I had an excellent order experience with Gatesville McDonald's on 6/25/23 the evening shift. I ordered thru the app and when I got to the drive thru everyone I encountered was so professional and friendly. Order was exact, fresh and yummy. Loving their lemonade in this hot weather, so refreshing!
This is one of my favorite places to go to for bfast. In the morning the Manager is running circles around his crew, the crew is always trying to keep up. He runs a tight shift but, you can tell the crew respects him and they are always polite and kind.
I’ve never really had any kind of bad experience at Gatesville McDonalds. I usually go through the drive through and everyone is usually polite and professional, and they are usually fairly quick. That usually depends on how busy things are, but they always seem to be doing the best they can and keep things moving fairly quickly. The food quality is good and I’ve always had a good experience.
This store is going down hill fast. Twice I've ordered double cheeseburgers. And the meat was way over cooked. Super flat, super dry. I thought they have systems in place to prevent bad food. The mobile app won't save you time as they won't start making it until you get there. They are also very slow. I'm constantly getting parked and having to wait.
I went on 4/38/2025 and the food was amazing! Everything was hot and fresh plus the employees were super nice! Everyone greeted me with a smile!

i give them 5 stars. even though they forgot one item in our order. we showed up with a large order exactly when the entire teenage community descended on them inside and the drive thru was lined up double out to the road. the few people that were working somehow managed to not scream and run away, and still managed to be courteous and get people's food to them. 🤣🤣🤣 we forgot to check our order and didn't realize till we got home that we were missing an item. so i called this morning and they are sending me the difference on the total.
Walked in to espectacular customer service! Everything was hot and fresh! Definitely worth the stop to catch breakfast here. Manners and professionalism all the way thank you 😊
We stopped as we passed through the town. They had the best quarter pounder I had ever ate. It was hot and fresh. The fries were awesome with plenty of salt. The girl at the counter was the sweetest thing. I could not ask for a better experience. I wish all the McDonald’s were like this one. I have to say this was a first. I will stop there anytime I am passing through. Maybe the best burger anywhere.
This McDonald’s is very friendly and fast even with the amount if orders they get. The staff is always working hard and the restaurant is very clean!
First time going to McDonald's ever and food wasn't messed up. Service was super fast and cashier was super nice. We used the app and it made it so much easier and quicker.

It’s convenient if you work late nights cause they stay open 247, some nights it’s a hit or miss with the employees, some are the reason you keep going back and then you have your Karens.
I always try to tip the people who bring my food out. Just learned that they could get fired for that... that's unfortunate because some of the employees are grade A! McDonald's should look into letting them be able to take tips.. it's not causing any harm, and I'm sure it would make someone's day to feel appreciated. Plus it's been a while since my order has been messed up, and that deserves its own appreciation.
Very slow service even though I used the electronic cashier. Couldnt keep the flies off my food. Super busy and place was filthy; overflow trash cans, dirty tables, and sticky flloors.

