Love the staff

I had curb side pick up and the food was delivered quickly to my car. The employee was also wearing a face mask and gloves.

So it's about 09:45am and my boys want a happy meal. The lady taking our order tells us that they don't serve them until after 10:30am. So we order breakfast and find a table. When our food is ready, they bring it to our table and they also bring a couple of toys for the boys!! They were super happy! Thank you! People tend to have a certain stereotype of a place or people but there are always those opportunities to make someone's day that much better.... Really, thank you!!!! And keep up the great Customer service!

I often use this location as a safe place to call an Uber to go home from work using their wifi. I've also ordered from here numerous times and had few problems. It's pretty much always clean.

In the morning its quiet no crazy people make sure you get strawberry jelly with your hashbrown. order a senior coffee if youre over 55 its cheaper. No you dont need a senior with you in your car.

The costumer service was good here. It took a lil while to get my order only because there were alot of people there for some reason. My order was correct and everything was fresh.

Nice and peaceful visit. Can't complain. I didn't eat but my daughter wanted chicken nuggets so we went so she could get a happy meal.

The interior is very spacious with lots of tables and comfortable seating available for whatever the occasion from single diners enjoying a bite up to large parties coming in to socialize over some food while enjoying each other's company. This location is always busy, so don't be surprised by long lines. Overall, what makes this location stand out a bit more than the rest is the overall atmosphere. Very chill and oddly easy to relax in.

My order was correct, the fries were hot and fresh, and my cola didn't taste like it does at some of the other McDonalds when they don't clean the machines out enough. The employees working there today were slammed with a bunch of customers but they never lost their cool. 5 stars.

Very clean. Nice clean restrooms. Saw 3 employees leave the restroom and obviously had washed their hands. (You'd be surprised how many times this is not the case with other places I've seen) The guy that was cleaning the floors was very friendly and all smiles every time I passed him.

Went through the drive thru and got quick, friendly service. AND….the fries were fresh, hot, and crispy!! Thank you.

Fast and friendly service. I forgot the cashier's name but he was very helpful and fast. He actually acknowledged customers, which is a plus for me. I have been to other McDonald's and I have seen managers literally just chit chatting with each other and completely ignoring the line of customers waiting to get served. Their cashiers have more courtesy than they do.

The cashier greeted me and treated with superb customer service. I asked why his badge included the word minor. He responded because minor are restricted from activities like cooking and informs fellow employees not to request he performs these activities. He was straightforward and answered my question. Free way close ,so very busy location .The drive through is long lines in waiting. On the other hand inside is a different story ,they are fast and on time . Hats off to the management and the crew on jobs well done.

I ordered the sausage egg mcmuffin and didn't realize it comes with cheese as it is not in the description. I went back up to the front and asked why there was cheese. The lady (I think was the manager) got a bit upset with me and said that it comes with cheese. I asked if I could get some without the cheese and she kind of glared at me so I said nevermind I am fine. I didn't mean to cause a issue. She took the food from me and gave me new ones but not till after she rolled her eyes and told me in what I felt was a condensing tone that next time I had to tell them without cheese. I think McDonald's should put that it comes with cheese as there are people out there who are highly allergic to cheese and could make the same mistake that I had.

This location is always fast in the morning. I stop here on my way to work and the drive thru service is quick. The only knock I give them is on their ice coffees. Depending on who makes it, they often dilute it with way to much milk and ice. I suspect it's just quicker and easier to do it that way but it'll taste like watered down milk. Other times it's perfect.

The remodeled interior is a nice touch but they had all the TV's turned off during my visit -they'll get all 5 stars once they get those working. Very friendly staff that's both helpful with ordering on the kiosk as well as with bringing our food to the table. Yes, you read correctly -McDonald's now has table service. Well at least this one does. Dining room was clean and well kept. Parking lot here gets tight during peek hours.

I wanted to eat something and I didn’t know the area I went in to McDonald’s I bought a breakfast deluxe and honestly it wasn’t bad at all. The staff are friendly and for me that very important. Definitely I recommend it.

I appreciate the speed and my order was accurate (drive thru) but I wish they do this in all customers. I do not need straw i have reusable, I understand it’s automatic for them give straw but not 4 in a drink please😅 Save earth 🌎 👍🏽

Went through the drive through. They have some cost saving deals, whether or not you use the app. But I highly recommend the app! They only gave me one napkin though. Make sure to ask for extra.

Lately McDonald staff have been getting my orders wrong. It's like they don't want to work , it's sad to see McDonalds lossing it charm

This McDonald's has an odd drive thru entry. Some get confused as to who's turn it is to enter. The food is standard McD's fare but they keep changing the menu. Dollar menu is virtually extinct and/or is difficult to find.

