This restaurant is Clean, spacious , and the employees are very welcoming and extremely job efficient. Kudos to the management team and their training. The food is always made to order and getting a hot meal here is this restaurants standard commitment which they deliver effortlessly. They have earned a customer for life.

The burgers are okay, I'm not a huge fan but that's just me. The table seating was all wood and hard, no cushioning. However, all in all its a decent burger spot, with professional staff.

I was in high school when they opened this Carl's Jr up. That was in the 1980's. Anyway first time back since the early 1990's. They were fast, friendly and the store was clean. Fries could have been hotter but anyone who goes to Carl's knows that's a running joke. I enjoyed it.

Every time I have my order set for pick up they insist of making it more difficult than it needs to be. They make me walk to the drive through even though they could have handed my food. And then I’m made to wait 8 minutes longer than my pick up time said. Two customers walk out with their food and I look stupid as they walk past me while I’m forced to stand outside trying to show that I’m there for pick up

Twice now that I've been left hanging on the intercom for the drive through. Ended up ordering nothing and waiting to leave behind 3 other cars. Drove down the street to the Jack-in-the-box on Sierra/Foothill and got my food in less than 5 mins.

This is the second time I came with my 3 daughters in a few months in the playground area and each time its absolutely disgusting it smells like urine each table is dirty looks like they haven't been wiped down since the last time I came. And its not i like come in the evening with whole day of kids playing. I come in the morning thinking someone would clean it overnight atleast but I guess not. The children's area should be one of the cleanest parts of the store. I HOPE some one sees this review and does something about it! It only takes a couple mins to atleast wipe down the tables and chairs ? 😭