It's McDonalds, we know the menu. Pretty good fast food with early and late hours for this small city. This location has long lines at breakfast, lunch, after school, and after sports. Food, service, and wait times are inconsistent-sometimes great, sometimes okay, sometimes poor.
Cool establishment, but the shifts are totally different. Morning shift conveys that they don't want to be there, Afternoon and Evening shifts are mostly teenagers who constantly gossip, then catch an attitude when you interrupt them. Clean place, and at least they follow food safety rules.
As usual took awhile just to order my food. Then get to window and they tell me to pull around food was ready , told me they were having to cook more french fries, but when finally got food fries were cold. And if course left out one of my hamburgers. Didn't expect anything less , this is the norm there.
The place is really always busy and they are very well at doing their jobs keeping everybody satisfied and getting orders out in there timely as best as they can.
The manager does not need to be in the customer service field. Very rude to customers & staff alike, uses foul language to staff
Its an ok location. I am usually asked to pull around to the flag post, and this time all of my food wasn't even hot. The workers seem pleasant enough but one of them seemed upset to bring food out to cars directly. I just think if you don't want to, don't make people pull around. Instead just have a line like a drive through should if it's a busy time.
This is the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to. When I came through the drive thru, they take so long to take my order that 2 or 3 cars pass me. It's like the person taking my order hates their job or something. The hot Mocha I always get is usually around 2/3 full and it doesn't make sense (I get no whip cream). The only reason it gets 2 stars is because I get my food, albeit after 10-15 minutes it feels like.
Short staffed and slow at times Update: I went today during lunch hour. Had to repeat my order 3 times at the window after I ordered it at the speaker. They couldn't find it in their system even though I had just paid for it at the previous window. Waited 20 minutes, and they still messed it up.
They gave my curbside order to the wrong vehicle, but forgot to give the wrong people the drinks. After standing at the counter for about 30 minutes, they got me the order, but the toy in both Happy Meals.
Stopped on our way to San Antonio to grab a bite to eat. Food and service was amazing! The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. There was crap all over the women's toilets. A worker used the crappy toilet in the bathroom and walked out no clean up or anything.
Ordered drive-thru, a McCrispy and two plain cheeseburgers. The McCrispy was plain and the cheeseburgers were not. Super disappointed. Why don't they read orders back to confirm it? I'm not impressed.
Service is very slow. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. There were teenagers inside using very vulgar language and made sexual comments to people in the restaurant. They were rude to the young lady working there.
We went there 2 times today think there is no way it could possible be as dirty as it was this morning. Manager was very snippy and rude to employees. This evening the front service and manager was pleasant but the floor was so greasy you just slid as you walked. You could see the grease and the foot steps and slide marks where people had slid. Mentioned it to a worker and she excused it and said it was water... nope... another management type person went to the restroom and came out yelling for a guy to come to the bathroom. They came out in front of people eating discussing how nasty and they will ha e to close it. She went behind the counter holding her hands like they were nasty, she picked up a bag of food and delivered it to a truck waiting outside... Discgusting
So i ordered a mc chicken and they gave me one of those breakfast plates a mc chicken without the buns and this buffalo spicy sauce and my bacon was scattered around the plate

It says open 24 hours a day and it's right next to a ball field. Maybe they should get the schedules because obviously there's going to be a rush after games on tournaments. Worst service ever!

I am very disappointed with this McDonald's . Two employees were very rude. I understand people have bad days so I didn't say anything to them. Once we got our food we realized three of the meals were wrong. I pulled back thru only because I had paid for extras like cheese that I wanted to get. A lady offered to make it right. As my children and I sat in the car for a several minutes a man finally came out with a box that had one piece of cheese in it. Out doordashing at this location. Young lady was rude with no provocation and this isn't the first time it's happened. Not sure if it's because of how I look(heavily tattooed) or she was just having a bad day. Regardless I will not doordash here or eat here again. Lost a customer and delivery driver 👍
Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. There was 3 people total inside , my wife, our two kids and myself. Order for one took 25 mins to get to us, two it went to someone else .and the other family that was there had brought it to us saying” I think we got your food because we already have ours “ Even though we had our table number sitting here. Order was completely wrong in every way possible. Then when I had went to the counter just to ask for my daughters juice not to gripe about the order being wrong they whines and complained about having to come to the counter to get my daughter her juice. Highly disappointed
Went to drive through about 6pm. Was two cars in line on left lane and myself on the right. I was asked to hold, and the two cars on the left were taken care of. A third car pulls up on the left and their order is taken. So I say, "excuse me, I'm waiting here and you all took orders from all the cars and the left and not mine." Some girl responds with, "I never took any order yet", in a rude tone. Absolutely pathetic. Make someone wait like that, to have attitude? No way. I will never eat here again.
The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. No matter what time of day or night. No matter what day, weekend or weekday. When if you’re the only car at the window, they tell you to pull up to a spot then several minutes later they will bring your food out.
Again, took me 15-20 minutes to get a sandwich and a drink for the second time in a month at this location., that is the reason I don't go by more often, it takes too long, be late for work, is the only place open on my way to work that early. For a sandwich and a drink for sure they send you to wait along side of the building, drive thru does not serve its purpose.
Midnight so it’s nice and slow. 1 - no receipt 2 - ordered deluxe sandwich and received regular. 3 - ordered coke and received Dr. pepper. It is mind blowing how any person can make this many mistakes with a single meal.
Every, single, time we order it is messed up. It is not that hard to read what is on the ticket and put it in the bag. They need MAJOR help with Employees that can ACTUALLY do their job. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes and a #1. I got burnt sausage, no hot cakes, I got a iced coffee not a Carmel frozen. They Ness my order up all the time.yet they advertise 14 buck an hour to start. My son and I meals cost 20 bucks and change. I worked MCD 30 plus years ago and gave better quality for 4.50 per hour. Give us 14.dolar an hour service. Get your orders right and sauages no hard like hokey pucks.
Major disappointment. Fast food in this town in general is awful. Not many choices here so no competition. On this specific day I ordered a Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich (chicken breast, mayo, 2 pickles, romano tomato, lettuce) and french fries. When I received my order, I noticed the fries were missing and I got a look like I had 3 heads. Very rude. I left for home... What I got was an old compressed chicken patty, 2 old pickles and nothing else... This sandwich was not edible. If this was just an isolated occurrence, I would not be this upset. However orders from this one and only McDonald's in town are messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have lost so much money here! Corporation really needs to check into this business. The food is substandard. Customers do not receive their full orders with items missing.

