This Starbucks is the busiest place ever, but worth the wait. Gotta love the baristas and workers here and although they are so busy, they put care in making your drink. I have been in a LOT of Starbucks, but I believe they do a better job making my selection.
Great place to have a nice drink I placed my order and when it was time to receive it after paying for it they had made the wrong drink However they fixed it by making the right drink They even offered me to also have the drink that was made wrong(different drink) Unfortunately i dont drink coffee But the thought was a plus on their end A few minutes after i was on my way with my VBF.
Long line moved very in the drive thru and the staff was sweet and jovial. Drink was made exactly to my overly complicated specifications and was delicious!

In one way it's just another star bucks. I'm giving 5* for the service. All the staff seemed nice especially one lady whose name I didn't find out but she was exceptionally warm and professional.
First time ever in a starbucks 🤣 had a breakfast sandwich that was delicious! I was mesmorized by the employees and their methodical work and their mixology system! Great job!
The maple pecan latte is back! Yes! It always needs an extra pump of syrup, but this Starbucks knows how to make coffee. If they get it wrong, they make it right. They even correct the mistakes the Starbucks in Gilroy have made. This is my favorite store in the chain!

Shout out to this Starbucks! They have great customer service I must say. I placed an online order and when my coworker went to pick it up they didn’t have the extra topping I payed extra for and they forgot one of our cream cheese to our bagels. I called to resolve this and they did such a great job in addressing and fixing the small problem. The girl that took the call had such a positive attitude, I could hear her awesome personality thru the phone. Great job Starbucks! Great way to turn a negative experience to a positive one. I went in this Starbucks on opening and was treated with total respect. Especially by Angela Chavez who welcomed me in at the door. She informed me that I must take care with my bicycle and allowed me to put it out of the way in the store since at 5am it was not too busy. Thank you for that. Also I noticed her cleaning very diligently. not only the whole area around the store entrance witch is only open for take out but was also on a ladder cleaning the inside of the chandeliers. I was very impressed by her hard work. I found in my life it always pays off no matter what we are being paid and I told her so. Hot day wanted to treat myself to a mocha frappacino. Even with large crowd which I expected with the heat didn't take long for my order to be completed. Friendly staff and prompt with my order. Has a drive thru for those who would rather not get out your cars. Easy to locate right off a main street.
Sorry not trying to be mean but a short girl that looks American but speaks Spanish or knows how to talk it was the best. She gave my sister a free coffee because they accidentally marked the recipe by mistake. As in they put 1 coffee instead of 2 which I wanted 2 coffees but they only put 1. Great person there.

I always love Starbucks coffee and I could tell this is a very popular place since it was very busy. Since I drive out of town often it's nice to know you can go someplace and know what to expect. The coffees are always a special treat.
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year and always order the same drink — a venti cup of ice with 6 scoops of matcha. I’ve consistently been charged per scoop (about $1 each), which has always been fine and expected. However, this morning I was told they could no longer ring it up that way and would have to charge me for a full drink instead. That means something that normally costs me around $4–$6 is now suddenly about $8. I was surprised and honestly disappointed by the inconsistency after ordering it this way for so long. I completely understand price changes or policy updates, but they should be clearly communicated and applied consistently. Being charged for a full drink when I’m not ordering one doesn’t feel reasonable. Because of this experience, I’ll likely start buying my own matcha to make at home. Customers should be charged for what they actually order — nothing more, nothing less.

On the long drive back from a convention in Sacramento it was nice to be able to find a $tarBuckies near the freeway so we could get Off and back On easily and grab some refreshments for the long drive.
Its your typical Starbucks, a bunch of people sitting a round on their electronic device of choice. The staff there is usually very friendly and helpful.

