out of donuts 🥺!!! Sad and atleast they should provide some alternative if you are out of donuts for the price. Huge fan of Dunkin’ 😇

Very unfortunate that I have to give one of my favorite chains from the East Coast 2 stars. The donuts are great, and the place is clean. But the staff is completely mis-managed and unprofessional. It takes them 20 minutes to prepare a bagel sandwich in relatively light traffic because the stand preparing the order work really slow or are confused about something. I'll return because this is the only DD in the Bay Area but the place could be run so much better...

Love Dunkin' dark roast ice coffee. This is a nice looking location. Workers are a joke! Guy who served us was obviously high, "manager" busy talking with his buddy.. Order all kinds of screwed up! Won't be coming back to this location.

Meh from decor, food, drink and service. The place is clean but bare. The staff is either on there phone or waking up. The chai latte was hot and flavorless - I was given hot milk. The turkey sandwich was okay, but the English muffin was soft and flavorless. The hash browns were fine. Honestly, it’s doesn’t compare to an east coast Dunkin

The donuts are great, with their food, I'm happy. Bring me back to the Chicago place I ate at, but now in San Mateo I wish I could say better reviews he has another food is great but I did order something I never received, it might be because I had two children running around but I thought that's what dunkin' donuts was about?... Family oriented place... He never put in the donut holes that we ordered.. When we have finally arrived home we noticed that! Bummer! Will still try again next week because their food is good. Let's hope communication goes well next time!

Had their breakfast sandwich with sausage, it was on a crasant hard as a rock, ice cold the egg tasted old!! Disappointing!

I love Dunkin Kolaches. They're my go-to for a delicious breakfast. However, I believe this location's oven is due for a replacement as it overcooks them, resulting in a hard crunch with every bite. Customer service is about what you would expect. Not welcoming and very robotic but also not rude.

They were so slow and they wouldn't say who's order was ready. Very thankful my maple bar didn't have any more frosting on it after she put it in the bag upside-down.

They literally cannot make a Chai Latte at this location, I don't know what else to say. I've ordered multiple times and it comes back as a cup of milk every time, they don't add any spice. I feel like I'm going insane but they literally don't know how to make a Chai Latte here, extremely incompetent location

Whoever owns this location is extremely cheap and could care less about their customers and staff. Opening at 6am is sad for a coffee spot, however forcing a solo staff member to open and then deal with the overwhelming number of orders coming in alone, creating insane wait times, all falls on the owner. It shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to profit correctly off donuts, yet here I am telling you that your business is garbage because of how you run it. Sell your franchise to someone who actually cares. This is the ONLY Dunkin in a few mile radius and the owner is still destroying their own business and productivity. Cheap, lazy, gross HAPPENED AGAIN, DOORS CHAINED LOCKED AT 6:15AM WHEN YOU OPEN AT 6AM AND TOOK MY MONEY at 6:01 am from your app. THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE IS THE WORST

This location sucks, the staff get my order wrong every time. I guess they are trying to drive you to order through app because it’s the only way I can get it right. I’m not sure if this is an absentee owner situation or what but I couldn’t imagine a worse customer experience. I only keep returning cause I live across the street so unfortunately it’s just the most convenient.

I ordered Americano and bagels. There is no bagels and the employees only made iced coffee. I asked for refund and the employee doesn’t speak English. They asked me to email manager, and the manager is rude. They argue their employee speaks adequate English. And ask me to come again for a refund. I will not come again because it is too far away, but let me give one star for you.

The service here is very subpar. I walked in. There was nobody else in there. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. There are three employees standing over by the drive-through window. I can hear one of them is clearly taking a drive-through order. I kept waiting & finally one of them said I'll be will be with you in a minute. Kept waiting, kept waiting, I got tired and walked out.

