My sister placed a mobile order on her app. When we went in to get the order, we waited almost 1/2 hour before we were told they did not have Frosties it baked potatoes which was 90% of or order!! When the staff member did make chocolate Frosty, they were terrible! They were complimentary, but terrible! We left without our order & went to a different Wendy's.

Recently remodeled. Has been good for a long time, but seems even better. Someone came around cleaning tables while I was eating and actually asked how everything was. It's always busy, so not always as instantly fast as some other places, but worth being patient. Chili better than most Wendy's

Great service here, I really like going here when I’m in the area because they are so nice and respectful!!! And they get your food out as soon as possible which is always great quality food. I definitely recommend coming to this Wendy’s if your passing by or if you live close to here

Best value out of the big 3 fast food chains. Their frosty is still delicious for a great price. We stopped at the Wendy's on Erie Boulevard to get a quick bite. Service was friendly at the drive-thru, but just a little slow. Partly because there were several vehicles in front of us. One looked as though it had a very large order. All in all a good experience. In the future for something small I might just run inside the store. Instead of waiting in line.

Very nice, friendly, kind people that work there. Out of nowhere, they gave my kids Sponge Bob stickers and gave them the new Sponge Bob frosty to try. Need more employees like the one's we had today! Thank you Wendy's crew, your doing an incredible job!!!!

Whoever they had making food at 2:15pm today needs a high five, they actually cared about the food they served and didnt half ass put it together. The guy manning drive through could have used a lesson in cheerful customer service; "good afternoon" "welcome to wendy's" "have a good evening" anything... but he did his job, he wasnt rude just straight to the point and it was the first time in a long time we were 100% happy with our meal, so im happy with em.

It's Wendy's. They do a great job at this location. The only thing I dislike: you need to ask an employee for the door code to get into the restrooms. They have combination locks because too many people were coming in JUST to use them for free without ordering anything. Best to get the code when ordering your food, if you're like me and want to wash before eating.

Went for breakfast, they open at 6.30 which seems late. Even at 6.45 the place had no lights on. Once leaving someone turned on the lights.. The food is good but again seems slow. One thing I do not like is how dinning inside is just during lunch time.

Incredible fries. Always fresh and hot. Only reason this isn't a five star review is because their Sprite sometimes tastes "off". Soda machine probably just needs to be cleaned a little more often :) Everything else is fantastic every time.

The food is really good. The service needs improvement. They talk super fast and mumbled when you order from the drive thru, so fast that you can't even understand what they are saying. And when you ask them to repeat what they said, they do so in the most annoyed voice, like it's an inconvenience that you didn't understand their mumbled speech. Then, when you pull up to the window, they take your money and just rudely hand you your food. No hello, goodbye, thanks, or have a nice day. They really need to learn some manners! So 5 stars for the food, and if I could give zero stars for the service, I would!

I placed an order on mobile. I got my drinks but I got different food than what I ordered. I only got 2 out of 3 fries, 1 out of 3 sandwiches. I was home before I opened the bags and too late to go back. The drive thru line also takes forever. Edit: after complaining to customer service, the general manager did reach out to me and offered to either replace my meal or 2 combos. Since I redeemed that, I change my review from 1 to 3 stars.

I think they have a hard time keeping staff. Used to go there every day then all the sudden they would say "sorry were closed today due to short staff" for WEEKS. There was an African American girl there that was awesome too. Hope she found a better place to work

The staff was not very friendly. I ordered a cherry coke and tried it before we got our food. It tastes VERY off so I asked for a new one and they handed us a new one and didn't even ask us to try it or change the syrup or anything. They where just rushing us off. Not a fan of this Wendy's.

I thought mobile orders were supposed to be fast. I pull up they tell me go to the head of the line then all the cars that were ahead of me go through the line and I’m still sitting here. You got a love this modern technology where nobody wants to work and they just want to do everything remotely.

I don’t know the name of the employee but whoever was working the counter today should not be. Waited almost 10 minutes behind only ONE person- who had 2 paces, slow and stop. She only took one persons order at a time, then took her time getting the meal together then once that one was done she would finally take the next person. Line was almost 10 deep and she never changed her pace. Absolutely atrocious service.

This location was not very clean, had a nasty smell inside. Women's bathroom was not clean, had no toilet paper. The little food i did order was ok but not as good as other locations i have been to. None of the workers even the ones making the food did not have a hat or hair net on. The lemonade containers behind counter look very disgusting looked moldy and dirty. I have not been to this location in years and i would probably not go back to this location.