Good McD's, freindly staff, food cooked right. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the lobby closing time on door says 12:00 midnight but they close at 11:00pm when they feel like it, this is inconvient for me & very annoying.

I tried the Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry and it was just Ok. There is no actual Shortcake in the McFlurry just crunchy pieces of Strawberry Shortcake flavored cereal or something similar. Vanilla Ice Cream is the best part.

McDonalds could still be a joyful eating place, because the prices aren't way over priced. Spend wisely . I have really no complaints .It's a cool dinning restaurant .

It's easy, predictable, and kinda boring. But if you have stomach problems, it's the least likely of almost all fast food to cause problems.

Kinda slow. Over 15 minutes since I'll ordered and no sign my order is ready yet. The place is nicely updated with kiosks to place your order without needing to go to the counter though. So that part was pretty cool.

They didn't have any Luca toys. Grandkids were bummed. I ordered an ice cream cone, it tasted just fine. But it's usually swirled going upright. This one was fat & pudgy. Only the drive-thru was opened, we were there @ 9pm! Usually we enjoying to this location.

I frequent McDonald's weekly but this visit gets a lower rating as for whatever reason when I tried to use my deal coupons the app said I had already used my allotment for the day and I hadn't been to McD in 4 days. So didn't get what I was craving but my dogs and I enjoyed the 2 mcdoubles for $3.

No fountain drink bar so you have to waive your arms at the counter to get someone's attention for refills. I stopped coming here because of this. The one on 182nd has a fountain bar so I go there instead. It's a little small inside they usually have the AC cranked up higher than most so it can be chilly for those sensitive. Parking is ok but a little tight as there are a lot of busy businesses at this location.

I basically only come here for fries. It started out REALLY GOOD because they were usually screaming hot. However, the last two times I went, one time they were actually so stale I couldn't even choke them down, and this last time they were stone cold. Which means they had been sitting around most of the morning. For almost ten bucks for a large and a small, it's just not worth it anymore to be more miss rather than hit.

5 stars for the hardworking 3 or 4 people in the back. This McDonald's is located near a major freeway exit and is always busy, always has a "hiring" sign up, but is always severely understaffed. The workers were doing their best on a busy Saturday morning with a line stretching out to the door -- the wait was 20 minutes for a hotcakes and sausage with orange juice, with a sign next to the food pickup area stating that more than one sauce for nuggets would cost extra. This location is owned and operated by Ti Chang, who needs to step it up with ownership, operations, and management by hiring more people and properly staffing the restaurant. McDonald's is a well known name, known brand, and the profit margins can afford the hiring of 3 more people at least. The ownership, and possibly management, is poorly run. Kudos to the staff for doing their best!

Just can't get behind the whole "McDonald's" thing! Used to love their fries and egg McMuffins but now... Yuk! Don't care for the "food" . Don't care for the atmosphere. My chicken sandwich had way too much mayonnaise in it it was like drenched in it also the cashier had no control over her line. For me to get my chicken sandwich and a large drink it felt like it took a good 20 minutes and that was me walking in. seems way too long

This McDonald’s and their food is great except the drive thru employees get your order wrong or leave out something about 40-50% of the time. Everyone lacks hospitality or any emotions at all. Not sure how these employees make $20/hr but can’t get simple orders correct. The only lady who’s consistent and great is the older Asian lady at the drive thru window as I never get my order wrong or missing w her and she says hello and smiles. Ex: I ordered a happy meal for my toddler and both the milk and the toy were missing. How do you royally mess up the most important part of the happy meal- a toy?! And then we ordered a mcdonaldland meal and they forgot the souvenir. Employees here need to be better trained to check for correct and complete orders before handing bags, and people need to learn to talk and smile- even a basic hello or hi.

I’m a regular McDonald’s customer and have visited this store around 4-5 times. The food is always good, and I appreciate the convenience of online orders and the drive-thru. However, I’ve noticed that the staff are usually very busy, which is understandable. But even when waiting at the counter to order, they don’t acknowledge customers unless we say ‘hello’ or ‘excuse me’ first. The same thing happened this morning. Just wanted to mention this as a small observation—everything else is fine!

They took a lot of time fulfilling your order, the food was kinda warm, and was the place was a little dirty.

They forgot so much of my order didnt even give me bbq sauce when i asked 4 times then turns out they gave me light lemonade instead of regular like i asked.

