During the pandemic not many fast food places are accepting orders inside the dining areas. You have to go to the drive through. What if you live in the area and don't want to take the car? You're out of luck, right? No, this McDonald's is thinking out of the box. Instead, they have installed a side window where you can order food if you decide to walk. It makes it easier and you don't have to wait in the drive through. 5 plus stars for the person(s) who though this up. Saves time and gas.

The night-shift drive-thru girl Cathrine is the best drive-thru person in the world. If I pull up to order and someone else asks me "can I take your order?" It's not a happy-meal and I say "No thanks."

Love using curbside pickup. The 5 stars for food is based on it being what I expect for that establishment and not compared to other food. Their 2 for 1 deal on breakfast sandwiches is the bomb. Throw a few hash browns in the air fryer, make the coffee, run down and get a couple of steak egg and cheese bagels and it is Sunday breakfast for 2 for $6.50 baby!

Was just here yesterday. Friday shortly after 5pm, july 13,2023. i walked in the place was very clean and organized. The woman who took my order was very nice and friendly. They had my order out right away with no longer then 10 minute wait. Excellent. This is a very decent McDonald’s I must say. They are very fast with getting your order out and no attitude. Food is HOT and ready and no hassle in the line for the drive through or inside. The exiting is a little weird, however, they have no control over this aspect.

Fast food, but I've always liked McDonald's. You can always find one whether you're in town or traveling. Some are open at all hours. I usually order their oatmeal, which comes with raisins and cranberries in a little packet, with orange juice, and during lunch or for dinner, I order a Quarter Pounder meal. If you're dining in and using their automated machine, you place a number on your table where they bring you your order. So far, every McDonald's I've been to has a drive-thru which is very convenient to travelers.

Clean well lit and open late to walk in diners .... Unfortunately it seems the tiny fruit and yogurt parfait that I adore has moved from the dollar menu to around 2 bux !!! Ouch ... McDonald's is closed to the Public. Drive-Thru ordering for Vehicles only (ex. No Bikes, No Walk Up orders) But! If your on Bike though...use the "McDonalds Drive and Pay App" to order and pay. I do really like this McDonald's for its convenience and "quality" service. Obviously it's fast food so "quality" is subjective; however, whenever we order food, it's hot and tasty. The orange 🍊 juice is also amazing!

To use drive thru, you need to enter on San Pablo ave. The entrance from Wall Ave will not allow entry into drive thru lane unless you make wrong way maneuvers. Their drive thru system is pretty good compared to other MCDs and is fast.

1.Crew can mix up orders make sure to check food before you leave. 2. Soda fountain for customers. 3. Nice bathroom location just in case. 4.Meh, it's still a micky D's at the end of the day. Take that as you will. (Edit, its been refit so quality is a bit better, but still check)

When you're frequent they get to know you and you can request fresh grilled and they do so well I tip "Cook" $20 for making sure to not have too much mayonnaise or not to to add catchup or tomatoes. I love the burgers no longer taste plastic. If ever I do have a problem, I know I can always depend on Martèn to clear it up. The Owner has always been very gracious at making sure to have what I'm requesting my way. For medical reasons, I need to dilute my Coke and he saw no problem with that, even though I may run into some at the other McDonald's on Admiral Callahan, he owns both and his standards are still the same. Slow customer service

If you go here go through the drive through if you don’t want to wait 20 minutes to be ignored and check your order to make sure it is correct I ordered a number with no egg and an orange juice I added a caramel ice tea and the only thing they got right was the orange juice and wen I went in there was a large line of people from the drive through with messed up orders and it took 20 minutes to get my order fixed and they were just ignoring us hella people started asking what’s up and had to get rude to get what service/ what they actually paid for

Who's old enough to remember when you could get a hamburger for under a dollar? Actually they were 20 cents, I think when I was a kid. Now a chicken or a hamburger is over $8. Meals here we're over $12.99 for a fry's and a Coke with it.

Can not get salt and pepper unless you ask four different people otherwise they will tell you that they don't have it. Can not get a refill on your drink whether you want to pay for it or not. Fries will be cold even when you ask for a fresh batch and that you will wait for it. At least my order was correct.