My Cobb salad had the wrong ingredients and sugar cookie was as hard as a rock at the beginning of dinner rush on a Friday! This is the second time at this location that this has happened. Clearly you aren’t managing the location effectively (or probably paying your employees enough).

Slow service, both burgers, fries and chili were not hot, drink was wrong flavor and the top was not secured so it ended up spilling. Condiment station was messy and not well stocked. Poor experience in what use to be a good Wendy's.

According to their website and Google they are suposed to open for breakfast how ever for the last 3 months maybe they have had "staffing issues" . Which is fine it happens but then they need to update their hours. Coincidentally the one on James streetbos having the same "issue"

If you are in a hurry stay way far away from going inside. You can always tell when a manager who cares only about their drive thru times when 10 cars go thru while you wait for your food inside. My double was neatly made but was definitely not hot. I ate it as soon as I got in my van so it's not like I drove home with it. For $14 it better be well made and hot and not take 10 mins of waiting.

Received the wrong order. The employees were all hanging outside laughing and joking but saying they were too understaffed to open the dining room. So we instead go to the drive through line, it still shows the breakfast menu so of course we can't order those items. So we fiinally get the right menu and place our order in. After paying we stopped in the parking lot but they had forgotten to put several items we already paid for into our bag. I don't think I have ever given another business a 1 star review and probably would be more of a 2 if the employees weren't giving us huffs and sounding annoyed when we tried to place our order in. Overall a very disappointing visit. The one decent thing is the fries

It's been over a year since I've been here because of a bad food experience. Today I decided to drop in quick and give it another shot. I got the 4 for 4 deal. Fries were soggy, insanely salted and tasted like metal. The jr bacon cheeseburger was a prop from the walking dead. It was awful. Meat patty was old, dry and crunchy. Nuggets were cold, dry and definitely old. Keep in mind this is 3pm. Where's the fresh food? Only thing this order got right was a bunch of napkins I used to spit the food into.

The food was great that I ordered but the employees that work there are so mean! I was their first customer of the day and all I ordered was a large fry. Everything was terrible. Diningroom was closed. I went through the drive thru. They said diningroom was closed because they were short staffed. Lame excuse. The dining room doors are always closed. The staff is not well trained. Twice a week I try to visit each time it's closed every Sunday my kids and I try to sit down and dine. Doors are close, so we have to drive to the Wendy's close to the mall. Close it down if you can't accommodate guests.

I am so extremely fed up with all your establishments keeping the lobbies closed and don't even have the common courtesy to put up a sign saying your employees are too lazy to be able to wipe a table down now!! You have no idea how inconvenient it is to get get 3 hungry young children out my vehicle only to find the door locked with not so much as a note only to have to struggle with 2 car seats after just getting them out if your lobbies can't open or even put up a sign that can be seen from the road you should just close stop hiring worthless employees

11/11/23 @ 2:15pm ish. From the rude girl that was taking the order at the drive thru to the girl at the window that didn't even communicate with me. Very rude workers. When I was ordering she repeated what I ordered, but left off that I didn't want lettuce or tomato. When I repeated the request, she responded in a rude tone. I thought at first that maybe it was just me, but when I got to the pickup window I could see (and hear) the same girl as she was being snotty to the next customer that she was taking the order from. The second girl at the window handed me my food and drink and just slammed the window closed. No thank you, no receipt, no nothing. Wendy's, you need to do some serious training on customer service!

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my daughter. Received 2 orders of fries. No nuggets. Go in to ask for the nuggets I paid for. Waited another full 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. At that point I just wanted my money back. When the employee told the manager, he screamed NO in her face. My jaw just dropped. I literally stood there staring at him for a good 3 more minutes before he walked over and refunded me. NEVER AGAIN.

Management must be poor bc the drive thru workers desperately need customer service training. They never say hello and they never say have a good day. It’s always “you can order” at the mic and an arm out the window with maybe a second of eye contact- if any, when collecting your food. I’ve been here a dozen times over the past year and it’s the same almost every time. How embarrassing! I don’t care how good the mobile app deals are, I won’t be returning for a long time. Also wait times are terrible, the workers seem to not care about service at all, it’s really pathetic.

