Had a great experience definitely recommend it 💯% place my order on line my subway was fully loaded a lot more than what I expected it . I never do surveys but I noticed some people have given them low rating I’m surprised. Based on my own experiences definitely will come back, I’m fully satisfied

My favorite location. Went tonight and placed a decent sized order. 5 sandwiches. Staff was super friendly! They made sure that our sandwiches were made to perfection! We just HAD to leave a tip and a review! TIP YOUR SANDWHICH ARTISTS!!!

I wanted to share my awesome experience at Subway, we just got home from a getaway this weekend stopped at this Subway for dinner for the first time. I am so impressed!! Super clean and updated. My sandwich was amazing. I was so impressed with the representatives that served us they were both very friendly and greeted us when we walked in with a smile. Especially Lisa. Great job young ladies. It is not often you meet a young staff members that are well trained and fast. Definitely coming back to this subway!

Horrible service. “Manager” is rude and unprofessional. Asked for a Philly steak and got a foot long or pure vegetables. Asked her professionally what we can do for refund and I will provide proof of the meal which by the way they got both orders wrong and lacking the actual meat. And she asked to take the sandwich back. Started giving attitude and stated they would check cameras as if I would lie over a sandwich. And then proceeds to say that’s the way the owner does things. She continued to be rude and called me a liar. Pure rock hard bread vegetables and two pieces of meat. Do not eat here you’ll waste $30 and get treated horribly

I ordered food on May 4th 2022. There were 3 males working and let me tell you from the moment I walked in I felt like I wasn’t even wanted there! So I tried to be as easy as possible to order not even correcting a couple mistakes they made during my order. Not one employee looked happy to be there. I got my order to go for obvious reasons. Once I got home and started eating the food a very aggressive taste of chemicals was noticed by my whole family I’m every sandwich! Like I mean our sandwiches tasted like someone was possibly cleaning the Bain(where the veggies and meats are stored) and sprayed chemicals in all of the food(accidentally possibly). So I called the store to let them know how the sandwiches tasted and was put on hold and while on hold one of the guys joked “hey they are asking for a manager…should I pretend I’m the manager”. So obviously I addressed that while on the phone and asked the guy if he was the manager and his reply was “I’m the shift leader”. I was advised to call in the morning as a manger is always present in the mornings. Called back on May 5th to be told to call back tomorrow as there is no manager on site currently. During both calls neither employees felt an empathy and actually came off like they could care less. I will not ever step into this location ever again and I will share my experience with anyone I know supporting this location. Completely horrible experience all the way around

I went to pick up an order and the drive through speaker wasn't working well so l wasn't able to hear the person inside so the lady working waved my sandwich outside the window so I pulled up then she basically threw it at me then proceeded to slam the window in my face AND rolled her eyes at me. I would never come here again if she's still working there. Nobody has ever been rude at this subway except this one lady but I didn't catch her name but she was older and based off the other reviews I’m guessing she’s probably the manager.

Do not get the festive turkey sandwich from here it is disgusting, my dog wouldn't even eat it. When I called to tell them, the response was dismissive arrogance. Totally awful experience from this Subway. I will NEVER EVER eat here again!!! I wasted my money.

Ordered a footlong BLT sandwich, which only had 4 pieces of bacon. Disappointing when the main protein in a sandwich is barely noticeable. Employees were nice but lacked training on the quantity. Subway is off of my list of places to eat.... Sad!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be addressed. I visited this Subway location and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. The older woman working at the time was very rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. As a business owner myself, I know firsthand how important it is to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and her tone was dismissive and impatient throughout the entire interaction. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and this kind of attitude can really damage your reputation. I hope management sees this and takes the necessary steps to ensure all employees are properly trained and understand the importance of respectful customer interactions. People come in for more than just a sandwich—they come for a decent experience. This visit fell far short of that.

Every time we get lunch at this location, the manager (an older lady who usually works during the day) is extremely rude. This isn’t just a one-time thing, it’s been going on for about two years now. It’s honestly crazy that no one has addressed it. Subway isn’t cheap, and to be treated with such a horrible attitude every single time is unacceptable. Something really needs to be done about the way customers are being treated here.

Horrible place to get sandwiches. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. They don’t have a clue how to make a sandwich. The sandwich tasted sour. My 6 year old grandson said his tasted awful too. The bread was extremely hard and not fresh. Save yourself some money and go get a Jersey Mike’s.

The food was good. The older manager lady working there came off to me very rude when I was ordering 3 sandwiches to go. I was trying to be polite asking one of the employees how their day is going while he’s working on my order and the manager (I guess her name is Rita after looking at all the other reviews) tells me “You need to shut up and let him work!” Never coming back to this place again if y’all aren’t gonna be courteous to customers

I visited your store recently and ordered a footlong sandwich, asking if the meat could be placed on just one half of the bread. The employee helping me was kind but seemed unsure about the request, so she turned to another staff member named Rita for clarification. Rita then told me that it would be considered two 6-inch sandwiches and that I’d be charged accordingly. I asked why, since it was still a single footlong with all the meat simply placed on one side. She insisted it was two sandwiches and said one would be considered double meat. When I expressed confusion — since I’ve made this same request at several other Subway locations without any issues — Rita responded, “If you don’t like it, you can leave,” and added, “Try going to another Subway and see if they’ll do it.” I was genuinely shocked by this response. I’ve never been asked to leave a restaurant before, especially not over such a simple request. I did end up leaving and let Rita know that she didn’t seem very happy in her job, and I wished her a nice day. I then went to another Subway nearby, made the exact same request, and was helped without any problem — the staff there were friendly and accommodating. I’m sharing this experience because it was disappointing and felt unnecessarily hostile. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer service experience at this