Not a bad place, pretty laid back the people that serve the coffee always smile so I have no complaints about service, coffee is decent. I just get in get a pike place or an iced coffee and get out. It’s Starbucks if you want perfect coffee buy your own beans get a coffee press a grinder and brew it yourself at home.
Very friendly and since we walked in, we were able to place our order quickly, rather than wait in the long drive thru line.
When you make iced mocha drinks, can you please pour the hot espresso over the syrup and shake the cup so that it melts the syrup? I really didn't enjoy drinking all the syrup at the bottom of my cup.
Friendly staff, drinks are good. Made correctly. Long line, but its the only drive through Starbucks in town, so that's probably why.
Starbucks are all pretty much the same. Same menus, same drinks, same everything at every Starbucks They make great coffee. Staff is super. Filled at all hours with folks lounging around, visiting, using their computers, reading and writing. People are usually in a good mood here. The staff is friendly and efficient. The service is pretty quick as well. I like it here and go every weekend. There are great specials to take advantage of, for instance, free kids cocoa with the purchase of any grande drink every Saturday and Sunday in December or half price drinks on Thursday in December. Check the app for the current celebratory deal! I do recommend it.
Always have a great visit here. I love there cake pops i always gotta get a couple every time. Only problem is that the drive through can take a while. Maybe if we had more Starbucks here in town it wouldn't be so crowded at the drive through but besides that everything is good here.
Updated review: Starbucks resolved the issue and refunded me. I do love this Starbucks. Just 1 bad experience out of many good ones. The staff are normally awesome and I recommend going through the drive through. Old review: My order was sitting there for 20 minutes. I told her my name and she said it wasn't ready. I went up again to ask and finally got it. It was the one that was sitting there the whole time. It was completely melted and gross.
Better than average Starbucks. Staff accurate on the order and fast for how busy they are most days. Only bad is that you don't get that normal personal touch here if you are not a daily regular and it is always extremely cold inside. Seating is also limited.
This Starbucks had always been great but recently there has been a male worker who has been rude the last couple of times I've gone. The last time he put my order on the counter without saying it was ours before going back inside. I didn't want to assume it was mine and touch someone else's order with covid going around. You could just tell he does not care about customer service 🤷♀️
Update: still struggling to get them to put coffee in my coffee. Hot beverages seem to begin an end with milk and flavoring. Literally, just want coffee in my coffee. I can't tell you have many times I've gotten a peppermint mocha that's totally void of coffee or peppermint. It's December, peppermint mochas are not that confusing or outrageous. I respect the struggle of the barista but Starbucks isn't cheap. I'd just like to get what I pay for as opposed to having some half ass drink thrusted at me. Thanks.
The drive through on Airline hwy is very, very slow and sometimes I don't get my correct order. The walk in inside target, in Hollister, is much more efficient.
They took to long. More worried about online orders then the people's that ordered in person.. Cashier was amazing after that it was a ghost town..
These guys are one of the better Starbucks, I've been to for friendly faces and good service, but they're pretty busy. Order ahead using the app.
Always feel like I am bothering the employees when I ask for them to help me (save a few baristas). When paying 6$ for a beverage it would be nice to feel gratitude from the people whose jobs exist due to people like me willing to pay such exuberant prices for a drink... Calaveras coffee has better drinks and the staff is much nicer
They don't do my orders right they don't hire ppl that do there job corretly. They have no taste for new thing. (Rather use my money on dutch bros). Good side went for coffee but left with tea. Bye.
This Starbucks is always busy and it takes forever. Usually they are pretty good about getting my drink right though I have noticed that the busier they are the more drink problems I find.
quality is good, rarely have had an incorrect order. Baristas are friendly. Have yet to observe "Legendary" service. Drive thru line is generally long. During peak times you can anticipate moving only every 5min with a total wait time from Queue entry to be over 45min
The staff here are always super friendly and the drinks taste great — no complaints there. But the drive-thru wait times are rough. Both last week and again today I found myself sitting in line for 20–30 minutes, even at times when the lot didn’t look that busy. It’s really frustrating because the line just loops around the building, stalls for a long time, then suddenly moves quickly, then stalls again. I’ve seen cars ahead of me give up and leave. Inside the store, 7–8 people ahead of me usually takes 10–15 minutes, but in the drive-thru the same number of cars turns into double that. I’ll give credit where it’s due — staff apologized for the wait, and they are always polite. But the drive-thru system here really needs improvement.
Service is good but coffee is weak. Seriously taste like hot water some days. All I order is dark coffee or blonde coffee, Black. Awful. But sometimes it's the only spot open in the morning. Was going to Safeway Starbucks and their coffee is good. But they open later. Would love for this place to step it up
Pay high for items and wait long-----that's not customer friendly Went in to make purchase ---waited fives to purchase Wallstreet. Three employees doing nothing. Since I was only purchasing the newspaper and not a drink I was told I'd have to wait. ------you don't need my purchases on anything
They got my order wrong at this location after waiting a good 25 min in line at the drive thru, had to get off the car to ask for the right order. Other than that it was good taste in northern California as in southern California where I reside.
Friendly staff, but loud, and the place is a dump; the dirtiest, most neglected Starbucks I've ever been in worldwide (Mexico, Canada, Europe, Asia, N.& S. America...), and I'm not saying this to be mean. There were four employees working and it looked like no one had cleaned all day... the garbage outside, overfilled and blowing across the parking lot, says it all: neglect.
As a fellow partner I was disappointed by the customer service provided at this location. Partners on register were more occupied with completing tasks than serving customers. The partners on bar did not acknowledge nor thank customers who were picking up drinks, not even when I was directly handed a drink by a barista. The trashes in the men’s restroom and the lobby were overflowing while the customer support was completing dishes in the back. I’m unsure how since that’s not the customer support cycle and the lobby is supposed to be prioritized over dishes. If you are looking for a good drink this is the place but don’t expect the true Starbucks experience.
Horrible Starbucks they didn't get any of our drinks right ! I ordered 3 and all 3 were wrong. I didn't want them to re make them because we were in the drive thru and there were a lot of people behind us and it took forever to get our drinks to begin with. Horrible experience never coming back
This place is the worst starbucks in the world. Always slow and people are so rude. Orders are always wrong. If you dont like your jobs go find another one you enjoy.
Ordered thru the app and they did not put in any coffee in the Nitro Brew! When I called they want me to drive back and bring the cup. Not happy on a cup of coffee that cost $4.95.
Congratulations, you just lost business. I came in to get a drink and go to the restroom, but restroom is closed. How is it that in covid times, a venti cafe mocha is deemed essential but not peeing?
Every time I try getting a coffee here before 10:30 they are close I wish they could go back to their closing time at 11pm we have graveyard workers that want their coffee too 🥲 I went today try to make it to get my coffee and it was 10:28 😩I was rushing from home only to get told they were already close.
This place was so rude. I tried ordering my drink and the staff that was taking my order gave me so much attitude. I didn’t even bother placing my order with them after all. And of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this store gave me the worst experience.
Worse Starbucks I even been to. Very bad experience that I never encounter at a Starbucks before. Service was slow and horrible and my caramel Frappuccino did not taste like any coffee was put in it. I’m very disappointed.