Ordered Door Dash with your store and the driver that delivered my order tells me that your store in Dewitt New York is always forgetting Sodas on there orders! I did not recieve my order for a large Dr Pepper did not show.They would not credit my account beacuse it did show the food order outside my door with no Dr Pepper!! I went in with a simple order: a chocolate frosty and a drink. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes, several staff looked right at me, and did not come to take my order. Every staff member was moving slowly, bumping into each other behind the counter, and looked depressed. When a staff finally came to take my order, there was no "Sorry for the wait" or even a welcome, just a "What can I get you?" No other interaction until I finished my order, just a simple statement of the cost, and that was it. In addition, my dad ordered a Dave's single with mustard, and there was no mustard. All around lack of proper management and customer service. When I asked for a spoon, because there weren't any with my frosty, the staff member verbally scoffed at me before fulfilling the request.

Did a mobile order to pick up in store, doors were locked at 12pm on Sunday. Drive through told me something wasn't working and to pull around, then wouldn't come to the window for over 10 minutes. As I write this I'm still sitting here without anyone acknowledging me or the care behind us after beeping my horn to alert them someone is here.

The lady that was taking the order extremely rude , was cutting me off constantly, put me on hold 2 times , looked like she was screaming at me and not talking . Plus my order was completely different from what I asked !!!! Disgusting service…. She should be working with animals, not people service !!!! Crazy crazy crazy lady !!!!

This is by far the most nasty and gross place. Floors, tables,including chairs that were so dirty and sticky. Mens bathroom soap dispenser is broke. Note was on men's door. Now women's bathroom was beyond unsanitary. Toilet paper all over floor including behind Toilet. You can tell it has not been cleaned in a long time .the smell alone was gasply. Sodas machine area same way. I have taken several pictures just how nasty this Wendy's is.not a single worker cleaning or sweeping or let alone washing a table which I had to cover so we had a clean spot to eat.

The inside of this place is filthy. Surprised they haven't been shut down. If you can see the filth on the floor and equipment from the front counter, I can only imagine what goes on in the back. Not even joking. I wouldn't feed my dog the food that is prepared from this place.

They forgot to give us what we asked for. Good thing we didn't go through the drive thru. However, they do have the coke machine that let's you make your own flavor, so that's a plus. Update: The coke machine isn't accessable since the dining room is ALWAYS CLOSED. Also, the drive-thru takes more than 15 minutes. I left while the car in front of me was still waiting to place their order. I have to wonder how long Wendy's will stay in business.

This place currently is so disgusting. Flies everywhere, no soap in either bathroom, no ketchup around the fly covered ketchup station and 5 drink choices in the filthy disgusting soda machine. Corporate better get involved before the health department showd up. Absolutely atrocious!!!

Place is always a disaster. Latest was ordered a cold brew frosty, handed what looked like a normal cold brew and just ignored it not wanting to deal with them…ended up being a chocolate milk with ice. Restaurant doors are locked so would have had to wait in drive thru again to get right order.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The past 3 times I have gone to this location, the orders have been messed up, food is cold, food is missing, and overall the apathetic staff working couldn’t seem to care less. If I didn’t have picky eaters in my household, I wouldn’t go to this location. For the price of the food consumers deserve better.

Royally screwed up my DoorDash order. Ordered a Dave’s Double combo for my gf and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger bag for myself. My burger came plain, no bacon, veggies, or sauces anywhere on the sandwich. Bun was stale as a rock. Nuggets weren’t anywhere to be found either. The nuggets that my gf got were spicy, not regular. Even managed to screw up the drink. Should’ve read the previous reviews about general incompetence. Entire team should be canned as far as this order is concerned.

Unsure how this place is still open. I work night shift so I like to go here on my lunch over Taco Bell. I pull up to give my order- they tell me sorry we are no longer accepting orders. I asked what time they closed. They closed at 12- it was 11:30. He told me I could order at the window if It was Small as they only had 3 people working. As someone who works in vet med I know what it’s like to be short staffed but we never deny service. How they are allowed to smoke pot on the premises and how dirty that place is, is baffling to me. How has the health department not been contacted? It’s a shame truly. Do better Wendy’s

Me and my girlfriend were hungry so we looked at the places to eat nearby that would be open past 10. A lot of the fast food places had bad reviews; really bad reviews. But after debating the options she was insistent we stopped and we decided on Wendy's. Mostly because it'd be the cheapest place to have a bad experience out of the options. Damage control basically. Took about 20 minutes to get our order pulled up. There was one car ahead of us and it took the majority of the time for them to get called up. That was a little annoying but was whatever since it was 10:30ish at that point. We got our drinks and food, drinks were fine and even got straws so figured it'd be a good experience in the end. We figured we'd finish our drive home off since we weren't super far away and could eat without worrying about spilling food anywhere. Got home a handful of minutes later and started to open the food up. Half of my food was missing. Her order was fine but half of my food was just missing. After the lengthy wait and confirming the order multiple times to have food missing is just not a good time.

