I have been to this drive-thru many times. I figured I would leave a review to counter all the 1 star griping going on. My experiences at this location have always been good. Is the food stellar? Maybe not, but it’s a convenience donut shop, not the Four Seasons. The drive thru moves fairly quickly, even if there is a longish line. My order has never been wrong, and no one has ever been rude to me. I assume with the volume of business they do, there are bound to be some mistakes made by staff. Hope this helps you decide for yourself…I think they’re doing just fine!

It’s great to see that they’ve finally relocated. It’s a nice little place compared to where they were. Although I was somewhat disappointed that this meant the end of Baskin Robbins, I realize that Dunkin Donuts always made more business. I get that some are complaining about the drive thru design. But this location used to be a Checkers and years before that it was a Jack In the Box which then became Jacks. Even then the parking wasn’t fantastic. I’ll continue to come once or twice a week as long as they have frozen coffee which in my opinion is the best item on the menu.

Place is new and clean, the PARKING sucks so bad. But I understand not much space on the lot. I guess how the drive through and small parking was set up is the only way. Other than that the food and coffee I ordered was spot on. Ordered it online and by the time I got there is was ready! So good in the fly.

So Dunkin Donuts $6.00 is gone 😔 my hot coffee with caramel, pumpkin and cream with the croissant sandwich was my breakfast go to. I would suggest adding the jam to the sandwich takes it to another level. I'm not too fond of the new $5.00 deal of the breakfast wrap, doesn't hit like the croissant. Their hash browns or tater tots ( what ever they call them) are good when they are fully cooked but salty

Very nice servers, the food is so-so, I've had better meals at different dunkin locations. But the coffee is SPOT on. Way to go making the orders exactly as asked for 👏🏽 👏🏽

We were waiting by ice cream ( employees saw us entering in front and doing toward icecream)and for 10 min no one out of 4 people by donuts came to ask 2 of us for help. And when we did walk towards the donuts and complained no one even apologised. The icecream cones were old, one had paper stuck to it and other had choc where we need to hold.

They almost always forget something from your order. So always check to make sure you have everything before you leave. And 9 out of 10 times, the hashbrowns are burned. Also, the space itself is so tight, parked cars cant get out if the drive thru line is long.

I think this location is fair however the last 2 times I went the same guy waited on me. His name is Isaac. The first time he screwed up my order twice. First I went back to get a sandwich that was left out. Then when I got back the original part of the order was wt. I didn't bother going back. Today I bought breakfast and he gave me my change back from a twenty and short changed me 4 bucks I told him and he the short changed me 2 dollars. I handed him back the receipt and cash a asked him to try again. Honestly I would recommend that this location either get better workers or train the better This guy is terrible. I may go back to my original DD in Deer Park Awful

This Dunkin’ will do you wrong. I was polite as I am always, I ordered 2 large ice coffees and when I got to the window I received one large and the other small. I told them I ordered 2 large drinks with a smile on. They took the small drink and put in a large size cup full to the top with ice. I order the same thing everyday and was super disappointed because it was obvious and the coffee was extremely watered down. Making it my fault that the worker didn’t hear me correctly over the intercom isn’t fair. Two thumbs down to this Dunkin’.. go to the one on Commack rd by the train station they’re amazing !

They should have left the other one open. Employees are slow, and somewhat incompetent. Everything takes forever and there’s no communication. Handing out wrong orders. Got handed the wrong thing twice in the same order. Loaded hash browns had no cheese.

Looks like I should have read the reviews. They gave me an ice cup with an ounce of coffee in it. Asked me to “pull around the front” because I ordered online “too late” and when I tried to turns out it’s a ONE WAY GOING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. DONT GO HERE

Avoid this location if you’re in a hurry. I’ve placed mobile orders after 11 PM, giving about 15 minutes of lead time, yet every time I arrive, I still have to wait for two cars ahead of me, and my order is never ready. I don’t mean to call anyone out, but efficiency is important in any job. The night shift employee at this location is consistently on his phone, using AirPods. I know this because every time he opens the window, he’s engaged in a conversatio and for sure NOT WITH ME. Management should take action, starting with proper training for their staff. Coffee now day isn’t cheap and customers deserve better service.