Honestly i guess it's a good thing. This place is a McDonald's and there is nothing actually good or bad about this one, it blends into the wash of McDonald's restaurants across the US. Edit: Since this review I've not had a good experience here. I've requested no mustard and haven't ONCE had it given to me correctly. When I complain I'm given the response "We aren't paid enough to care about getting your order correctly" If it wasn't for the fact my family likes McDonald's I wouldn't give them my business

As cashier entered order, yell from back..no more breakfast! So evident they were mad to make it. Even delivered mine thrown together and half wrapped. Remodeled and got rid of mold but also happy employees, business, and good food.
Once again this McDonald's is by far the worst. Waited in drive thru for over an hour.We always have a problem from wrong food to finding a hair in our big mac. The service is horrible. Training is definitely needed.

I am giving a 1 star rating because this establishment sucks when going through the drive thru to place an order. This place is busy every night after 9 pm. It takes 20 min for someone to take your order, then when you place your order they send you to second window because the first window no one is there to take your money. This store is not fully staffed at the right time. Then when I go to get my food there is a woman manager standing around laughing and joking. I told the guy at the window this is why nothing is getting done because the manager is standing around. Shake my head. Disappointed every time I go.
It was absolutely terrible. We waited at the drive through for 40 minutes without even getting our order taken. Once we got it taken we then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes to get our actual food and it was cold. I cannot believe this experience, it took longer than a sit down restaurant would have and it is supposed to be FAST food. I’ve never been more upset or disappointed than this McDonald’s has made me. Utterly devastating and beyond unprofessional. And on top of ALL that, the person who took our order and worked the first window was absolutely incompetent. As well as we were fully missing a 10 piece nugget which we paid for and was on the receipt.

All I ordered was a kid's meal and a shake, and from start to finish this place left a bad taste in my mouth. Poor customer service when ordering via drive through (employee) and paying at first window (a manager!!). Both people had bad attitudes. Not even a simple "Hi". Then, when I check my order to make sure it was right, the fries were UPSIDE DOWN and all over my daughter's box, nor did I get the dipping sauce that I requested. I get that fast food service is a thankless job, but y'all chose it to BE your job, and poor customer service and throwing food in the bag is unacceptable! Especially when it's for A CHILD!! I will not be frequenting this location again, and I encourage someone from corporate to speak to their employees!
What a joke. They opened 2 lanes of drive thru just to sit you in line waiting every time. Today I waited in lane 1 for 20 minutes, the car in front of me got ignored while the putshed 14 cars ahead of us from lame 2. I couldn't leave I was stuck in line. All she ordered was a large sprite. I then got put on hold for another 5 minutes before I got upset and asked if I would be helped. I had to get rude to even get my order taken. They put another 8 cars from lane 2 ahead of me before I had to ask to get my order taken. The owners need to take a look at who's in charge while away this is unacceptable.
Many, many times now, they have forgotten items in our drive-thu order that were on the receipt and that we paid for. We returned once to get the missing item, and they gave us the dry, crusty sandwich that must have been made originally for our order. It was disappointing. This only started happening recently. Very sad.
Management here needs help. I stood and watched as fries flew out the window while I waited inside for my food. Me and others were standing waiting for our food as others were being served through the window. I speak up about it and the manager smarts off to me. This Gatesville McDonald’s is atrocious and check your order before you sit in their 30-minute drive thru! They will short ya order and still charge ya for it. The management and corporate offices don’t give a dang about their customers!
I pull up to an empty drive thru lane and was told they would be with me in a minute. I said ok. Car pulls into other drive thru lane and she sets for a minute and they take her order. I am still waiting and another car pulls up and they take their order ahead of me. I am still waiting and another car pulls up and they start taking their order and I start trying to get some ones attention and a young girl comes on and tells me she will get my oder in a minute and cuts me off. I pull out and go inside and ask to speak to a manager and the girl tells me she is the manager and when I tell her what happened I got well they we told not to take any more orders and I told her that they had taken 3 orders a head of me leaving me setting there, I then told her that was no way to run a business and she walks off and sends a young lady who did not know the registers to take my order. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand that they may be busy inside , (not many cars) but you also need to take care of all of your customers. Yes, I got food because that was what my grandkids wanted but this is the worst place I have ever been to. Do not plan on returning. Restaurant had a lot of kids working and did not see an adult.