Terrible Management. The manager Is an extremely rude guy. I would not recommend anybody to buy in such a terrible place I ordered 3 items and they serve me 1. So I told them I just needed the two other, you would t thing this is a big issue right? Well this guy came to me with a very bad attitude telling me “you ordered just 1” and rolling his eyes at me, with a mean tone. I told him to not come with that attitude and he closed the windows at me. A very rude person that should NEVER be in charge of any establishment with that attitude

Hate writing reviews, but corporate needs to step in and retrain this team. As someone who grew up with a DD on every corner in Massachusetts this was underwhelming. I first ask for 2 avocado toast w/bacon and loaded hash-browns. I ask the cashier for them to be extra toasted, or well done and she told me they can’t do that? Since when?! That’s how I ALWAYS get my order. After excessive wait time the toast is given to me and the order is wrong and cold. No seasoning, no bacon and extremely burnt bread. They go to fix the order and the bacon she put on it was cold as well. I’m not understanding how the wait time was so long and the food still came cold? The hash browns were warmish. Went to ask for my money back but the lady returned the food to me as I was asking. SMH

What is up with the morning weekday crew here? Is there a manager in the morning time or do i need to take this up with corporate. They are rude and always rushing things. Hire better people. The Easter African lady who wears a hijab is the only polite and patient person I’ve met at this location. This location is on my way to work which is why I stop here but I don’t know how much more disrespect and attitude I’m willing to take

I came in tonight around 730 to get their six dollar meal deal a bagel, a medium iced coffee and some hashbrowns. They informed me they were out of bagels I said can I substitute the bagel for the bacon egg and cheese croissant I was told it comes with different bacon I said that’s OK I don’t mind and she said well I can’t do that, so I replied, but you said I could save it out because she did it. There might’ve been a miscommunication, but then some Indian voice came over the speaker, aggressively yelling. Whether you could substitute out or not, do not yell at somebody. Zero out of zero.. I hate to leave this review because there’s a amazing young woman that works here but the lady yelled. I hope you lose your job. You’re nasty inconsiderate and weren’t listening to the full conversation. I will not be back.

Very bad experience. The person taking the orders is extremely rude and unpleasant, treating customers with a terrible attitude. Early in the morning, all you want is a coffee and a friendly smile, but here it feels like they don’t want to serve you at all. It’s a shame that Dunkin’ has employees with such a negative attitude. I don’t recommend this location.

This is the only Dunkin anywhere near my house and work. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Numerous times I’ve ordered sandwiches with NO CHEESE, only to be given a sandwich that is just bread and bacon, nothing else, no egg; or I’ll end up with a sandwich with cheese on it. I’m routinely given the 10 count munchkins with less than 10 and I ask for assorted with powdered and I’ll either get all powdered or no powdered. I work in customer service so I get how it is, I never expect super peppy service (who can keep that up all day every day) but the service is lacking at this location. If I could go to a different location, I would. As it stands I’ve lessened the frequency of my visits.

It was my first time at Dunkin yesterday, lady taking my order in the drive thru was rushing my order and when I got to the window she looks frustrated. Made no big deal about it figured she wasn’t having a good day. I went again this morning and got the same service she rushed my order and had an attitude, once I got to the window I was already upset with the attitude she gave me. To top it off she said very loud and clear “UGH I HAVE A HEADACHE “ like ok I get you don’t feel good but should’ve stayed home instead of bring that nasty attitude to work and let it out on PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I do NOT leave google reviews, so the fact that I’m compelled to is telling. This location is constantly out of half of their menu, however, I can understand that is not the fault of any of the present employees. It’s the service that is the issue. At the drive-through I have gotten nothing but attitude every time I’ve gone. Little mistakes here and there are normal I completely get it. But when I very patiently bring a mistake to their attention and they have the audacity to look and talk to me crazy instead of owning up. That’s insane. I (again) do not leave Google reviews, but I genuinely do not recommend this location until they’ve had some kind of customer service training. It’s ridiculous.

Ordered through Doordash and received the wrong persons order. (Which btw they got that persons order wrong too according to their receipt). Then I placed a request for redelivery, and finally got my order, only to eat half my sandwich and realize the bread had mold. I was appalled. They staff training, lack of hygiene and clear lack of sanitary practices of food safety are highly questionable and concerning to say the least. Absolutely terrible and never returning.
