I went w my best friend 🤣 we had a great experience w Zeke. He was kind, and very attentive. Really great experience and had us joking the whole time!! He said he's the manager n training and I can't wait 2 interact w him again.
It was a very busy Saturday brunch. Restaurant was packed. We were given a wait time of 20 minutes for my family of 6 but were seated under 10. Our order was taken and served quickly given how busy they were. Portions were generous and everything looked and tasted great 👍

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the team was organized, attentive, and genuinely committed to great service — a reflection of the manager’s professionalism and dedication. They checked in with guests personally, ensured every detail was handled smoothly, and maintained a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire visit. The staff seemed confident and well-supported, and the overall service quality was exceptional. It’s rare to see a manager so engaged, approachable, and customer-focused. Their presence truly elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant, and huge credit goes to the manager for setting such a high standard.

Absolutely LOVED this Local Gem!!! Food was Great, Beer Cold, Good selection of Bourbon...And the Service provided with a smile and a handshake by Alex and Kent was Stellar...I will always stop in when I'm visiting from California! Please tell um Teddy sentcha 🥃
The atmosphere was simply Perfect for a our family to sit and have some hot chocolate and coffee on a cold night along with the great appetizers at a great price! There was no rush and our waiters were spot on when we needed refills without asking! I haven't had such a warm experience as i did that night AND we also had the pleasure of catching Mr. And Mrs. Santa enjoying Dennys just as much as we were! Thanks Dennys!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to amyone looking for great eats and togetherness
Had a really good experience at Denny’s. I ordered the double burger with red potatoes, and everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked just right. The burger was filling and tasted great, and the red potatoes were seasoned well. Our server Diego was friendly, attentive, and checked in to make sure everything was good without hovering. Overall a smooth, enjoyable visit. Would definitely come back.
It was the manager Eric who went and made sure that we were happy ...No other manager would ever done what he did to make sure that the customer was happy for that i would always go back..thank you for caring about the customer...Ten stars Dennys needs more manager like Eric .every place does
Excellent service - Dallas was very attentive and courteous. Food is always fresh, very good - what one can expect from Denny’s - consistency. Atmosphere is very family oriented. The apple pancakes were yummy :)
Our waiter is the sweetest. Seems like he’s been working hard throughout the night (me and my friend dinned in around 1:30 am). Attended to us as often as possible and continued to ask us if we needed anything. Staff was amazing.
Start off, very clean, bathrooms very clean & smelled great. Quiet, comfy atmosphere. But I just gotta say it was the best Dennys I have been to in ages. I made my own omelet (well the chef cooked it 😉) w/ ham, Swiss & mushrooms. It was delicious. The hash browns & sourdough toast were cooked to my perfection. My husband got a T-Bone med rare, also cooked to perfection 👌. With yummy homestyle potatoes & steamed broccoli to the perfect crisp. I def recommend this Dennys in particular. Oh the lady server was so nice, sweet & polite as well as the gentleman hostess that sat us. Wish I got their names because they def deserve a shout out.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at Denny’s! My friends and I went late at night, the food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as I ordered. What really made my visit stand out was the excellent service from our waiter, Diego. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. Diego checked on us often, kept our drinks full, and made the whole experience enjoyable with his positive attitude. It’s rare to find such great service, and Diego definitely went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Diego if you want top-notch service!
Food was delicious and service was fast! Our server Diego was very attentive and polite. He constantly checked to make sure we had everything we needed and was just the nicest server ever! No complaints at all, and will definitely be back when in town again.
Came out after a rave with some friends. Got Diego as our server. Really amazing service! He made sure we were well taken care of and soooo apologetic when things out his control ( ex. long food wait) took place. Oscar (Austin) was cool too I guess.
I always come to the shields and Blackstone location to eat . The host is always very welcoming, my servers are always friendly and great customer service. A few times when it was super busy the manager stepped in to make sure our visit wAs great!! I love this place
Diego was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was attentive without being overbearing, super friendly, and had great recommendations from the menu. Our drinks stayed full the whole time, and he checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about giving great service. If you come here, definitely ask for Diego—he’ll make your experience 10/10!
Our server Vito always goes above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. He graciously takes care of any issues that may arise; although issues have been minimal. The management and staff, overall, are professional and kind. The food is always properly prepared and served quickly. Our overall experience at this location has always been above what one would expect for a busy diner.