This morning I was at Dukin’ (North Babylon, NY), there was no line and it was not busy. Keep in mind this is a new Dunkin’ that just relocated from across the street not even two weeks ago. I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium iced Carmel latte and donut. Ten seconds later (still at the order speaker), I asked the employee “Can I change that to hot?”. She said, “No, it’s already made”. I asked “So I can’t switch it to hot?”. She said, “No”. I canceled the order, and went to Starbucks instead. She did not apologize, or offer to make the coffee hot. I wouldn’t have taken it after all this hassle anyway. Instead of having to dump the coffee down the drain and make $8, she dumped the coffee down the drain and made $0. I am a very good customer and this was BAD BUSINESS.

I was really looking forward to the new Dunkin’ location on Deer Park Avenue in North Babylon, but I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. While the new spot does have a drive-thru, it comes with its own set of problems. First off, they moved from across the street where there was a huge parking lot and plenty of seating. The old place had room to sit and actually enjoy your coffee. Now it’s just a tiny shop with a drive-thru, and if you want to loop back around, good luck—you’re right back on the main road. It’s inconvenient and feels poorly planned. The service has definitely taken a hit, too. At the old location, the morning shift was fantastic. There was one guy who could handle it all—he’d make your food, grab your coffee and donuts if the others were busy, and still get everything out hot and quick. He was awesome and always made my mornings better. Unfortunately, the new place just isn’t cutting it. The attitude of the new staff is not inviting at all. It feels like they don’t care about the job or the customers. There’s no warmth or enthusiasm—just a vibe like they’re going through the motions without any effort. To make it worse, I got cold food, burnt coffee, and donuts that tasted like they’d been sitting out way too long. It’s really disappointing considering it’s a brand new building. I honestly miss the old staff and the quality they delivered. This new location just doesn’t have the same vibe or service at all.

I would not advise anyone to go to this Dunkin’ donut. The people who work here are horrible rude, heartless with terrible attitudes and takes it out on the food they make for you ! My daughter was in my back seat and I asked them if I can pay for a cup of water for her. After rolling her eyes and throwing my food in my hand she said NO i can’t give you no water. I explained it was an emergency and that I was paying for it and she closed the register then said oh well I closed the register so I can’t give you no water. I told her to get her manager and even the manager wasn’t trying to give me water that I was trying to give them money for after I just spent $50 on our order with them. But that’s the problem..there lazy and they was upset I had such a large water. Not only did they take it out on me and my daughter by being rude to my kid too after she begged them for the cup of water cause she felt like she couldn’t breathe they also took it out on our food. Everything was smashed and open in the bag. I paid $50 and had to throw the food out and go to a different donkin donuts ! Terrible. I’m reporting this place

Might be the single dumbest idea I’ve ever seen. There is no where near enough room for parking and the drive thru, there was a backup onto the road, me and one other car got stuck for about 15 minutes, and I had to waste my time leaving through the slowest drive thru I have ever seen in my life. To top it all off, my donut was thrown into the a bag and was sloppy, the bacon had 0 seasoning like it was supposed to, and It overall wasn’t very good. Awful layout and whoever designed it should not have a job anymore. Never coming again

I have been trying to be patient since the store is fairly new,however I order in the app, my coffee is written with clear instructions yet the onky time it was made correctly was when I asked them to add 2 ingredients that were either not added or just barely added. When i ordered yesterday the breakfast deal the potato hash browns were a pile of mush. Smashed together, if their parking lot & drive thru was set up tp function I would have gone back to the drive thru, however they are in a horrible spot that after drive thru you have to turn right into the main road, I enjoyed their other location for years that was 1 block away, time to either find a new location that can get my coffee right, not give me mushed potato. But also be able to go right inside or back on the drive thru if there is a problem.

Avoid this location! They are rude and argumentative to customers. Corporate sees the reviews, they get the complaints yet the same faces are there. I mean we all can’t be lying. You pull into the drive thru and they say “ what are you having”, no hi, good morning, nothing. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them. They can’t get an order right no matter how simple it is, if you ask for a drink to be remade because of their error they argue with you, but will refuse to give a refund. They will call you a profanity in Spanish because they’re ignorant and think that from the way you look you don’t speak the language. Bad for business. They ALL need to be fired.

