Mobile ordered the wrong store🤦🏽♀️ when I got to the window, I showed them my receipt and they made my drink anyway! I was running late to my appointment at kaiser so it was very nice of them to accommodate me rather than have me drive to the other store. Thanks for being so understanding!
This location never disappoints. The drinks are always made to standard and actually taste the way they’re supposed to. I constantly have issues with drinks being too watery at other locations, but that never happens here. Everything is made with care and consistency. The staff is always friendly, polite, and well mannered, which makes the experience even better. This is my go-to spot because I know I’ll get a quality drink every time.

I stop by this location on the way home with my boy's. We sat in the lobby and enjoyed our drinks the environment was very welcoming.

( ^ω^ ) < Hello! I went through the drive thru and the amazing one named Jacob was absolutely awesome with the custom service. To Jacob: I knew you for about 5 minutes, hope to see you again and get your service once I come back, and in those 5 minutes it was great; you actually asked questions to get the order right, was kind, definitely deserved the tips, and did a thumbs up. You’re tuff.
Came in through the drive thru and ordered a couple drinks. Service was quick despite the small drive thru and line that wrapped around the parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful drawing and a nice quote on my drink made by the barista with the beanie. We talked briefly because there was a line but it felt genuine and sweet. The cup read “Rejection is redirection” with a pretty flower drawing and another cup with strawberries on it. The artistry and the spread of positivity made me and especially my daughters’ day and the drink tasted amazing! You have a happy customer coming back again!
Great stop for a warm pick-me-up! The latte was smooth and just the right temperature, perfect for a chilly day. The atmosphere was cozy, and I enjoyed relaxing by the window while watching the traffic outside. Service was friendly too. Overall, a solid coffee experience – I’ll definitely be back!
Usually good but you'll get the gen z stare and silence here. Coffee is made inconsistent too, I order a pretty plain ice coffee and it still looks like milk somehow.
I don’t mean to be that person, but I’m learning to stick up for myself, the girls who says to be the supervisor there and one of the employees with pink hair and a piercing need a little understanding on being patience. For once I don’t like Starbucks but my teen does. He was born with a few problem with his vision and had surgery in both eye. He usually orders his drink as I don’t know much about it. And today we were taking a few minutes to make sure the order was correct on the screen again he can’t see and I don’t know how to properly order his drink. The First Lady was sweet and we could hear her perfectly fine until someone took over and gave us a LOUD tone. When I ask to speak to whoever was it that took over NOBODY COULD take accountability. But someone with pink hair and a piercing spoke to me and gave me the nastiest attitude. Then I asked to speak to the manger and they send a small girl name Sarah who did not seem concern at all. Her understanding and compassion was minimal. All they said was no one yelled. I was able to hear perfectly fine when the first person attended me in her calm voice so the LOUD voice was not needed. Sarah didnt seem to care. I don’t shop at Starbucks. I get you guys are over packed but if I’m not a usual customer please don’t expect me to know you’re entire menu also keep in mind there are people with many different impairments. You don’t know why someone is taking their time. We are ordering from YOUR menu we don’t work there to know it all, at least not myself and I can’t help my child not seeing well and needing time to re-read his order.
Had a friend order me a venti iced black tea no water light ice. She brought it back to work and it is ultra sweet. I did not order classic and no other Starbucks adds that to ice tea these days without asking as an addition. In an effort to at least get a refund I’ve attempted calling as I won’t be able to get this fixed until I’m off work. I can’t get ahold of anyone - the phone just has a constant busy dial tone. There is no where on the site to put in a complaint, only to reorder. This is the 3rd time this week that mine or my friends order has been wrong - seems like they are too busy and not following orders correctly, especially to go orders.

The app says it closes at 10:30 pm, no where does it say they close the lobby at 10pm. These employees close when they feel like it!! This happened a month ago and said they would do something about it, never did!!
I just left there, I ordered here for the first time I normally don’t go to just any Starbucks but decided to try considering I was in the neighborhood and was in need of my fix Let me start off by saying this was the WORST‼️Starbucks experience I’ve ever experienced. First off they are not welcoming, the cashier did not get my order correctly thats not what upset me. Rather it’s what happened next that pissed me off, when I inform the cashier my order was wrong she asked me if I wanted a separate shot and the oat milk so that I can put it into my already wrong order. I chuckled realizing I have a busy day and needed to get going so I just took it on the nose and decided to take the drink anyways which was the most disgusting Carmel Brûlé Latte I’ve ever had. I will never come to this Starbucks ever again if it was the last one on earth. The wait in between the two drinks I ordered was 10 minutes apart why? They are the reason review system needs a choice of negative stars or no stars at all because they don’t deserve not even one star.
Service is great product is horrible. Every drink I get here for some reason is not good and I’ve gone many times but today for sure is my last. I’m not sure if the training is not sufficient at this location but how can everyone have bad tasing variety of drinks?
I had bought a Christmas mocha latte & cranberry bliss which is my favorite a few days ago and when I came back 2 days later (today ) I had not bought anything. All I did was ask for water as I wasn't feeling well and the lady said I had to buy something else to get water. I've been to other Starbucks and they never denied me water 🌊 before. Then a nice stranger Luke brought me a water 💦. I was feeling a bit faint maybe she could have asked if I was ok. Now I don't feel comfortable coming back to this location. I'm not upset just a bit disappointed ☹️
Lately, whenever I order a venti-sized drink, the cup is only filled about halfway — sometimes even less. This has happened multiple times now, and it’s really disappointing, especially considering the price of the drink
My husband and I ordered a strawberry refresher as well as a hot mint tea. When I went to get the free refill for both I was told we can't. I specifically know you can order a hot tea after ANY drink you have while in store. I was told that I can only have a refill of the mint tea I ordered but not a hot tea as replacement for the refresher. The girl said "that has never been the case". The whole environment just felt like they were trying to get us out of the store as quickly as possible and was very uncomfortable. This was at 6pm so I was not near the closing time.
First time & last time at this location. There are signs posted indicated where you can and can't park based on the business you are going to and general parking is very very limited. Dinning in options are also small, maybe 7 small round tables inside and 1 large table. The music there was WAY to loud. The workers there were not unfriendly, but they didn't smile once or say welcome or make eye contact with the customers. But here's the main reason for my 1 star review, when my friends and I were sitting, talking, vibing, it was evening, 8:30pm, a gentlemen walked up and said something, it was too loud I had to ask him to repeat everything twice. He said have any of us made a purchase today? They are only allowed to let paying customers sit inside. We sat at 1 of the 8 tables and there were 6 more open... They also would not give out the restroom code unless we made a purchase. Again, not smiling not unfriendly or unprofessional, but the experience was such that I am not going back there to give Starbucks my business or recommend others going to this spot Honestly I realize I just had a negative experience & its likely the policy's of Starbucks not the people.
Today's service was horrible (Fontana/Sierra and Valley Blvd.). I can't imagine that the person is so busy at the window that they talk over you to anticipate what you want to say for my order. I never expected that rude response from the girl from the window i like to buy my drings starbucks no only 1 time but every single day and nobody The talk to me this way if you don’t have good training as a costumer service fine another job period i hope they do something about it
