Let me tell you about my salad I had for lunch today . I don’t know if they have had a management change recently but my Greek chicken salad was fantastic today ! Thanks to the good people that worked the lunch time rush today ( 7/22/21) great job and I will be back because of the friendly professional service I received .
Absolutely love this location! When I was at TCU it was a great place to meet with friends but also to grab a quick bite to eat on the way to school! I love the renovation they did to this location! It gave it a nice clean aesthetic with phenomenal customer service!
So I don't believe the food at Panera needs any help with describing it's high quality and how delicious it is.. it's such a refreshing break from every fast food.. but today I had a particularly wonderful experience.. So I came for the lunch rush hour, and ordered a few sandwich/soup combos and an entire cherry/ cheese pastry (when I say entire, I mean the size of an average pie plate) Anyhow the incident was an honest communication, I asked if item A was mine, she thought I was referring to item B, thus, telling me no and I was on my way.. once I was home, realized then subsequently called the store.. Sarah, my person who was our person that day at Panera and to be clear she was my registrar, assistant bagger/cook and the person answering the phone both times I called. She had actually been expecting my call, apologized IMMENSELY! (as much as I find all caps tacky I found it necessary in this scenario) then went above and beyond to make up for the trip back. She supplied my entire family with every type of fresh bagel they serve, along with each of their unique and delicious cream cheeses, not to mention a fresh pastry! I was incredibly pleased! Sarah provides the kind of customer service you look for in any top notch establishment, thank you Sarah!!
Great food and atmosphere. The staff are always very welcoming and during lunch they get you through the line without feeling too rushed. My order has always been correct and the food is wonderful and super healthy.
The manager is awesome her name is Wendy and the cashier's name Briana. This is one of my favorite Panera bread. The place is always clean and the employees are. Always filled with joy and a smile. It reminds me of chick fil a. I will be back.
Their catering service here is excellent! In my history using them, they've never made a mistake. And the manager always calls you after your catering event to see how things went. So, A+ service all around, and I'll continue to use them for work events
We stopped by for a quick bite to eat and really enjoyed this location! Bo, the shift manager was very helpful and was doing an amazing job getting food out to the restaurant and out the door for pick-up orders. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and the food was excellent!

Fantastic team working late tonight. I skated in right before close, and they were super friendly, gave me a free drink, and upgraded my sandwich from a half to a full. Seriously the best interaction I've ever had at a Panera Bread.
After my horrible experience next door to ihop this afternoon, I came into Panera with welcoming arms… I want to say thank you to the enthusiastic staff for being so friendly and helpful as I don’t come to Panera often, but here on out. I will definitely be stopping in for the chicken teriyaki and rice, with a side of optimistic service. 🫂🫶🏼
Love coming here and studying. This Panera has very nice and comfortable atmosphere. The general manager Kelsey is so nice and will do anything to help! The food is amazing, frontage chicken sandwich is my favorite!
I like this Panera. The staff can be busy at times, which slows how quickly they can get out curbside pickup orders, but it's clear they work hard so I don't mind waiting an extra minute or two on occasion. Staff is almost always very friendly and I enjoy stopping here each day for my coffee.
One of my favorite places I've been a fan of Panera Bread back when I grow up in St Louis MO and we call them St Louis Bread Company back when my kids were little and wanted the muffins tops and coco before school 1994
Very nice and helpful staff. When my girlfriend didn't get what she ordered, they brought us what she originally wanted and let us keep the other meal. The manager Katie is very helpful and you can see she cares about how the clients feel. Very good job selecting staff Panera!

Facilities are well cleaned and presentable. Interior is comfy, inviting and relaxing. The additions if cloth single chairs are also a nice touch. Just missing a fireplace 😁. It appears the tables also have built in wireless charging for compatible phones. That is a very welcome feature if this is to be true. Food provided are health conscious and incredibly crisp, fresh and flavorful. Staff were friendly, courteous, kind and thrifty. Family oriented. Outside seating available.