My family and I stopped by this location coming through and I'd give it no stars if it would let me! 1. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come on the drive thru speaker. Almost drove off. 2. Took 2 orders in the other lane before us. 3. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, but when my son opened it, there were only 8 nuggets. I guess they can't count either. 4. I tried calling to tell them, but the phone was off the hook and gave just a busy signal. 5. The woman that gave our drinks just hung our drinks out the window almost like she was going to drop them or that she was inconvenienced because after all that i had just encountered, decided I would take a few seconds to check the bag before driving away. She never said a word which was weird. I guess customer service at this location is just none existent. I'll never stop at this location again.
I ordered this food 20 McNuggets and 4 burgers the McNuggets tasted awful like they had been sitting there for days and just did not taste right and the fries were bad too i thought it was just me so I had someone else try it and they said the same thing I I get it’s door dash but it only took 15 mins to get here from the time it was ordered.

Disgusting, dirty, gross. This is the most filthy McDonalds I have ever been in! All tables, all surfaces, chairs, high chairs, counters, etc all dirty filthy, food everywhere and dirt. The floors are so dirty, they are slippery with GREASE, in the entire dining room. Wet floor signs all over the entire store.. but it's because it's slick due to grease, not because it was mopped clean. Completely filthy and Disgusting.
I’d like to share an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your location. My wife placed an online order, and I arrived to pick it up, parking in the designated mobile order spot. As it had started to rain, I decided to go inside to retrieve the food myself to avoid any risk to the employees having to deliver my order outside. While waiting inside, I witnessed a troubling interaction among your staff. A young employee who was assisting with drive-thru orders informed the front cashier that he was leaving his phone inside near the door to prevent it from getting wet. Another staff member in the back overheard this and responded aggressively, questioning why he was not taking food outside. The tone was unnecessarily hostile. Once the initial confusion was cleared up, I was shocked to hear the staff member in the back say, “I’m going to have to hit this guy,” apparently unaware that I was within earshot. I stepped forward and informed him that such threats are completely inappropriate, especially over a simple miscommunication. I expressed my concern about the unprofessional nature of the exchange. At that point, another employee attempted to justify the behavior by stating, “You don’t know what we have to put up with when it comes to this guy.” Regardless of any internal dynamics, threats of physical violence are unacceptable in any workplace. This level of unprofessionalism is concerning, particularly in front of customers. I waited for my order to be completed and took note of the names of the individuals involved. I will be reaching out to store management to formally file a complaint.
Let me tell you about my visit to the drive-thru at McDonald's, where time moves at the speed of molasses and the workers seem to be operating on a different time zone. After what felt like a decade, (46 minutes) I reached the 2nd window to find an employee staring at me in a startling way then asked me if I would pull TO THE DAMN FLAGPOLE. And by asking me this, I knew to expect another 10 minutes for the food to be brought to my mini van. 😤 When they finally handed me my food, it looked like it had survived a zombie apocalypse. Also my fries seemed like they had been placed in the freezer for a couple minutes before bringing them out. If you want your food served slower than a sloth on a treadmill, McDonald's is for you! Just remember to bring a book and maybe buy a lottery ticket while you wait—you’ll definitely need it to understand this experience! Donna Asshap
Place is a hot mess. And by hot mess I mean middle of August inside of a metal dumpster. Try placing an order, nobody took my order. They just focused on one lane for three to four cars. Drove up to the window to place an order, instantly caught attitude after I explained the situation. Place the order, paid for it, was told that the pies I ordered weren't in stock so I asked for a refund. Out of the $2.49 and I should have gotten for a refund, I only got $2. They caught attitude whenever I asked for the rest of my refund and a manager leaned out the window and explained to me that they paid me more than I was owed because they were still giving me one of the pies. I said I wasn't supposed to be getting any of the pies because I had just asked for a refund on the pies. That's when they told me that they actually did have my pies in stock, so naturally I gave them the money they gave me back. Overfilled the drinks to the points it's where there were five large cups to a drink carrier, all the cups had liquid spilling over the top and I got Coca-Cola all over the front of my lap and shirt as a result. They didn't try to send me on my way without any of my five large fries and I actually had to ask them to please give them to me before I would leave. Overall I have no idea what in the hell is going on at that store but I don't see it staying in business past a year if it continues to operate like this.
Told me to park in a parking space to wait. Then came out 15 minutes later to make sure I..."was still waiting"??? What is that even supposed to mean? THEN came out AGAIN and asked me for my receipt as if they weren't the ones who told me to park there??? I come back another day and I wait 30 MINUTES in the drive thru lane and the line DIDN'T MOVE, so I left. Not worth it. Go to Sonic or something.