We went there at the last minute choice. For a late night snack at 8:45 PM for kids that wanted some Frosty’s. We were told that we needed Place or order the front window. Mind you there was various employees in aprons, smoking pot and cigarettes carrying on like it was a playpen in front of the establishment towards the window. Unfortunately, we placed our order. The gentleman at the window was very kind. But it was disgusting. He told me that the chocolate Frosty was runny so not to order that. And by the time the he recommended the vanilla Frosty. We were already behind six cars in line! The inside employees were walking around with no gloves on. and again there was only a few of them and the entire place smelled like pot inside and outside and we were in our car, seeing and smiling the crap Eating food out of their hands. And the numerous other employees smoking pot in front of the establishment Was beyond disgusting and a police officer across the street at the gas station Sat there.

Takes like 25 minutes even pre-ordered. Drive thru always smells like weed, back door propped open by a hose? with employees running in and out to smoke pot in cars in the lot or in the unlocked dumpster cage. Every drive thru employee is high as a kite. Maybe I like the food so much because of a contact high. Prices do not reflect food nor service. Day 2: high as hot air balloons.

Pulled in today at 11am. All lights were off, no employees inside, not one car in the parking lot .....we thought they were closed. We pulled up to the speaker to order and nobody answered. We then proceeded to the window and two employees were standing outside at the side door and so I asked them "are you open?" The girls says yeah just go around, again, to the speaker and I will take care of you. Hmmm....what do you think I did? I went right across the street to Chick filet. Why? I knew the food would be horrible as not one customer or car was present and they DID NOT care I was there! We are doomed if this is what our work force looks like going forward. Hard pass on this location!

Unfortunately, this place is a disaster! I would never go to this restaurant again. Ever. Check my other reviews are typically positive and good whenever they possibly can be. This place is not clean, the workers are not good workers, which usually means the management doesn't understand how to manage I tried to order twice at the drive-thru and got no response. I pulled around to the drive-in window and talked to a young lady there who had no clue what was going on. Before I placed my order, I decided that if they can't get their business together to take an order I certainly do not want to be stuck eating their food! Please take my advice and stay away.

Stopped t get 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning. The girl who took my order at the drive-thru didn't even greet us, she was totally void of personality and had to repeat my order 3 times as she didn't seem to understand my simple request. I was very specific as to what I wanted and when I got to the window I paid her and she handed me one of the items and said the other was still being made and will be out in 2-3 minutes. I pulled ahead and waited nearly 8-10 minutes and finally went inside to see what was going on. There were 3 girls behind the counter, ignored me for nearly a minute before acknowledging me. When one did notice me she didn't even ask what I wanted or if she could help me. I told her I wanted the rest of my order and asked for an explanation for the delay. She and the other 2 girls looked at my like I had 2 heads. I asked if someone was in charge, they did not respond. I asked to see a manager and still no response. One finally said your order is coming up soon. When the girl who took my order brought me the sandwich they handed it to me, no apology for the delay, just "here you go". They were totally indifferent to the entire situation. When I returned to my car I realized that the order was not right but I was so annoyed by lack of service I got I did not bother going back in. This is no way to run a business and I hope someone in charge sees this and takes some sort of action to correct this poor customer service. I will be passing the word to others on my negative experience with your place.

Ordered two cheeseburgers meals, one With unsweetened tea. The tea was sweet. The hamburgs were beyond cold, they were hard as if overcooked and sitting out for hours. The bun was hard. The fries were cold and soggy. If I could rate less than one I would.

Worst experience ever, even before entering restaurant. Standing water and ice on the floor in the entryway. Out of all lemonades and coke products. No chili available. The burger was so tiny and overdone. Tables not wiped down. And the ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting, dirty toilet and sink and no toilet paper.

I got 3 spicy chickens, 2 Dave's singles, a salad and a wrap from this Wendys. First off the chicken sandwiches had so little lettuce it was almost like a joke. The patties were more fried than chicken (even though we asked for fresh ones; they were clearly refried), the fries were soggy and old, and the Dave's singles were just terrible (we asked for no mayo, still got mayo. Also asked for fresh patties but got these horrible recooked ones that were so hard) The worst part was the salad and wrap. The salad was stale and the chicken was HARD. It was unedible. I attached a picture of it in the trash. The chicken wrap was so badly made, it had so little lettuce and so much sauce, and again the chicken was rubbery and hard (again we asked for FRESH, not REHEATED.) The quality of this location seems to have gone down, I hope they are able to fix this.
