Food was great there wasn't a huge line. My only complaint is turning into the drive thru was a little hard and its in a high traffic area where the traffic is forced to turn in right in front of the restraunt. Almost got hit going in 😬

All McDonalds have cleanest bathrooms when traveling. Love the app. This venue delivered mobile order very quickly, but way too much mayo ... Can't imagine "extra mayo" 🙀
Stop to have a quick breakfast - good service but they put way too much water in oatmeal and the strawberries in the yogurt parfait were frozen. Diet Coke was great as usual.

Just be careful using the restroom. Floors are always wet and men should also sit. Urine everywhere on the floor.

Ok McDonald's location. Staff wasn't at the register for a long time when I wanted to ask for something. Parking lot was tricky to access. Inside is clean and bathrooms aren't defaced. Wifi is here too

I specified dining in, waiting for my food to be delivered after placing a kiosk order. The staff never brought it. Just left it on the counter in a takeaway bag, so was cold. He forgot the 2 creams for my coffee. The sausage McMuffin was dry bread. Decaf coffee was ok, same with hashbrown. Came to $6.99. What a rip off for the quality of food.
This has to be one of the worst designed McDonald's I've ever been to.. it's set up so there's never any front desk help if you're not a drive-thru client if you're going to sit in the restaurant you're going to have to wander in the back to the food workers area to get any help. The interior was just designed horribly for inside dining and service. It often has its ice cream machine out of order for weeks at a time with no end in sight. I've also had instances where I've given my order in the Drive-Thru and they don't get it they get me something else for instance they'll give me iced coffee when I told them twice it was the hot coffee which, isn't major I think it's okay it's workable.. I just believe the design of it and the lack of any Personnel at the front counter to take money or orders from inside customers needs Improvement.. never have remembered a time maybe once out of 10 times has there been anyone there to help the customers inside. normally someone from the public will have to wander towards the back where they're cooking to get them to come to the register inside the restaurant. Also even though they have the kiosks in here the wait time is really long this is a great location for McDonald's they've got to be more efficient and more fast they are serving a big volume here because the freeway is right here and the beach is right here and they really need to have a faster more efficient more friendly awesome environment. This could be a really booming McDonald's and have a great reputation but they've got to manage better it's got to be quicker and they've got to have more personality the front cash register.

One more than one occasion, my order has been wrong, by either getting it just wrong or items actually missing... mostly at the drive-thru, making it a bit incumbent on me to check before I leave the window, but should I really have to check the work of the people who's job it actually is?! THEY work there, not me.

The service here was horrible. We were ignored and the small order took way longer than it should have (time ordered: 8:16pm time received: 8:35pm on 10/26/2019). Even the employee that took the ordered was shocked that we were still waiting. When I spoke to the manager and another employee about the condition of the restroom they asked another employee that had just used the restroom if there was an issue... he said "no." I spoke a 2nd time to the manager, this time ignoring me as another employee told her that I needed to speak to her, and she said that they're short staffed and cant deal with it now. No condiments, that doctor pepper was out of syrup terrible customer service today.
It was Sat 4.19.2025 after Egg hunt we went to this place to order food. The manager was not nice and terrible attitude, did not care to hide it. When we paid, he already gave us an unpleasant face then when we asked for our order, he just show that he is angry and we date not to ask for water or order anything else. The world is changing, McDonald is not a place for family and kids any more, sad, won't come back this place and not recommended.
I’ve gone her10 times and 8 of them I didn’t have to interact with the service team. Yes they are busy but their attitudes suck and the first time I went here in person for done in I stood waiting for 10 mins while a Mexican guest cut in front of me to my left, requested refill in Spanish and someone came out. I said I was there first and the service person said wait, and walked away after giving the cutter person their coffee! Today, I asked to have less ice in my iced coffee as it was really just a cup full of ice with some coffee and the manager told me to dump out the ice. She came back after I had to wait a few more minutes and she partially filled my large cup and didn’t rebalance the Caramel drink I had ordered! So the flavor was way off. They seem to respond quickly and pleasantly to their Mexican guests and don’t care about anyone else. I’ve seen this in other visits.
The service at this establishment is absolutely dreadful. This is what happens when you raise the minimum wage. You either get the same crappy service, or worse. Whoever owns this place should come in and frie everyone. Either that, or sell the place to someone that can run it efficiently.
I cant even explain how bad this is in words. they hired a bunch of young people which is whatever and remember this there getting paid 20 dollars on hour over here. These kids are so anti social when you ask for help they dont even help you there just on there god damn phone getting paid 20 dollars and hour. ( Back in my day if we were getting paid 20 bucks an hour, I would take this job like my life depended on it) But these kids are just lazy and anyways yeah they just give bad service. I ordered a ice cream cone ONLY. And it took them 25 minutes to get the ice cream ready and it only takes like what 10 seconds to get an ice cream. but yeah this mcdonalds needs improvement.
Bad experience! I ordered table service but got pick up service. I was given an empty cup and expected to fill it myself. I finally got the tray brought to my table but got an attitude from the person who brought me the tray when I asked him to bring me the coke I ordered instead of the empty cup. When I opened my sandwich the cheese was half off it. Fortunately the manager was sitting next to me while all this happened. He was very friendly and apologized for what happened and had a new sandwich prepared for me. He had recently taken over this location and said he had a lot of work to do to fix the issues he observed but he would. The only reason I will come back is the manager. His name was Efren.

My Apple Pay was short by just a few dollars, and instead of simply removing one item (as I asked), the manager Efrain canceled the entire order, refunded it, and told me to leave — leaving me and my hungry child with no food. The refund takes 2–3 days to process, which meant I had no money left that day to feed my child. Efrain was extremely rude, refused to discuss the situation, and simply said “sorry, you can leave my store” before picking up his phone to take another order. Unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking even basic compassion.
Not very good. They gave me cold fries and and cold nuggets. I ask for my nuggets well done. I got old soft nuggets. Then I paid for extra ranch and the lady was like you need to pay extra bc she gave me three. I told her I did pay and even on the receipt in her hand it said I did. I honestly upset and I want a refund . Don’t eat at this location. It’s not worth it. The service was okay but I think you caught them on a good day. Bc only two of the five staff I saw were nice. Just suck I paid for soggy food
I cannot believe I spent $25 at McDonald’s, and all I got was terrible food. And a lot of paper packing. The meat smelled horrible, and of course, I couldn't return it because I was already away. I couldn't eat it; just the smell was awful, especially for a double quarter pounder. So, I decided to cut it up and give it to my dogs. I can't believe it—they're selling meat that even my dogs won't eat! They sniffed it and turned away in disgust. What’s going on with our food? It feels like they’re trying to poison us. I guess it is true. It’s human selling Stop Live.