Don't bother going to this location at all if you plan to walk in. I was there twice and both times everyone in the walk-in area was basically ignored. There's only room for about 3-4 people in the lobby, which doesn't help when everyone is being ignored. Both times I was doing a mobile order pick up after waiting sufficiently for a small order and both times my order was not waiting in the (now smaller than the previous location's) pick up area. This time my drinks weren't ready after they handed me my bag of food. I mentioned that I was missing 2 drinks and they handed me 2 donuts even after checking the receipt (I ordered zero donuts)??? When I got home to open my egg and cheese wrap, the cheese was burnt beyond recognition and the wrap was hard as a rock. Parking is horrendous if there is any line at the drive thru. The drive thru line blocks all the parking spots, so then people block the exit lane to run into the walk-in area expecting a quick in and out (which as mentioned, is now impossible). This new location is so bad that even the homeless guy doesn't seem to want to hang out in front if it anymore. Congratulations, the poor services and even worse food quality has forced me to kick my dunkin' habit.

This place is a joke!!! I go to Dunkin at least twice a DAY. This place tried to charge an additional $1.50 for coffee milk!!! I don’t care how many shots you have to put, I shouldn’t be getting charged extra. I don’t see getting charged per shot of milk. Also this is my delicious ice and caramel “coffee”

I want to love this location because having a drive thru is clutch. However the design of the drive thru is horrendous bc it blocks parked cars. The customer service always comes with some form of attitude. The food is also just thrown together. The former workers at the location from across the street need to be rehired.

Today for an afterschool treat, I decided to take my daughter to Dunkin, after she told me that there was a coupon going on for a free refresher. I didn’t really believe it so when I pulled up, I asked the lady on the drive-through microphone if today they were giving out free refreshers. She said yes, so my daughter picked a refresher and she put in the wrong drink Then when we pulled up, I wanted to try some so I asked for a cup. She then said that she would have to charge me extra for a cup. The drink taste so bad and I felt bad just to pull away because it wasn’t free so I ended up paying six dollars for a drink that taste like gasoline

Absolutely horrible service . The black girl with the braids told me and my family “you guys are holding up my line” while we were telling them our order for me my daughter my mom and grandpa . She was very rude. What a shame . The iced coffee was okay . Meanwhile the whole line was backed up bc of their own incompetence . 😂

i go to dunkin every single day for a matcha latte and it is always the same order, never from just one location either. today i decided to try this location. the service was terrible the person at the window did not say one word she just stuck her hands out for the money and handed the stuff when it was done. the matcha tasted genuinely toxic, i had 2 sips of it and had to throw it out my stomach is in shambles right now. my wake up wrap was completely overcooked and hard and the stuff wasn’t even all put together. do not waste your money here go to literally any other location!!!

The guy working on 8/19 at 1:30am is insane. Went to get a couple drinks and one of them was made wrong. We went back through the drive thru to ask for them to remake it and nobody answered on the speaker at all. We knocked on the window and went through a couple times and nothing. It says open 24/7 but nobody was helping. Finally the guy came out and got in my boyfriend’s face threatening to beat him up over a DRINK. He said he doesn’t care he made it wrong and it’s not his job to help. Actually insane he should be fired immediately.

Went there twice back to back and had a horrible experience. Mind you I’m from DP and have been going to this Dunkin since I was a kid.Food tasted like metal, drink was disgusting. Both times I went I had two different female staff that were rude and disgusting. Both Spanish. The male employees were very friendly and helpful (3 different employees mind you) there was a women jeseña and a younger girl with piercings whose name I didn’t get. Both have terrible customer service skills and terrible at their job. Your job is to make coffee and heat up breakfast sandwiches and you can’t even do that effectively. Not to mention jeseña was very rude to all of her black customers. There were about 4 in the store the second time. I saw her making faces and heard her talking to her coworker in Spanish making rude and racist remarks. I’m Cuban and black and I guess she thought because I’m black I couldn’t understand her LOL. This is beyond unacceptable in the work place and I will be calling corporate at the event I have another negative experience at this location. The Dunkin on deer park Avenue by guac time is much better with customer service, food quality, and overall atmosphere and service. If you want to get what you pay for go there, I ended up throwing out my food and drink, what a waste of time and money.