This is sad I have a 32 ounce Hydro flask and I asked for a cup of water to put in the Hydro flask or if I could fill it up myself with water. Nope they wanted to charge me for a cup but wait a minute...I Can go down the street and Starbucks...yes Starbucks will give me free water to put in my Hydro flask. Horrible! This place is close to work so I come here twice a week. Sometimes I do mobile order pick up and sometimes I order at the drive-thru the times that I do order from the drive-thru when I pull up to the window and ask for sauce the lady is very stingy and with a nasty attitude. Her name is herlinda and when I asked for two ranch she said it would be a $.25 charge for any additional sauce!!! I went on a Good Friday a couple months ago (religious thing) and I ordered the sausage McMuffin when herlinda was handing me my food she mumbled in Spanish to her coworker “mira Los pecadores” I don’t go to McDonald’s to be judged I just simply want my food. Herlinda didn’t know that I knew Spanish.

Order cheeseburgers with only ketchup they gave me them regular with onions and pickles mustard. Which I am allergic to onions. Not the first time they do it also. This mcdonalds is like others in which they only concern themselves with getting low time counts for their orders, they would press order complete on their screens before they even give an order to the customer, causing orders to be mixed up or just be completely wrong, every mcdonalds needs to fix this asap, we want good quality and fast food, not mixed up orders and employees who focus on a store rating

Asked for more sauce and the lady working at the drive thru gave me attitude said I already had enough. I told her I wanted some more she left toke a while to come back but I didn’t think anything of it, she handed me the bag with sauce in it I said thank you and left. When I arrived home one of the sauces had a hole right in the middle. Sauce was all over the bag it was a mess. Went in on Saturday night a good half hour before them locking the doors. My sister and nieces were already there waiting for us they had started eating before us. My sister and I made two orders online we were still inside keep in mind the reception wasn’t very well so by the time we ordered on the app it was transitioning to pick up in the front to only Drive thru. However when we went up to the counter and showed our numbers the Manager ( Mayra) cut my sister off before she can even say what happened and “Yeah because It’s closed only through drive thru “ very rudely and rolling her eyes. So she walked and then another worker came up and asked what we needed she was much nicer , we explained to her what had happened. The manager with attitude continued with what’s there order number. One of the male workers started prepping the Happy Meal boxes and the Store Manager rudely walks in front of him and pushes the happy meal boxes with the receipt throwing the boxes out of place.. At this point I felt bad for the worker because he just placed his hands up like oh man my bad, the manager was just so unprofessional. When she first had came up to us she had a name tag , and when I asked the second female worker if that was the manager she said yes and I asked for her name she then walked away and told her they want to speak with you she walks up all aggressively keep in mind at this point even with her behavior we still didn’t give her attitude or never raised our voices. My other sister had placed an order also which we were trying to let her no she denied to give it to her , we didn’t even mind if we had to wait a bit longer , but she rudely again said “ oh no that’s it”. With her attitude and customer service I was just so unhappy that I just told her okay no worries thank you , May I get your name “ she said “ Mayra I looked at her shirt she had no name tag at this point now I asked you don’t have a name tag ? She’s like “ it’s Mayra” okay … We left and just got in the car in and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru . The worst customer service and from a MANAGER it was disappointing. You’d expect that she’d be a good example to her team.

I went through the drivethru and made the mistake of not checking my food. I ordered large fries, but the workers may of thought i said, take everyones left over fries and give them to me.

I was debating whether or not to write this review, but I feel like it would be best to share my experience. As far as food service I have only been at this location twice. Both times, the service and food were good. This particular time I visited was for an In Person Interview 9/3 @ 11a. I got there on time and let the cashier know I was there for an interview. She stated she would let the manager know. I stood around for sometime and then sat down because no one came out right away. After about 15 minutes, the young lady came back to me to let me know that they were not having interviews today. I let her know that I have emails and texts confirming this interview. She went back and I sat there for 10 more minutes. Finally a lady came out and asked me to write my name and number down. Then a manager by the name of Mr.David (who by the way was pleasant) sat down with me and asked if I was still interested. I replied Yes, he let me know the Hiring Manager was not in today and he would give her my information. He also asked of my experience, my availability etc...He assured me that the hiring manager would reach out to me. I waited a week and didn't hear anything from anyone, so I called to follow up. They said to wait for the Hiring Manager who was not in the office to call me back. Today I am still waiting for the Hiring Managet to contact me. If the establishment was hiring like they stated, why haven't I heard anything back? I believe this establishment has some discrimination because there is no way you are hiring and I was a willing potential employee and no one reached back out to me! If you are not a particular skin tone I don't believe they will hire you. Just FYI for anyone attempting to get a job here. SRA

