Second time paid for a large fries they only put a little in the container they should of charged me for a small not a large and the fries are over cooked and they looked at me like I was crazy for saying something

Picked up my food and came home after driving for 25 minutes to find out I’ve got the wrong order - a burger doused in Jalapeño’s. I call and let them know and my only option to get a refund is to drive back 25 minutes to get my money back with the uneaten food. If Burger King screws up - you pay for it; not them. No reproductions for their service on their end - just yours. Make sure you check pull out your food from the wrapper and check they actually did their job - or else you’re going to pay. Great service - thanks Durango Burger King for your great service.

You’d think they would improve service with all these awful reviews but NOPE. This was complete garbage. We got our money back. Not only was the cashier at the drive extremely rude but she didn’t want to give our money back. The chicken sandwich is called “royal crispy with bacon a Swiss” but they gave a sandwhich covered in mayo lettuce and chicken. Nothing else. Don’t waste your time here. The manager needs to put in some WORK to adjust this behavior from the shitty employees! This isn’t Farmington. Put some pride in your work.

I had to wait for a long time to get my food and my drinks 😔 poor service and customer service. I was being ignored by the manager and my burger was made wrong. Fries were cold and they were paying more attention to drive thru then lobby guest.

Someone get Gordon Ramsay this chicken is RAW and I ate far too much of it. Called and they offered me a replacement- nope, I'm done trusting! I just want to make sure people don't get ill from eating at BK

The service was terrible, the person that took our order was very rude and disrespectful and non caring. I had to give one star but deserve any star. I will not be going back and don’t advise anyone else to walk through the doors

I have never been treated so badly at a Burger King or any other fast food restaurant for that matter! The employee in the drive-through was not only unfriendly while she was taking my order over the speaker, but when I pulled up to the window, she was still unfriendly. Then, because I was confused as to where I was supposed to wait for my food and backed up to ask her, with NO other vehicles nearby, she literally yelled at me. You read that right, she yelled at me! I don’t know if she gave me the correct name, but when I asked for her name, she said her name is D. Even worse, they got our order wrong. Hopefully you don’t go to this restaurant!

The so called night manager or employee, couldn't tell what position she held, is very rude and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to repeat myself 6-7 times on my order, my kids shouldn't have to repeat themselves 5-6 times. We were completely ignored and as I gave up on ordering food, the person had enough audacity to snicker. This location is not worth it anymore, they hire rude people who don't want to actually work.

Horrible lady closing drive thru. Acted like we were the worst customers. Avoid this burger king. Unless you like rude service oh and oddball sandwiches. I'm not sure what my husband got, but the presentation looked like my 5 year old slapped it together. This thing isn't even on the menu.

Dirty location, every table was dirty. We had to clean a table before we could use it. The drink area as you can see is a complete mess. Chicken sandwich was cold, fries were undercooked, unserved and cold! Employees are out in the parking painting lines instead of helping customers place orders and server it warm. At what point - did you think it was ok to serve food like this? Riding the Durango Cascade Canyon Train and stopped at BK for a quick breakfast sandwich. The line took longer than expected as the truck in front of us was a frequent customer and was chatting at the window. We were early so no big deal. To be clear - we were not expecting the best breakfast sandwich ever. Let’s be real. It’s fast food. I get that. However, it should have at LEAST been edible. We opened our wrappers….1See attached photo - who eats this?

Fries were nasty and tasted like they touched the floor or was undercooked, and the soda was flat and full of carbonate no flavor at all lastly the burger was questionable. .25 start if I could nasty will not be returning.

I came in at 9:55 to see three of them standing outside smoking a cigarette and when I pull up to the drive through I get nothing. Not even an sorry we have closed for the night. So I pull up to the window and get their attention to see what up and they were like oh we closed even though it is an hour before they close drive through. With how many wrong orders I have gotten from this place and never once complaining to them be cause I get it mistakes happen. But closing early us just a blatant we don't care about our customers. And then I try to come back again and this time they're closed at 8 but they have a sign saying that they are open. DO NOT COME HERE!!! The service is always rude! They can't get an order right to save their lives and they close when ever they feel like it. They plain just dont care