Extremely disappointed with our visit here. We work nights and are new to the area so we decided to place an online order at 2am for DD and BR. We got inside to be told that one of the two ice cream flavors weren't available (so why was it on the app to order?) and that there were no donuts, at all. None. So once again, why were we allowed to order donuts if there was zero in the whole store? My husband picked a new ice cream flavor and then the employee was having us leave without explaining about $$, so my husband had to ask if he could get a refund on the donuts since he paid for them and wasn't getting them. The guy looked confused and annoyed and didn't answer so my husband had to ask if he should contact DD and he said sure...he clearly didn't care. As someone who worked in retail and food, I was floored that he was okay with us leaving without even mentioning how we could get our money back. We now have to figure out who to contact and it became a stressful experience rather than an easy one like we planned. We'll stick to our usual DD/BR because this was just ridiculous Update: Few days later, contacted Dunkin and have still gotten no response. What a fantastic way to treat your customers

I placed a mobile order for a latte and selected in-store pickup. Upon arriving, I realized I had accidentally ordered a hot latte instead of an iced latte. I immediately informed the employee and acknowledged that it was my mistake, politely asking if it could be changed. I was told that if the order had been placed at the register, it could have been adjusted, which raised concerns about why mobile orders are treated differently. After some discussion among the two asian women, I was eventually handed an iced latte. However, when I took a sip in my car, I realized the hot latte had simply been poured into an iced cup with a small amount of ice added. The drink was still hot and undrinkable. I returned to the store and expressed that this was not acceptable. The store was not busy, and the situation could have easily been corrected by remaking the drink properly. Instead, I was told that since I wanted an iced drink, that was “how it would be switched.” An asian man I believe maybe the manager then became involved and said, “Whose mistake is it then, why should we pay for your mistake?” This response was extremely unprofessional. While I acknowledged my ordering error, the lack of basic customer service, the unsafe and unsatisfactory handling of the drink, and the dismissive attitude were unacceptable especially stating I am a regular customer. I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer with Boosted status and visit Dunkin’ locations daily. I have never experienced service like this before. I ultimately threw the drink away in the store garbage because I could not drink it, wasting my rewards and money. The staff showed no concern or effort to resolve the situation. This experience left me very unhappy and impacted my day. I am sharing this because I expect better customer service from Dunkin’, particularly from store management.

Ordered an ice coffee for pick up. At pick up, I asked for a cup of water and the lady with red curly at the register hair charged me $1 for TAP water. Her logic was that the cup costs money. If you like friendly faces and good customer service, this place isn’t it!

Terrible service. Spanish female cashier “Jeseña” was absolutely horrible. Rude and terrible service. On a holiday to have such terrible service at 10 in the morning is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location either. The male staff member on hand was very helpful however she was so nasty and disgusting to be around. Not to mention another female customer had to come back because her order was incorrect. All while I am patiently waiting for my order and this woman has the audacity to talk bad in Spanish as if she’s speaking code behind the counter all while never calling my food forcing me to look through random orders. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the email employee not to mention she was touching her face and nose then handling food and drink. Horrible.

They were giving away mittens to the first 20 customers and I was one of the first people to be there. They declined me and said they were giving them away at 10 which I said OK and that I would be back in an hour I go back 30 minutes later and they're all given away already. I specifically asked early enough because I knew they would do something like this

The people who work there seem so miserable to be there. I went in for a cake and some drinks and everything seemed to be a bother to them. My drink came out to light and the gentleman said to do it over again he has to charge me again. My son asked for an ice cream and they got frustrated like I was asking for to much it’s the second time this happened in this same Dunkin’ date 02/16/2026 at 7 pm. Fix your staff

this is my second time going there. the first time i asked for a frozen hot chocolate and they gave me some type of frozen coffee drink. one of the managers were very nice and gave me the drink i asked for. the second time around i asked for the same drink and asked for NO whipped cream. i get my drink and there’s whipped cream on top of it. none of the employees read the orders it’s really not that hard. i also said thank you when i got the drink and the employee gave me a nasty look. it’s not that hard to have some manners and good customer service.