If you want to get COVID-19 drive through Starbucks. When I was there this afternoon there was an exhaust fan blowing right in my face. I didn’t even have a chance to roll up my window. God only knows what blew into my face. We reported this to the county health department.

I waited 20 mins on line and no one behind us and this lady from Starbucks came and said they are closing and didn't care to serve us last,then put cones between us and the car infront of us.. I spend alot of money there and I'm very disappointed. Went yesterday and one of he staff really messed up our order and even overcharged us,she must have been not paying attention.. Totally disappointed,I went to the New one also and they closed as we drove up also. Here's the hours posted for today and even called prior to going.. I will be calling the corporate office and I will probably change to Dutch Brothers,I'll also tell others.. Not even a gift card for waiting this long. Poor customer service.
I have not seen a worst restroom in a coffee shop, non the less in a Starbucks. And to top it off no soap, which makes me wonder about the employee's cleanliness.
Longest drive thru Starbucks on earth. Nearly 40 minutes to get a cup of coffee. If you have to pee, be at work or basically do anything else productive with your day, steer clear of their drive thru.
Bad experience: they never have change for a $100 bill and mostly they never have anything, that’s why Dutch bros is better they never say “Sorry we don't have that”
Hours on the door don't mean squat. They open if and when they feel like it. Left to go find a customer friendly place for coffee.
Rude employees. Greeted everyone else but my husband and his friend. Employee stood there ignoring them. Drinks tasted watered down. Super upset and definitely will not be coming back to this specific Starbuck. Train your employees better to not stand around and being rude to specific customers.
If you need your coffee at a reasonable time do not go to this starbucks anytime after 7:30am. The only orders that are prioritized are mobile orders, the workers do not seemed to be managed well, costumers are waiting for their orders for at least 20 minutes or more. I have been stuck in the drive-through for 40 minutes and have had my order messed up consecutive times.
Attendant acted like she was doing me a favor by serving me. No interaction, just looked down on me. I asked for a fresh cup of dark coffee. It was made; however, it was lukewarm. I will not return. On a positive note the restroom was clean.

I visited this morning around 10:30 AM and ordered a cup of tea and a pastry. I waited over 10 minutes for the pastry, but never received my tea. Normally, I would let this slide, but this is the second time it’s happened to me. It seems like every time I order tea, it doesn’t get processed properly in the system. I’ve even tipped both times, yet I’m left waiting with no urgency, while mobile orders or more complicated drinks are prioritized. This is beyond frustrating, and at this point, I feel like I’m owed something—whether it’s a refund or an explanation.
Ordered a simple hot chocolate, it was terrible idk whats so hard about making one took years off my lif in the drive thru def going to dutch next time.