The managers and staff were so helpful today and kept their composure under very stressful circumstances. People have no concept that there are so many people ordering door dash, Uber eats etc and all restaurants are understaffed. Please remember services workers are people too and treat them accordingly.

It let's way too busy at lunch time but I guess that's what you would expect of a business doing well. Great Panera food and drink as always. I do like the layout of this Panera and that every Panera is unique. I'm giving them five because their location is so convenient for meeting many of my few friends.

On ĥulen location refused to take my order to dine in they were only taking orders only at 8pm to go . so we search near by and we went straight to university area .Loving the vibe, You made my night special With my son eating dinner with him .Definitely coming back and eat here again. Thank you

This was our first visit to Panera. We got there at about 130pm & it wasn't to crowded. We ordered at the counter but they offer an electronic ordering system. I had the avocado & chicken sandwich with a strawberry poppy seed salad, the 2 for offer. It was really good. My husband had the steak sandwich & mac & cheese, which he enjoyed. The prices are higher like everywhere else. We loved the calm atmosphere.
Their tomato basil soup is amazing as is their sourdough that comes with it. Their salads (the small ones) are truly small, so just know that is advance. The teenager got the Mac and cheese in the bread bowl and Olathe is said it was delicious!!!! We ended with this pecan sweet roll thing that was absolute scrumptious!! Happy eating!!! I’m including in there pics some of the art I paint!!!

The staff at this store are great. They have had no problem with fixing or adjusting my wife's food to make her a happy. She can be very finicky at times. Neverless they have been very good about making sure that she is content. The Manager really made her feel comfortable about something she didn't like. He just kindly made it like she asked. And It has made a lasting impression on her, and myself. I felt that I should say something, they have been very consistent for quite a while now. The Manager and his staff deserve recognition for the care they take for there customers..
The food is always good. The lady taking our order was friendly and very helpful with the menu items.
Service was top tier. The young lady at the counter has positive attitude, friendly, and knew the menu well enough to provide honest suggestions. I'll definitely start making the trip for lunch based on customer service alone. I'm sitting in the lobby and haven't even received my food yet. That's how amazing she was. I trust the food will be good.
I had to spend the day in Fort Worth and had to find a place to work remotely, so I chose Panera. This was a great choice as they have WiFi, lots of places to plug in, and lots of cozy/secluded spots. I started with coffee which was decent and hot - and there are different types to choose from. For lunch I had half of a balsamic chicken greens with grains salad and a cup of the chicken and wild rice soup. It came with a piece of baguette and all three of these items were delicious. I was also asked at one point how my food was, and the whole area was kept clean the entire time I was there. Great spot!
I liked it. I actually liked everything about it. The food was good. I like how I'm able to grab my food in a timely manner of writing. I'm able to look onto a screen to see when it's ready. They may have these light up buzzers to come and grab your food but not to worry they are fast about it and offer tips on what to get and answer your questions or concerns!
I had the greek salad and the tomato soup. Both were delicious, and I loved the fact that the soup was really hot, not just semi-hot. They came with a drink and an apple. “Panera Bread” is very spacious and you can also sit outside. The service is quick and everything is clean and welcoming.
They used to have a few pasta dishes but now rhe only thing pasta is the mac and cheese and that was a little... well my wife said boring and i guess that pretty much summed it up. We really missed the other pasta dishes. The turkey bacon sandwhich was pretty yummy especially paired with the chicken noodle soup. Watch out for the sodium. To few of those choices as well. Staff was very very nice just not overly helpful as far as menu ingredients. ...and it was kind of loud. :-)
I really like the food--usually. Today, my souffle was served cold. It was still tasty but hot food should be hot. The microwave is now hidden behind a cabinet door--ever since they remodeled a few months ago. I wasn't the only person happy I remembered to look. I zapped a cranberry muffin--my favorite. They have a nice selection of hot teas--appreciated on a chilly day. Overall, it was still very good & fresh.