This location needs to be gutted out. You would think with the “renovation ”, the service would have gotten better. To management, please train your staff to know what food items Dunkin’ carries. There is no reason why the cashier is telling me they don’t sell flavored cream cheeses when I order them daily ( garden veggie, strawberry) and is completely lost and dumbfounded to what I’m talking about. I had to drive to another location because he also refused to even look. The least he could have done is checked, especially when I know it’s in the draw because I order this again daily. Not to add, the coffee at this location particularly is always watered down and tastes like it was prepared in the sink.

They need to learn how to make a good cup of coffee and when you say milk and four sugar make sure to put that exact amount and don’t leave the coffee looking black…ADDDDDDDDDDDD THE MILK AND SUGAR. These employees need a good training or to get let go.

They need to fire all the employees and do a clean sweep with new trained employees. This specific Dunkin has a way of making drinks that taste worse than the other locations. And not only that, if I order a large hot cup of coffee or latte they always manage to fill it way under the line like a medium. Drive a mile down to the newer one with a drive through. This location is the worst representation of the Dunkin Franchise

The wrong drink was made for me and I asked for it to be corrected. The girl was trying to tell me it's not wrong and I told her I order this drink almost everyday. I know it's wrong. She was rolling her eyes away. I told the manager about the employee's attitude and nothing was done. The Indian employee is nice and fixed the drink.

I always go there because this is my go to dunkin. But after the renovation and stuff the employees also changed! I am not a big fan of it! The service they give is not very good! Like I ordered this drink with oat milk she barely gave any and when I asked she is like yeah it has but no so when I asked again she gave me a tiny amount of oat milk. Like the whole environment of this dunkin is not how it was before orders are being made right and with kindness.

So as I walked in the restaurant there was a box that looked like a garbage box I threw something away, the girl behind the counter said that it wasn’t garbage and i apologized and took the item out and as i was leaving i said excuse me i want to apologize for that as she proceed to ignore me! Horrible very unpleasant staff. I order for walking 10 minutes ahead of time and still have me waiting not making my order when I asked about it they are rude and the young guy with his snapping fingers yelling OKAY OKAY to me finally slammed my coffee down on a table that is not where pick up is and my cup is messy with coffee all over it. The white woman who was there today, VETERANS DAY, MON. NOV 11, 2024. is so rude & nasty!!! The franchise owner needs to fire her! ( she has always been severely rude!!!) Last year they gave out 6 Donuts to customers! So today I went in & was going to get them & share with a few elderly veterans. I'M A USAF VETERAN. 🇺🇸 BACHELORS DEGREE. She was rude & said only 1 donut! SO what was up last year? To top it off, SHE NEVER THANKED ME FOR SERVING OUR COUNTRY! SO to the franchise owner, you're as bad as she is!!!! A HUGH INSULT TO ME!!!!! I will not return. I stop in throughout the year. NO MORE! WE VETERANS DO NOT NEED TO BE INSULTED! Texas Road House gives us veterans free meals & drink!!! They love us. So keep your lousy donut!!!!! Other restaurants also offer free full meals!! We sacrificed for YOUR FREEDOM!!! DON'T BOTHER GIVING OUT 1 DONUT. SHOULD BE ZERO STARS. Went there and absolutely no other customers were in the store. Two workers standing around and no one greeted me and my family. We waited 10 mins and then finally they turned around from their chit chatting and asked in an unfriendly manner what we wanted, very impatient too. The pics: This is their idea of their one scoop sundae (comes with hot fudge, whipped cream, walnuts and a cherry.) And no, this is not “melted” or after waiting some time smh. I specified my ice cream flavor and hot fudge and the woman tried to say no one ever wants the other stuff it includes (whipped cream, walnuts, cherry) and gave me an attitude and a TINY SCOOP of ice cream for expecting the full sundae ingredients. Not an entire single scoop amount, just a pathetic half scoop of ice cream. Just terrible attitude and brusqueness; if you hate the job get a new one.The woman was white, with brown curly frizzy hair and looked old in the face. Heavy eyeliner and cakey makeup. Sour and rude demeanor. The other employee who ignored us was a young brown girl with black hair. Again neither of them acknowledged us or helped in a professional manner.