Super rude girl working there tonight between 8:30-9. I work in food so i deal with costumers everyday especially people coming in after placing an order so i get the frustration and would normally say “your order just came through not too long ago so we’ll try to have that ready for you as soon as possible” just to ensure the costumers and keep them happy BUT i would never tell a customer “for future references try to come 5 minutes after you place an order” and then slam the window that is so rude and so unprofessional. You don’t get to tell a customer when they can and can’t come in. I didn’t mind waiting for my one drink it was no problem at all especially since there were 3 cars in front of me waiting as well but there was no need for the really bad attitude and rude remark. I come in often and never had a problem with any of the workers there they’re usually super nice so i don’t think it’s management that doesn’t know how to train their workers i think some people just need to have a better attitude especially working in costumer service.
This place is horrible! There has not been one time that I have gone in there and gotten good customer service. All the girls that work there during the night have a horrible attitude and act like the drinks they are making are coming out of their checks. I went in today and ordered a grande drink and right off the bat i noticed the girls attitude when taking my order. I pulled up to the window after waiting for ten minutes behind one car and was handed a small instead. I then proceeded to politely let the employee know that i had order a grande and the girl looked very annoyed when i asked her to remake the drink. She then comes back 30 seconds later saying she remade it and i said that there was no way that was remade and the girl said she had the same exact one already made which was obviously a lie because i had a complicated order. They had just filled up my cup with ice in a grande cup and called it a day. The staff here is horrible and act like they are working some rigorous job and can’t even make one drink correctly. Bad management as well who doesn’t know how to correct their employees.
today at around 8pm I went through this exact Starbucks drive thru. I ordered two drinks, a light ice matcha with added classic syrup and a hot chocolate. not only did the line take over 20 minutes, but both my drinks disappointed me. my matcha was bitter and the hot chocolate wasn’t even half way filled up. i didn’t want to waste my money/time so i went in and politely asked for some syrup and more hot chocolate. the girl working there, I believe she was wearing a ponytail, insisted on remaking the drinks instead. when she gave me my matcha it was filled to the brim with ice, I’m not exaggerating either. on top of that my hot chocolate was cold. I should’ve got a refund. don’t trust that young girl with the ponytail smh. how disrespectful. 3/30
This review probably will not even be acknowledged. However, I find it extremely frustrating that a daily customer that is also law enforcement asks to use the restroom before getting his coffee and she absolutely cannot give him the code until he purchases his coffee. Unbelievable. Do better.
It's starbucks so any negative comment won't matter, but I still want to put this mark on the map. One of the gentleman who works there making the cold drinks, was so arrogant. Doesn't understand, it's his responsibility to juggle between drive through and order placed in person, so that people are not waiting. After waiting for 15 minutes, for a tall lemonade which takes them 20 secs to make. He says they are busy as there are too many drive through orders. Another staff member requested him to make our order, he ignored the request. That's what really annoyed me. If somehow someone from starbucks reads this, please invest a little in training employees to keep their arrogance to themselves.
I visited the establishment last night, and as opposed to my usual practice of using the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. I specifically requested that my beverage be prepared with almond milk. Despite my observation of the cashier pouring whole milk into my drink, she adamantly denied the error when I brought it to her attention. The taste of the beverage further confirmed the use of whole milk. Given the lack of corrective action taken by the establishment, I requested and received a refund. This experience was quite disappointing.
Recently visited this location for the first time. The experience was horrible the young lady who helped us was very irritated. I know it wasn't us because we were all excited but when you are greeted with an attitude I am going to greet you back with the same. To top it all off they took forever to make our drinks keep in mind there were 5 of us. I don't recommend this location. I believe her name was Becca and she said she was the manager. I highly doubt that she was the manager because a manager isn't immature or at least I would hope not.
Just went to go pick up my mobile order that said it would be ready around 5:50pm . I got there at 5:57-ish. It still wasn’t ready which was fine because I know it’s a Saturday so I waited. Kept seeing people go in and out, people would order and still get their orders before me. I double checked the app just to make sure I put in-store pick up instead of drive-through and I did. I finally get a workers attention at 6:20 PM. 23 minutes later! And ask if they had an order under my name. She walks over to check the drive-through drinks and gets mine. She had seen my screen because I showed her to prove that I had an order. She handed me my drink without even a “sorry” or anything. My drink was completely watered down the ice was almost completely melted. I don’t want to be a Karen but seriously???? I was there waiting for almost half an hour and put in store pick up!
