The last 2 times I have called to order a Personal Pan pizza, they have been out of that dough. This has also happened previously. Today, they were out of it at 4pm on a Saturday. How can a Pizza Hut be out of pan pizza dough so often?! Sounds like they are out of business on a popular menu item quite often lately.

Dine in AC has been broken several times when we came in and I feel thecowner is refusing to fix it properly causing it to be very unsafe for the customers and the workers. I fully understand bad things happen but putting a nandaid on an AC unit is unacceptable. The owner needs to fix this. Mineola has a much better AC and Gladewater should as well

Who do you have manning the phones??? Third time I have tried to order. They do not speak English very good and don't know what is on sale and what isn't. Terrible experience ordering. Pizza good as were the wings but pizza hut will start closing stores if you don't get some friendly knowledgeable people to work there! 😒

We entered and waited to be seated. No one paid any attention to us, so I went to the counter and asked if we could seat ourselves. A middle-aged woman (possibly the manager), in a “not very welcoming” tone, informed us that they were short-handed and she needed to tend to the drive-through. Then, she pointed me back to the hostess stand and told me to wait over there. We did not feel valued at all and left immediately. BTW, we were treated this way once before, by this same employee. We left then, too. I understand that things get busy, but….that is not the customer’s fault and we should never have been made to feel that way. If they cannot show dine-in customers courtesy and prioritize the drive-thru pickup window on days when they are short handed, they should close the inside dining room. Dining out is supposed to be relaxing and pleasant. We will not return.

Place was hot and in need of a deep cleaning. Spider webs in corners and moldy/black air vents! Definitely needs some much needed upgrades. Employees were rude! They can't keep the buffet table stocked and get mad when you complain! They really need a bigger buffet table at lunch time! Salad bar was nothing to brag about either. We will drive the extra miles to go eat at the one in longview! They got it together over there!

Tracy is the employee that took our order at the register on 4/26/2025 at approximately 11:28 AM I asked her if she could call me once our order was ready because we were gonna look at the vendors selling things in the parking lot during the highway 80 garage sales. She was very rude! I asked to have no sausage on half of the pizza yet it had sausage on it and barely any cheese definitely not worth $15.90

Ordered the New Yorker (which is a hand tossed crust) with extra sauce yet as you can see it’s as thin as the box itself and practically zero sauce and on top of that it was cold at delivery I understand it was near the end of the day but the fact that this keeps occurring at this location is ridiculous I even had to ask them to make sure to include the parm oregano seasoning this time cause they keep forgetting it almost everytime I order it’s just sad how down hill this location is going I’ve been going to this particular Pizza Hut for years now

I recently placed a order for delivery when it arrived the containers for my wings and apple pies had been damaged and the ranch busted open in the bag. Which was no big deal. But Then I opened my pizza and found that half my toppings where stuck to the roof of the box. In which I thought ok I’ll call the store they will make this right. Maybe a new pizza or a store credit something. But instead the manager makes accusations that I’m lying about the whole situation, in which I explain to him that I did not appreciate it and I would not be using their services anymore!!! “Domino’s I am your number one fan”