I had a mobile order with just a mcchicken value meal and it took 50 minutes from the time I ordered to get my order. The line was moving so slow and I think when they had me move up to wait for my order they forgot about me.

As usual I just went through the drive thru. Simple order, Mcchicken, Filet o fish, small fry. Got to second window and was told to pull forward. I told the attendant there is no one behind me ill help yall out and wait here and if someone pulls up behind me ill move forward. Didn't set well with her so she got the manager, he asked me to pull forward in a very disrespectful tone at a low yell, I told him just give me my money back. I worked at McDonald's in the 80's as a kid, my managers would not allow us to push people forward, we took care of our customers back then, not now. I read the comment here about the owner being contacted. There used to be a sign at drive thru to contact owner, not there no more. I wonder why?
I have went to this McDonald's several times throughout the year and a half I have been working in the area. Today will be my last time, today there was a violent vagrant trying to fight multiple customers and the staff refused to have him removed. They made up excuses for him and did nothing to protect the customers safety. I did not finish my food, I just left.
Most locals know that you haven’t been able to order your food and get your food quickly in years at this location. I called the owner one time and complained about the fact that they always ask you to pull around to the front instead of just handing you your food. The owner got angry and denied that it never happened as if we’re morons and don’t know our own experiences. Train the staff to do their jobs and get them to do their time to delivery up to par and quit making the customer suffer.
Ordered a bacon quarter pounder not only was it cold but it was undercooked and my fries were also cold. Asked for sauce as soon as our food got delivered didn't receive it for the 20 mins we were there. Dirty Tables. And they got ghost in there.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over an hour for my food, which is completely unacceptable. I went through the drive-thru, and like they usually do, they handed me my drinks at the window and then told me to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out my meal. But this system clearly doesn’t work, because it causes customers like me to be skipped over again and again. That’s exactly what happened. I watched multiple cars that ordered after me get their food and drive off, while I continued waiting with no update. After realizing something was clearly wrong, I finally got out of my car and went inside to the counter to check on my order. Only then did they realize they had completely forgotten about it. No one should have to wait an hour or walk inside just to remind staff of an order they already paid for. The lack of organization, communication, and attention at this location is unacceptable, and the entire process needs major improvement. This was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time.
Currently have been in line for 1 hour and still waiting!! I paid for my food through the mobile app to speed up my process 🤣🤣 (jokes on me). When trying to call to get a refund and someone to let me out of the line (cars were surrounding me, can’t back up and get out) the lines are busy!! This place needs help. Like badly. Definitely will not be back. My fault for not reading the reviews.. Guess we will see if it’s fresh and correct! Stay tuned…
Went through the drive through and ordered a McDouble with no mustard or ketchup add Mac sauce with a small fry and a drink, been sitting for 35 minutes waiting for my food since I got asked to pull forward, and currently still waiting while writing this. Have seen others get their food only after 5 minutes of waiting. Will not be coming here anymore.
Ordered 2 x sausage egg mcmuffins through drive thru. Only one vehicle in line with me. Got my order, pulled forward... took out first sandwich.... no egg... on either of them. Noticed sausage appeared to be dry and old. Hand to pull around and go inside...once inside had to holler for service. Then the response was... oh... we will remake it. No QC... made me late getting to place I needed to be. Disappointing that the employees push for a minimum wage of $15 and hour and have no pride in their work.