Never again will I go to this location. They have rebuilt and remodeled but still have a very very limited drink selection. I went there to get the limited time spicy nuggets which I just heard over the radio. They said we don't have it anymore. I was there already so I got a meal. In addition to having limited drink options they don't do refills yet have no sign that states that. I will be going to Wendy's from now on where they have over 200 drink selections and free refills. The last time I went through the drive thru they told me to go to the next speaker to place my order, When I got to the next speaker they told me to drive up to the window, where you normally pay, to place my order. I got to that window and they told me to go to the next window, the pick up window, to place my order . I got to the pick up window and they said I can't order at the pick up window, but would make an exception if I paid in cash. The next time I went, months later, they didn't give me sauce for my Nuggets and they gave me an apple pie that should have been thrown out 2 hours prior according to the sticker on the pie. I know they are all about getting you in and out of the drive thru fast, but order accuracy I feel is most important.

The employees are great, and the food is as expected (although more expensive). However, the experience ordering inside is really bad. The self serve ordering machines constantly bombard you with prompts attempting to increase your order size. The time to get your order is 5-10 minutes vs 1-2 minutes in the drive through. The issue is with the design of McDonald’s and the digital systems that manage the orders.

They literally gave us a piece of paper as a receipt with pen writing. Not even a legit receipt. Took 15min to verify a 100$ bill. Didn't know how to count change. By the time we actually got the food from the drive through it was barely hot.

Drive thru had me wait 10 minutes after ordering without charging, then came to charge, their card charger went out and they had me wait 5 more minutes to tell me they couldn't charge. This is by far the worst mcdonald's I have ever went to.. There are rats in the parking lot an on top of that it has the worst smell inside the bathroom.. If I could give zero stars I would. The girl taking the orders at the drive thru was tweaking so hard she messed up the order three times after having to repeat myself multiple times prior. So the guy taking our order did not get the order right, all he did was give us one big breakfast in a little takeout bag when he had ordered, 2 big breakfasts, 1 coffee, 1 orange juice, 1 apple pie, and 1 cookie. when asked about why he had got our order wrong he said we didn’t give him our order and we had never ordered more than 1 big breakfast; granted he did fix it and gave us our complete order but it would be better if more honest people worked and people who owned up to their mistakes instead of lying and saying the customer did not give the order right 🍒

I went to this McDonald’s this evening..received my order which was a kids meal for my daughter then asked the young girl at the window for a cup of water & she told me that a small cup of water would cost $1.69? The whole beauty of the McDonald's franchise is that you know what you're going to get when you go there. Apparently this McDonald's has decided they are above the franchise. No self serve soft drinks and no refills, this is so un McDonald's I'm taking the time to write. Disappointed with how staff responded to my request for a refill and then couldn't seem to understand that I'd like to purchase another one if they were going to refuse a refill. Ordered through the app for a curbside pickup, waited and waited, ended up having to go inside, Once inside was treated poorly and come to find out the order had been sitting for well over 15 minutes. When asked if I could get my order remade (since it was cold) they told me, it was in fact not cold because it had been sitting under the 'warmers' or whatever whatchamacallits. I exited in frustration and definitely won't be returning. This was the night crew, all women employees whom I had contact with.

The food is usually consistent; however, my experience during late hours at this location has been extremely disappointing. I am a long-time supporter of McDonald’s, but both today and yesterday this location demonstrated significant issues with service efficiency. I arrived around 2:00 AM and, as of 2:45 AM, I am still waiting for someone to take my order. I remained in my car in the rain for an extended period without acknowledgment. Several vehicles that were initially behind me left one by one due to the prolonged delay. I had my child with me, who became increasingly upset, as we expected this to be a quick stop. This location appears to require better late-night management and staffing oversight. At the time of writing this review, no one has come to the window or communicated any updates regarding the delay.

I’ve order uber from this specific McDonald’s and almost every time they did not add what I’ve order. They’ve missed my fries, extra sauces, even a whole McChicken sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend delivery, but pick up is probably fine considering you can actually check if you have everything and get on them if you’re missing something.

I purchased a sausage McMuffin with egg this morning in the drive thru. When I got to work I opened the packaging and to my surprise it was this. See the photo. I had already been wanting to cut pork out of my diet. Thanks McDonald’s, you made it easier for me. Of course I was disappointed being I couldn’t enjoy it one last time.
