A couple of days ago, I went to this Subway to get something quick to eat and continue my long journey. But when it came to ordering my vegetables, a dark-skinned girl with glasses limited me to only 5, when that wasn't the case before. The service was disgusting, and especially the poor customer service was rude and arrogant in her manner. I don't recommend ordering there. Go Mart now has more variety.

They raised the prices, changed the menu, and you can no longer choose the ingredients. You can only buy their options. 😢, I was a fan... It's not the employees' fault; I consider changing the Subway concept risky. 280 pesos for a combo that I can't modify 😵‍💫 I used to eat the vegetarian one, but it's gone now...

The Subway is inside the Go Mart. The space outside is now a Pastes Kikos. The Subway staff is sarcastic and treats their customers badly. The young man who served me was quite rude. His demeanor betrayed his exhaustion, and it seemed as if I had just scolded him and he was looking for someone to take it out on. Don't waste your energy and time; go to Pastes Kikos instead. I have no desire to eat food prepared by someone in a bad mood.

The Sub is always good, but I ordered the new fries and they were super soggy, they weren't fried, I couldn't eat a single one

The food and atmosphere are great. What I didn't like was that a guy in a yellow shirt asked me for 5 pesos in change, which I honestly didn't have. He almost threw the money in my face. Still very angry, he said, "Leave it like that." What bad service, and how rude it is. On the other hand, I want to congratulate the guy who prepared my order. He was very helpful, very friendly, and very fast. He reminded me of when I was a manager. I told him about when I worked at Subway with the boss, Pablo, in Punta Norte, and at least our service was excellent. I sincerely hope the other guy mentioned above is a little more helpful and doesn't act so sour-faced, with such terrible attitude and service.

The staff who collects payment provides terrible service. I went on December 24th at 3:20 pm. The woman who collects payment is always right. I asked to pay in advance and she was very rude. I left wondering if they didn't realize they belong to an international franchise. I don't recommend it.

There were many loaves of bread already made that they told us they couldn't handle because "they were hot" and they gave us a loaf of white bread that was all squashed. They gave the person who came after me the bread he asked for and we realized that he even handled the trays without any problem, meaning it was already cold.

Last night I went to the Subway located in the Ecatepec toll booth, the girl who served me was very rude, she coughed in my Subway, I ordered a 30 cm BBQ rib, she was going to give it to me without BBQ sauce, I asked for it with mayonnaise, mustard and chipotle, she didn't put chipotle on it, when I paid her, I paid with a $200 bill, she told me that "she would bring me my change right now" she didn't come back, I was waiting until another girl arrived and gave me my change which she took from the cash register which clarifies the terrible service of her partner...