2 pm stop for late lunch on a Monday; quick service! We tried the new chicken flatbread. I do wish we had seen the poster that said "family sized" as this item is quite large, and the sauce has a kick to it. Taste was good but everything slid right off as soon as a piece was lifted from the plate. Use of a fork is highly recommended!
Good food, good service. Nice environment. The newness has worn off the property, it doesn't have that shiny new appearance that used to have. All in all, still a very good dining option.
First time ever visiting a Panera Bread. I was not very impressed. The LARGE sandwich was tiny at best. It was my cheat day. Macaroni and cheese was very expensive for the amount you got. I've been wanting to try it for a very long time, so I did and probably not come back. Thanks to the young lady who helped us order. She was great!
Love their broccoli cheddar soup and 1/2 sandwich. Was not busy at all at 7pm, but the service was a little slow I thought. Still decent.
Good place, and Lots of room. Our really draws a crowd of young professionals and college kids alike. Parking can be a little tight at lunch. Food is moderately priced, probably about 2 dollars to much. Good iced tea selection. They really have the signs up saying tips are appreciated but not expected, but the service is average to self serve. I find that frustrating.
I enjoy their summer menu with the corn 🌽 chowder soup 🍲 and their summer salad menu. The poppy seed dressing is delectable (delicious) 😋.

very spacious with lots more tables & seating than the average Panera Bread location. Quite crowded too. A busy location with lots of staff too. Lots of people waiting for their orders. Didn’t like the kinda confusing order pick-up. Trash bins were full. Drink stations had spills & ran out of some items.
More hip style Panera. Almost more people on lap tops than eating. A bit confusing when arrived since no one to take order. I know they are pushing for everyone to order by app or on kiosk but prefer speaking to a real person. It’s a senior thing. But food was great. Love love the broccoli cheddar soup.
I ordered a Caesar Salad with Chicken. The lettuce was fresh and my meal was good. The staff was nice, but they took a while to appear before ordering. I guess it's because they have self-ordering tablets. They have a variety of coffees, teas, and lemonades to choose from. Clean place.
I love Panera they have a good menu and their pastries are delicious! I was upset to see that there was a hair on my pick 2 sandwich. Didn’t make a big deal about it because it was picked up and taken to our office but of course I didn’t eat it. Please make sure your staff has their hair up at all times. This is very unacceptable and unsanitary. And on another note they offer delivery however they don’t deliver to my job which is close by...?
People seemed nice. Coffee wasn't hot, hot water wasn't hot. Table was sticky but I think it's the cleaning products they use making the lacquer soft because the table (whole place really) seemed clean. Also bought a loaf of sourdough. It was darker than usual but still tasted absolutely delicious.
Disappointed I ordered a sandwich and they left off half of the ingredients plus I didn't get any chips but they did give me 2 pieces of extra bread. Not good. This has happened here before and there was no line, it's 5:30 pm and how disappointing. My advice don't order TO GO.
Pricing is now so confusing...the pick 2 is so misleading. The food is still decent, but the prcing has skyrocketed. The cashier could not explain why my final bill for three was so high. If i do go again, i will talk with a manager before I order.
Ordered online, that was easy. My order came out 8 minutes later than quoted, annoying but not the worst. No bacon on my Bacon Turkey Bravo. The rest of the meal was okay but overpriced. Probably won’t go back.
This place is nice it’s clean food was good as well. The environment is chill. I did have a misunderstanding with the cashier and I was charged more, the manager came out helped me out and refunded me while Maria the cashier was a bit rude. But ultimately it’s nice here.

I love panera and always have a great experience. This was my second time at this location and the cashier was very rude. At first she was cleaning and paid no attention to me. Then I asked her about ingredients in a salad and she made it seem like that was too time consuming for her. She rushed me on my order and had an attitude when I simply paused about thinking if I should use my reward or not. Overall I was not impressed with her and the way she spoke to me. Katie was the cashier lady and I hope she fixes her attitude.