Came into this subway to get food obviously. My daughter wasn’t feeling too good and got her a chicken noodle soup. I asked the nice young lady and the guy working there served the soup while the younger girl checked me out at the register. When I saw the soup I asked for a refund because the soup was chunky and with no broth. I didn’t complain just asked for a simple refund no big deal. So the girl asked her manager and right away the manager came out yelling at the girl and I’m trying to calm the situation because there is no way in hell a supervisor let alone a manager should be yelling at her employees 1 in front of other employees n 2 in front of customers. I’m telling her it’s ok it’s no big deal and the manager Greta or Rita but shes an older black lady. She says no I told her to throw that one out and she didn’t and that one was no good but hands me a newer fresher batch and walked off as if she was so proud to show her dominance on this young lady. The guy who served it older white guy quiet like a mouse didn’t even come to her defense. I told the manager that she didn’t have to yell at her like that to do it in private but the manager completely ignored my statement. I felt so bad for the girl n im a supervisor but never in my life will I ever humiliate my employees like that in front of fellow employees or customers the way she did. I understand that it’s food but it’s how u go about it. I’m just glad I didn’t even walk out with it when the younger girl wasn’t the one who served it. As we came in the manager was serving the soup and as a manager she could have changed it out since she was helping someone out through the drive through. I hope the young lady who was getting yelled at could reach me so I can offer her a better paying job and speak with my supervisors to hire her because no one deserves to be treated ugly like that woman treated her. The manager needs to be retrained on how to supervise and be a manager or fired that was so uncalled for. I couldn’t even eat my food because how she made my stomach turn talking to this girl. The guy that was there and actually served it should have been man enough to speak up on her behalf. My son even noticed that when he walked in the manager was yelling at her with other customers in there.

Rebecca is the most rude person working there. She was asked if we could speak to a manager at the drive through window and she slammed, not shut the window on us. I tried calling the restaurant about 6 times to file a complaint and never got an answer. Why would you have her working when she has to deal with customers?

As a restaurant manager I normally I understand having a bad day. Knowing this me and my sister came to the subway Yarbrough location looking to get a bite to eat before visiting my aunt who’s in the hospital. We went in and the two people who attended us was a young lady and an older gentleman and they were super welcoming and nice. By the end of our quick service the older gentleman who was a trainee of only three weeks struggled a bit to use the kiosk of which I totally understand. My problem started when the older manager lady came in to help him with the kiosk. She had asked the older gentleman about the details of our order and I responded to help out and she responded by saying.” You need to stop right now we know what we’re doing here back off”saying all of this while putting her hand in my face. If she isn’t fired she needs to be I worry for her ability to be welcoming towards other guests and what her trainees will turn out to be with her example. I ask corporate to consider my complaint as I know you have many. The lady at the front who insulted me and my sister was named Rita and I hope that corporate also goes and looks in the actual facility as she was just in the back on her phone the whole time not helping her trainee. Please corporate subway part ways with her she is shaming the usual friendly attitude that all customer service and food service industry knows to be the right way.

Awful, absolutely the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Not only did I wait 15 min for someone to take my order but Miss Rita was incredibly rude . I waited 5 min on the speaker no one came to speaker I drove to the window 7 more min before she came to the window. She opens the window no apology no hi can I help you . Instead she asked what I need in the most rudest way. Made me feel like I was interrupting her. Keep in mind no customers inside or the drive thru. Never again !!! To be a manager she’s rude and awful.

Went in to get 4 sandwiches(2ftlng 2 6inch) there was a young man alone at first off the bat you can tell he was in a bad mood it's understandable because I thought he was the only one working. I asked him are you alone he wouldn't even give me eye contact waited a few seconds till he answered me no my boss is in the back. He proceeded to make another order that I assume he already had because he had a paper in his hand. I guess the owner noticed that her employee was getting busy , by this time another customer had walked in. She started to help making sandwiches to help her employee. The customer behind me asked her do you still have the rotisserie chicken she looked like she got annoyed with the question and said it's right here a little rude for my taste.Her employee was making my sandwiches and I asked him can you toast the veggies along with my sandwich. She whispered in his ear saying it's going to be extra, me thinking she can't be talking about toasting the veggies.But to my surprise I guess she was because she charged me $12 for a 6 inch chicken teriyaki. I didn't say anything because there were a couple of people inside and I didn't want to make a scene. This subway will cheat you if you ask for your veggies to be toasted never heard of such a thing and I go to subway often not this one this was my first time going since I was close by.The owner is rude she acts like it's a bother to ask for a sandwich the way you want it. So this will the first a d last time I go to this subway and the owner needs to be trained in customer service.

Went through the drive through and aside from waiting extremely long the lady working the drive through was extremely rude! I could barely hear her, and she clearly was wearing her headset and had it on while assisting inside customers, so when she was greeting them I thought she was ready to take my order. She then yelled at me-heard her then “ma’am I said to wait I’m talking to another customer!” I apologized and said I thought you were talking to me! (Clearly I can’t see her, and she should’ve muted the headset to not cause confusion). Her entire demeanor was as if I was bothering her. Additionally she messed up my entire order. Ordered a tuna asked for it with pepper jack cheese to be melted add spinach, tomato, cucumber, black olives and mustard. She gave me no cheese, cold, lettuce pickles, jalapeño and mayo! Completely opposite! Worst Dubeay experience ever!