Slow. What’s the point of having the app if you still have to wait 15 minutes or longer?? They make you park and send the slowest person to walk your food to you. Right now they parked everyone from the drive through and one person has left from the 7 of us parked!!! SLOW!! This McDonald’s has gone downhill.
The service was friendly. My order was wrong so I had to wait for it to be corrected. My quarter pounder was not fresh at all. It was as if it had been already prepared and kept warm. I do not plan on ever co.ing back. Anyone can make a mistake, but to wait to get something that seemed to have been sitting there for awhile...no excuse.
The girl at the drive-thru was having issues with giving me a receipt and then asked me can I go without it. With smile. I asked could the next window give me a copy of the receipt, she told me that she'll tell them so so when I drove up there I get over here the next girl out the window arguing with the guy next to her saying "they dont need a receipt" while the guy told heroes they do." I spoke up saying that yes I require a receipt and she looked at me and said "you need a receipt?" I had to repeat myself about the receiving she finally handed me their sticker receipt that did not have a review number on it she finally handed me my drinking food and I asked her which one was the Diet Coke and which one was the regular because it wasn't marked on the lids she said do you want me to redo them again and I said no I just want to know as long as one is Coke and one is Diet I can figure it out. she kept on repeating not understanding what I meant till I finally told her no it's fine and I took the drinks and the food home when I looked at the meal the fish fillet looks like a kid's size it wasn't even properly put on the bun there wasn't barely any cheese and just had a tiny glove of tartar sauce on it it looked like they use the kids meal hamburgers instead it was very bad customer service in the food was mediocre
This McDonalds is on my way home from work and is convenient to grab a meal on the way home. I’ve eaten from this location at least 12 times over the past 3 years and have been disappointed 10 of those times. They always take 15-20 minutes to get your order (POORLY) completed and (POORLY) prepared. Today was exceptional and is my motivation for this review. I began my encounter, as I always do, by placing a mobile order when I’m about 15 minutes away. Upon arrival I park in space 1 and submit that through the app. About 15 minutes later an associate approaches me asking “Is this your order”? I replied no and he turned and walked away. Another 15 minutes goes by and he approaches my car again… “Do you have a receipt?” I showed him my order in the app. He asked me to come inside and I did. Now I found out he gave my order to someone else and they have to remake my order. Sure thing, I’ll be in the car. I swear on my Mother that 15 minutes later they come out with my order. I checked and everything was there. Got home to some food that was thrown together blindfolded. I don’t usually leave a negative review unless I’ve been there enough to know the difference between, having a bad day and poor staffing. I will not be going to this location again.
I really never had a big problem till now, I was looking for a mid night snack. And went to McDonald's cause 🌮 Taco Bell was closed,any how I got 4 mc dibbles. On eating my first one a little past the middle part of the burger I bit down to something hard, first I thought it was like a piece of fragment of a bone.. was I ever so wrong it was a 🦷 tooth a pice of a tooth extremely smooth tooth these are all the pics I took as soon as it came out my mouth and I realized what it was
I walked into this McDonald's and from the beginning of this experience, I was disappointed. The floors through out the entire restaurant are greasy (it's as if I was walking through the kitchen)! I had to step carefully to avoid slipping. There are bits of food and trash all over the place. Most of the tables are dirty with crumbs etc. and need wiping down. There were 6-7 teenage employees (probably high school kids) loudly cutting up and talking at a couple of the tables. The men's restroom was filthy, garbage can overflowing, sink and counter tops wet. It seems like teenage kids are running the place(including management). I gave the one star because my food was hot and tasted good. Otherwise it would have been zero stars. Come on people! I've worked fast food and it's not difficult! Clean it up and and practice some good customer service skills! I've uploaded some pictures of the place. It's pretty bad