Quick service, good quality food with plenty of healthy options, tons of choices my kids like and their green tea is the best. They have gotten my orders wrong a few times or left things off, and sometimes their kitchen crew can get really lazy (ex told me they no longer had baguette bread only bc they didn’t want to get one out and break it; one can clearly see it behind them.) I also have a pet peeve when places that have regular wage employees request tips. This whole tipping problem is getting out of control. Used to be you only did it for waiters and now everyone wants a tip for doing their job.
Food was not correct ordered Tuna sandwich on toast 1 PC was over toasted, had tomato and lettuce on it we requested to omitted both. We ordered chicken noodle and broccoli cheddar soup they gave us tomato instead of the chicken noodle. Just came from testing at the Dr's office and wasn't feeling good...epic fail!! You always expect good customer service no matter if busy or not. It's called 1 person doing a QC check on take-out orders B4 giving to ur customers. I live all the way in Aubrey had a 4 hour appt. I was not happy with the meal that I paid for!
Food is good but I ordered online to pick up at 12:50 and I ordered over an hour in advance and still had to wait 20 minutes or more for my order eventhough I showed up at 1:00pm to pick up
This location always has lots of people. But that's not necessarily a good thing if u bring ur laptop or need a charging port often times everyone takes the seats that have the sockets and u might be left with a cold little table . I'm not even sure if those people are even eating or drinking anything 😕 🤔 not sure if there just there for the free wifi only . Anyway the place is full most of the time. Wasn't really comfortable were I sat . Soup was cold and half full I didn't take one bite of my soup yet in this picture just looks half eaten. Sandwich was great though.
I took my order home to find no sandwich. That's the second time! I went back two days later with my receipt and the manager said in the future I should call the same day as a "courtesy" to notify them. What?!! After they don't do their job, it's on me to both make a call and come back for refund? And prepare for future lack of purchases in my bag??
Two stars for being a Panera Bread, as they have good food, but I have never received good service at this location. If they are not being slow then they are shorting me on food. On December 7th, 2017, this location was out of sides. This would not have been a big deal had they offered something in lieu of the missing sides, but nothing was offered. The lackadaisical attitude of the staff was the worst part. Used to come here bi weekly for years; I will now be taking my business to one of the many other quick service options in the area.
I have used this Panera for months because I work nearby. It is cleaner than other locations that I have been to. I use the app to place any orders, whether it’s for a bakery items or a full meal. No matter what, they mark your order as “ready to pick up” when it is not ready. At minimum, you’re waiting about 10-15 minutes AFTER their staff has marked it ready. Not only that, but the staff is rude and they ignore you when you’ve been waiting for so long. I only get an hour break for lunch and I have now wasted at least 15 minutes of it waiting for food that I ordered ahead of time. I would also advise you to check your order before you leave. I noticed that an item that I ordered was not in my bag and I informed them that I paid for was missing. The employee’s response was “we are out of that”. I asked if I could replace it and she rudely told me to go wait in line to get it fixed. Not only were they not going to inform me that they were out of an item that they ran out of (and were just going to let me walk out), but I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to replace my item in a line that I tried to avoid by ordering in the app. I was not going to write a review, but the behavior of the staff member today was not acceptable, and neither is the staff saying that orders are ready when they’re not.
No staff to assist, gotta use the kiosks, Place smells like dirty mop water..if you want customer service, this is not the place
This is the 3rd time my order has been a less than bare minimum. This sandwich is so dry!!! There isn’t even enough aioli for me to spread myself even though they should’ve done the spreading! At this point the sandwich is a choking hazard because tears literally streamed down my face trying to swallow this. I decided to finally leave a review because this is, again, the 3rd time my order has either been wrong or unsatisfying and I am left with no lunch! I only gave 2 stars because staff is friendly!