We where in the mood to try something new. After a google map search we decided on Jebs. The service was great and the fried chicken special was delicious. We will be back.

Me and my kids and husband we're waiting at a table and Zeke came and helped us I'm not sure if he's the manager or if he's the manager in training but he did a great job attending to us he made sure my kids food was warm he made sure we got our orders right he did a great job and I can't lie I'm going to recommend him to all my friends because he was doing a great job and was very attentive to us my kids even loved him and honestly I just I think he deserves a raise ...... I just want to give a special shout out to Zeke because he did such a great job with us and I appreciate him.

Came here later in the evening, was not so crowded anymore. Ordered a burger with bacon, egg, onion along with fries on the side and it was really delicious even though it was soaking in fat. Only downside is that I asked for a plug to charge my phone and there was just 1 plug apparently at a certain table which was in use. For the rest, I really liked the service over here. Very friendly staff!

Denny’s is still holding the line as America’s most reliable “this will do” restaurant. The food was not great — just food in its purest, most legally recognizable form. Eggs happened. Bacon existed. I ate it without emotion. On the way out, a homeless guy sold me a brand‑new pair of NIKE shoes in exchange for two pancakes, one piece of bacon, and $10 cash. I don’t know who won that transaction, but it felt fair in the moment. Food 3 stars, Service 4 stars and if you have homeless people selling NIKE shoes at your restaurant that is an automatic Atmosphere rating of 5 stars.
I get it that it was very busy cuz it was veterans Day but we were sitting way in the corner which is fine except they either forgot about us. Then it took an hour to get our food and when we got it it was cold. Personally I'm not a fan of Denny's but my granddaughter is but I told her I will not be coming back. You can.
Dennys on Blackstone has gotten better as fat as the food quality. The prices though? Not so much. $18 for an everyday hamburger? That's crazy! One would think for that price, you would get a free T-shirt or something. We had to order off of the kids menu. The kids burger was over $10. Dennys, You're the restaurant that drunk kids go to at 4am. Stop trying to be a 5 star Michelin rated diner.

We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and 1 patty wasn't even whole, it was 1 piece with a bunch of little pieces. I ordered bacon and didn't get any on my hamburger. The lettuces was old and the tomatoes was no good either. So I had to come home and cook anyways to fix our food to make it better. My daughter ordered Spaghetti and meatballs. She bearly got any sauce on her Spaghetti. Good thing we had some at home to put on top.
Dont take debt and don't take special care on their gravy and how they prepair your eggs...however the by far best Denny's is in the worst area BUT WELL WORH IT...THEY DO EXTRA ON THAT GRAVY...YUM! The waitress was soooo rude. I’ve literally never dealt with someone so rude at a restaurant. Right off the bat. She was short and had an attitude when we were nothing but friendly. Then after she took our order I politely asked for a side of ranch because ny daughter wanted it. She asked me about 4-5 times if I needed aaaanything else. As if it’d be a big inconvenience if we needed anything else. Or she wasn’t planning on coming back to the table for anything else. Very unfriendly and uncomfortable. Called ahead of time to verify they participated in kids eat free. One adult ordered off the value menu, the other ordered off the regular menu. When the bill came both kids meals were there, when questioned at check out the server said “oh I should have told you how it worked, you couldn’t order off the value menu”. Frustrating but okay, didn’t read the fine print but one adult ordered off the regular menu, when questioned about that she said “I rang it up off the value menu, then did add-on’s” (bacon, avocado burger) which ended up being only a dollar or two off versus the $6 it should have been for a kids meal. Very disappointing and won’t be returning.