I was there on 12 July around 3:00 PM came through the drive-through order three sandwiches. They left one out that wasn’t a bad thing about the whole visit at all. They switched my ATM card out and gave me someone else’s. Didn’t realize it until Sunday they took everything from my checking account called the police, make a report I would like to see the results so check your cards before you leave the window

Took me 30 minutes to have my food

Came to buy 3 strawberry pie and give us cold and when we asked hot they asked for the food back instead of changing the whole thing give us the same pie but reheat condition and the pie is everywhere. Instead of giving new one for 1 pie they reheat it and didn’t care at all. Normally Mcdonalds will give you new one if you don’t like the service. The pie also is toooo expensive with their ugly service.

I waited 26 minutes after placing my order for just one apple pie and a small coffee. That was after being ignored at the counter for a while because I didn't use the kiosk.i had to cancel my order and leave.

We ordered food here a little over a week ago. I received the longest hair ever cooked right into my McDouble. I did not eat it, obviously, and was lucky I noticed it beforehand. The fries here are usually fresh if you order through the app. I have gotten sick from a McCrispy at this location before too so...I think I'm done at this one.

Worst customer service ever. The dining area is extremely dirty and it's been several times this dirty. There's also a tall skinny dude, who is extremely rude, just a straight clown.

There is one person who I suppose is a manager who shouts and shouts at the employees and listens to the lobby, I find it very unpleasant to be eating and who heard that outside, unprofessionalism.. is a woman because of the tone of voice, this is happening at approximately 3:50 pm. I hope this can be improved, as I like to come to this establishment and if I eat.

I want to be clear I do not expect 5 Star food at fast food places, but if I'm spending $45 for 2 Big Mac meals and a 10pc it needs to be HOT!! I limit fast food for my family because it's so unhealthy. But when I saw the Grinch boxes I just had to try them. Getting fries and nuggets that were lukewarm alongside with Big Macs that were mostly full of bread and the thin barely warm crap they call meat is ridiculous. I didn't realize I had no straws napkins or any other condiments besides the ONE barbecue sauce they give you till I got home. All this did was just remind me why I don't eat at McDonald's Anymore!

The worker in the from gave an attitude and did not display customer service when they were in the wrong and forgot to include paid items such as chicken nuggets and small drink even though it’s shown on mobile receipt.

Yesterday on November 5, I bought a big Mac bundle with two big Macs two medium fries two 10 piece chicken McNuggets. They charged me over $20 and didn’t give me all my food. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS TO ANYONE THE STAFF CHEATS CUSTOMERS OUT OF MONEY AND FOOD. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND I WAS SHOWED HOW MUCH THEY DONT CARE. Congratulations it sucks to suck.

Beware ordering food at the drive thru in the mornings. If your bill is suspiciously rounded up it’s because the cashier added a donation to your bill. He does not ask if you want to donate and takes it upon himself to add it.

EveryTime my mother comes to this place to order breakfast, the guy in the mic (drive thru) notices my mother can’t speak English, she is currently taking classes learning how to speak it. The problem is he notices & still doesn’t call another person to translate or take her order THERE ARE PLENTY OF HISPANIC WORKERS IN HERE THE SHIFT LEADER IS HISPANIC THEY ARE DOUBLED MIC IN THERE . & they still don’t help her out. That slows down the employees & just causes more hassle most of the time I go for my mom but when I’m not available she goes on her own. There’s also a promotion on beverages/ smoothies/ frappes where you buy one & get one for $1. She purchased 2 frappes and they charged her the original price on the second one. What’s the whole point of having promotions if you’re not going to offer them to your costumers. To me that’s stealing and overcharging in my point of view. Just because people aren’t aware of these deals, doesn’t mean go ahead and take advantage. It’s sad and disgusting.

I haven’t been here for months but I decided to pass by and get some food since it was still open and is one of the closest restaurant around my house. Last time I’m coming back never coming back. I ask for freshly made fries I wanted them soft and hot not hard & burn. Fries taste like they were sitting there for a while and were just drop just to get rid of them, horrible oily taste over cook. SMH. the Mc nuggets i ask for it well done not double well done. Waste of money I had to throw them away. it seem cook wasn’t paying attention while he was preparing my food like if he left them there and left to do something and got distracted and completely forgot about them. It took 15min for me to get my food. Customer service was ok proper manner but the food HORRIBLE. just a heads up for the people who come and order from this mc Donald’s, check your food before you leave. I spoke too soon when I received my food.