Ordered 1/2 dozen asiago bagels and the new flat bread pizza and it looked nothing like the add. The cheese had been dropped onto crust forming little knots:( the sauce was virtually non existent, as were any extra cheese drippings. The crust was the only winner of this joke of a flat bread pizza. In my opinion, not worth the money :( The saving grace was that the staff was great!
The food was good but I waited almost an hour for my 1 sandwich and a bowl of soup. The staff I did interact with were nice I was given a free cookie. But an hour wait is unacceptable. There were lots of people standing around waiting on food which made the waiting area cramped and awkward.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 egg sandwiches and a side of macaroni to go, still didn't get it and had to leave without it to make our appointment. Place was empty. I could have made it at home from scratch faster (and likely better) than that.
Worst Panera out of 4 that I’ve been to. If 0 stars were an option that would be my rating. Terrible service, have to wait for a drink glass from the kitchen. Only sweeteners for coffee and tea are sugar and Sweet n Low artificial sweetener With saccharin. Too cheap to get Stevia or even Equal for those who cannot have or do not want to consume sugar. Even McDonalds has that.
Be prepared to wait any time you order for at least 10-20 minutes over when the app or cue says that your order is ready. . The staff constantly argues with each other and it’s very clear to anyone waiting they are extremely overwhelmed.
Clean place, great front customer service but the people who prepares the food at the back needs to know their own menu. It’s very disappointing when you take your food home and see that your sandwiches did not come with all the ingredients it’s supposed to come with. Especially, when you didn’t add anything extra, just wanted how it is on the menu.
All ethnic customers be prepared to be treated like you aren't a paying customer and watch everyone go before you as you wait patiently. The female manager there today was extremely rude as if she owned the place and wasn't there working for her living as most us do. When asked for their names to complain they refused and she continued to be rude and condescending. Everyone deserves respect and if this isn't addressed Panera doesn't deserve to be in business any longer.
I can't stand when someone is taking your order and doesn't listen, that's literally your job for the moment. To listen and press buttons that corresponds with the request. Ordered drinks twice, not on the reciept. Ordered chicken NOODLE soup twice guy repeated it twice. Got some sort of rice soup. No dressing in the salad. It's annoying and sad.
The charged lemonades taste completely off, I went to another location and I could taste the difference. I’m not sure if they are not cleaning the juice dispenser or something, but something is off about their drinks.
We went in for a Togo order. I explained the the cashier that my daughter has Celiac Disease which I a Gluten allergy. I asked if the BQ chicken Salad has gluten in it. She called the manager over to help her answer that question. He seemed VERY disinterested and told her to look it up in the book. She looked it up and then decided if they took out the friend onions it would be Gluten free. I looked over all the ingredients as well and agreed. We waited for our food. I took it home to my daughter; we ate it. Thirty minutes later she had a severe stomach ache. She asked if I was sure there wasn’t gluten. They had put fried onions in there. When I told her we ordered it Gluten free she assumed they were made Gluten free friendly. OBVIOUSLY, this restaurant does not u seedy and the seriousness of Celiac Disease. We realize it is a pain and she always hates to bother and ask all the questions but IT IS A THING. She will probably have severe stomach pains all day and break out in body rash for the week. Thanks for your concern Panera Bread on University.
So being I couldn't get the app to place my order it online I tried to call to place a to go order to be ready for my very short break on a 12 hour work day. But after trying for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone I decided to chance it. The young lady was very nice and offered a free drink to apologize. Cool, then I waited my whole break waiting for my food. Of which I will not get to eat for 7 more hours now. Thanks for this awful experience.
I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes and no one helped me. Multiple employees passed by without a word. I ended up using the self order kiosk and placed my order. Then a different guest walked in right after that and was helped immediately. Not sure if it was just me or something but it felt really rude.
