THE BEST STARUCKS IVE HAD IN YEARS. Spacious Starbucks, friendly customer service although they didn’t ask for my name when taking my order but they took 2 other customers names before me. I’d suggest entering after the light NOT before- it’s a stand along and blocked by a curb. You will have to go around near HEB then wait 5 minutes to turn left. There is NO drive thru, and about 8 parking spaces for them. I ordered a sugar cookie latte with soy milk and a pink drink. Let’s see how they come out

Decent cup of coffee! Ordered a decaf peppermint mocha, it had 54g of sugar. Tasted great but would order a less sugary option next time. I didn't look at the nutrition facts before I ordered. Won't do that again. Otherwise it was a great experience. Clean bathrooms and front of house.

Special day. Felt right to google a Starbucks in New Braunfels, TX. Pleasantly surprised with tall Caffee Latte. Expect a wait but very worth it, yum. Parking is very limited and hard to get in and out of from corner location off IH-35N and Walnut. Two unisex restrooms. Various tables for seating.

My coffee was hot and fresh. The cinnamon crumb cake was delicious. The staff was friendly as I walked in and the cashier was personable. I went here for convenience. The only drawback, if you care about such things, is this location does not have a drive-thru.

It depends on who is working The day you go, some workers Replicate your order requests and it tastes amazing. Others hear your order and leave out some stuff so your coffee ends up tasting Yuck. 4/10 overall Hit or Miss location. All employees super nice though

I made the mistake of stopping here before work and no drive thru. The girls were loligagging the whole time. They also put all the mobile orders ahead of the people in the dinning area. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They made my drink wrong, it was a green tea frap with coconut milk and peppermint… they just gave me a regular and I am allergic to milk, then they specifically broke my straw (it’s a thing you can do to customers) and did not close my $20 pound of coffee and taped it, so it almost fell all out in my car. I even said, I see you got business I can wait if you need and the window person was so rude and continuously interrupted , dismissed and demeaning anything you said. Now I am having an allergic response, my mouth and eye are swelling and I will have intestinal issues in about 10 minutes to what was to be my breakfast smoothie that $8. They were being so rude and not giving me proper service they were mocking, destroying my products of purchase, trying to cause me actual harm by giving me the wrong drink and demeaning on top of it all. THIS IS A HORRIBLE STARBUCKS I WILL NIT EVER RETURN AND WILL BE SEND THIS TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. Starbucks employees if you are stressed out do not slap the hand that feeds you. You were wrong!!!
