I placed an order on their App, came to Pickup and it showed someone out they picked up my order, the person who worked there I said did not give to anyone and she doesn’t know what to do, she caught the manager, and the manager didn’t help, there was a long line and I believe that person is new and she freak out. She called the manager again and threatened to walk out. She asked me to wait why is she have been out the customer but I mean I wait for a long time and nothing happened. I called their number it keep ringing and no one answered. I couldn’t wait any longer so left. Basically they robbed me , I paid and did not get my sandwich.

I waited 30 minutes for a 6 inch tuna cheese only. Understaffed is a understatement. I blame the franchise owner. 1 person to wait on phone orders and wait on customers is not sufficient. I also noticed all the comments and no replies by owners. I will take my business elsewhere.

Below average food with a side of attitude. Ordered for pick up. Was there a couple minutes earlier. The girl who works there reprimanded me that orders are not ready. Understood, I'll wait. She could have just told me without a nasty attitude. We will never ever return.

Rude employee. Two Latinas that work here are the worst subway clerks that I have ever met. I should have read the reviews before going to this subway. Instead of helping customers they are having a conversation in Spanish. Never go to this subway. Bad customer service.

One person making 30 sandwiches and then the mobile orders never work in here!! It's like this subway turns off the online mobile orders so you have to pay full price. Has happened to me at least 5x already where I couldn't mobile order

This is the 3rd time I’ve been overcharged going to this Subway. I’m building my own sandwich and they charge for one of the numbered subs. Today I ordered a ham and was charged for a Titan turkey!! I’m on my lunch so it’s the only one I can go to, guess I can’t have Subway for lunch anymore. Check your receipts before you leave!!

Terrible sub sandwich for the price of $13. Got the new subway series which they make look huge on the app and it wasn’t. I even added extra vegetables and they didn’t add any more to it. It was an online order so I couldn’t watch them make it. It turned out like an anemic ordinary sub when it was supposed to be the new bigger subway series. The owner contacted me to just say sorry but I was completely dissatisfied and requested a refund or credit but I was just ignored.

Was told they are unable to customize made to order sandwiches and had to only choose the menu number option of toppings. The veggie toppings added were very minimal and I had to ask more than once to add a fair amount of toppings. To add insult to injury the veggies were not fresh. Will no longer go to this location.

This store is horrible to say the least. I went there last Saturday March 18th mid afternoon and both employees had very poor attitudes and were extremely rude especially the Indian woman wouldn't even give me a cup for water.Felt rushed there and she was kind of pushy and bossy. White taller man with tattoos was very rude also. He wouldn't tell me the price of the soup. He could of easily looked it up. Left there with a bad taste in my mouth. Both of these people should not be out front they should be janitors or dishwashers not customer service. Horrible people work there . Give 0 stars if I could for customer service.

I placed and pre-paid an online order for in-person pick-up at this location, and upon arrival were told that no such online order was received. I showed my e-mail confirmation, which had the correct address and pick-up time, and payment confirmation. Again, they insisted they never received any such order. Then one store clerk miraculously produced my order receipt and stated that it had been picked up already and signed for. They showed me the receipt which had a scribble for a signature that was completely ineligible and obviously not mine. I showed my driver’s license as confirmation of my ID and they stated there was nothing they could do. The order had been fulfilled and delivered. I suggested they obviously gave my order to the wrong person, to which they stated they never do that, and have NEVER done that. They refused to refund my money, or re-make my order. At this point I asked for the store owner information which they refused to give me. So, be extremely careful in ordering online from this location.