If I could leave no stars I would. Took 45 minutes to bring out food. Came with 3 friends and they brought out the food with 15 minute difference apart. When I asked for the food they said “yeah everyone’s waiting.” My vegetarian friend got her order with meat in it after a 45 minute wait. Would not recommend coming to this location.
i have now been waiting over 2 hours for my food which they gave away to someone.else. then they cancelled the order so i had to start all over again.you would think they would have expedited the order because if their screw up but no i just had to get back in line. i will never order for uber pick up from them again!
Don’t order delivery! Twice my order has been delivered poorly. The first time the drink was just room temperature and the second time they forgot my drink all together. The manager will only reimburse if I come to the restaurant in person, which kind of takes away from the whole reason I got delivery in the first place. So if you get delivery, know that they may steal from you since a refund (for their own fault) is difficult to get.
I go to panera bread frequently but this time was outrageous! I went there and ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, like regularly. I took a bite and just took a bite of plain bread. I opened the sandwich and one little piece of steak was on it. They offered to remake it, but who knows what they would’ve put on the sandwich.. Never going back
Caprese Chicken Melt was a terrible tasting sandwich. Chicken to bread proportion was way off; I could have fit the chicken on one quarter of the bread. Chicken was stringy, Arugula was bitter, tomatoes tasteless and pimentos too spicy. Garlic mayo was overpowering. I would not recommend this sandwich.
Employees at this location really love to ignore people at the to go pick up when the order is sitting there ready.
First off I want to start out by saying the food is FANTASTIC here and I usually get great customer service! However, Jason, the manger is something to be desired. In the past few months, on a few occasions waiting for my food (as a manager myself) I have witnessed Jason demonstrating managerial skills I would never bestow upon my customers or employees. The question I ask myself if he's demonstrating these negative behaviors on the floor, what's really going on behind closed doors? How are the employees really being treated? I usually leave positive reviews but now I'm to the point this should be made public. In no way am I leaving this review to knock the hard working employees or Panera's food. I just want to bring attention to a manager that needs to be humbled.
I order a half sandwich and soup. Soup was luke warm and the grill cheese is definitely not grilled. Called the manager she definitely did not care to help me. I will.never return to this location again. Sham on you Panera for hiring employees that don't care for their customers.
Typically I like their food, however my son and I stopped in just for drinks while we waited for an uber to come home. I sent my son inside with my card to get us both a drink and after several minutes of him being in there, and it was close to if not 10 minutes and I had ordered the uber already abs decided to call him and to my surprise he was being made to wait to be called up to the window for our cups, cups only, as it is self serve fountain drinks and we had 2 minutes before our ride arrived. I told him to come watch my service dog and went inside. It was a if I didn't exist until I approached someone other than the one working at the counter and said I needed the cups. It was apparently confusing to the woman in the kitchen and it took a minute for these employees to see the cups were in the counter and my son wasn't told. I was not happy because it takes less than almost zero effort for the cashier to pick up 2 plastic cups when charging for them and stretching your arm out just a bit. I honestly think the staff act this way due to the area and it's high class superiority complex having customers. Do better.
Just ordered The Spicy Take chicken sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle soup. I live a block away from Panera so drove straight over and saw on my email that my order was ready. It wasn't on the pickup shelf, but was on the counter, with the receipt just lying next to it. When I got home, only a few minutes later, I noticed my sandwich was ICE COLD and very poorly prepared. These people do not care about customers and care more about closing on time than giving them fresh food. This is ridiculous for how expensive their food is.
On March 6, 2024, I went to pick up my order from Panera on University in Fort Worth. The manager and associate both saw me walk in and asked the name of my order. Then waited 30 mins. The wait was not the issue, but the fact that other people have come and gone with their order, while my order said ready for pick up. The worse part that I was literally starring at my food the whole time. Then, when I asked about my order I was told to be patient. Really?
My elderly parents tried to order food at Panera on University. The staff was not very helpful. I realize they are old and struggle to understand the menu and use the in-store technology but a little extra help would have been nice. Not coming back.
Order taker poor, simple order. Bagle and cream cheese. The butter was rancid. Could not eat it. And no Sr. Discount. Had to whistle to get staff out from back to give order. Customers waiting.
Deplorable catering service. Order was incorrect, missing items, and called 12-15 times trying to speak to someone but either no one picked up or they did and then hung up. Customer service number called, got hung up on. Chicken salad sandwiches had literally a dab (tsp?) of salad on any of the sandwiches.
Nothing appears wrong with my salads. However, for the 3rd time ordering delivery from Panera they haven’t put the added chicken in my salads! Added meat cost extra, and this is the 3rd occurrence and I have made my concerns known multiple times at the store! This is grossly disrespectful. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM PANERA, there will always be a missing item, from a simple dressing to a whole part of your main entree!
This place is trash! They have lost an order of mine in the past and then gave me the biggest run around but today is my last straw. They put what looks like just a knife stroke full of tuna on my $9.00 sandwich. Like, y'all are the worst. It's always a problem whenever I eat here, so never again. In addition, I will be suggesting that my job take y'all off the approved vendors list! The worst.
The coffee I had was absolutely terrible, and it was a complete disappointment. The service was appalling, and it seemed like the staff was either uninterested or overwhelmed. The pastries, which I was looking forward to, were cold and stale, making them unappetizing. To add to the frustration, I felt like I had to do everything myself, as the staff was not attentive or helpful. I specifically mentioned that I wanted to dine in, but instead, I was given to-go cups, which was not what I had in mind. Overall, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory, and I left feeling let down by the establishment.
They were incredibly behind on everyone's orders. When my order was already FIFTEEN MINUTES past the promised pickup time, the manager asked Ariel where my order was. She said she needs to remake it because she folded it wrong. She was working on another order while she did it. The manager had to tell her to prioritize the remake. I don't blame Ariel for not being competent at her job. I blame her management for not training her competently before sticking her on the sandwich line. It is inexcusable that they had someone working on making orders that was so poorly trained she couldn't understand the concept of prioritizing remakes so that people's orders that were already late weren't even more late. This is the most disappointing and badly managed Panera I have ever been to.
if this place doesn’t closedown i’ll be shocked, no employees spoke to us, very few patrons, ordered at kiosk, got food at service window, no tea in tea cannister and only employee talked to said ok i’ll get some. food was edible but not good, mushy luke warm french onion soup, asian chicken salad at best halfway filled bowl, regular lettuce,few shaved chicken slivers, several sliced almonds, some wonton pieces, very limited dressing
Just left here after being here 20 min without even ordering. Let me say first that I'm a very understanding person and also very simple when it comes to certain things. The customer service at this Helen location is absolutely unacceptable and I'm in disbelief on how the night 7:00 pm night manager was more incompetent.Than the employees that's working for her on this shift. I will not ever walk in this establishment again and I don't recommend no one goes to this location
As soon as you enter, the smell is unbearable. I had to hold my breath just to use the men’s restroom. To make matters worse, the dining area is right next to it, so the whole section reeks. Definitely the worst Panera Bread location I’ve ever been to. 🤮😷
I have never had this happen to me before and I am a senior citizen. I have lived in Fort Worth all of my life. As I was chewing my turkey sandwich something didn't feel right. I thought it was gristle from the meat, but it was a foot of a mouse. As I pulled it from my mouth, my granddaughter said I was as white as a ghost. I was traumatized and couldn't believe it. She took my plate to the manager. Of course, I was refunded...but was that enough? Thankfully, I didn't get sick from it. Will NEVER eat there or at any Panera again. Always check the inside of your sandwiches before eating them people.
Ordered an 18 pack of bagels unsliced and the quality was so terrible. I was missing two bagels from my order. Requested them not to be sliced and half of my order came extremely poorly sliced. Bagels were also very thin- I don’t know what is going on with their bakers but this is not the quality I am used to from this location. So disappointed I chose to spend my money here.
