Used the drive thru to place my order using a survey coupon for a free two-piece and a biscuit I had to purchase a drink. I wanted to try their blueberry lemonade. I asked for light ice. That's not what I received. I was dissatisfied with my drink because by the time I arrived home, my drink was watered-down. I purchased an order of their cajun fries 🍟 😋 I love their fries, but in my order, there were too many burned hard fries. At 11:50 a.m., they shouldn't have been. Overall, I was satisfied with my order and the pleasant service I received. Will I return?? Absolutely 💯 I recommend this location over the location on Slauson and Crenshaw. The service there is crappy. I don't mind driving three miles to receive good service and food. Yes!! I highly recommend Popeyes #2877 at 957 N. La Brea Ave. Inglewood [La Brea and Centinela]

The Louisiana Kitchen in California.. Missing water option at the drinks machine, also don't understand why they hand out your food in a plastic bag 🤔🤔 they also give you unnecessary straw's .. besides that good spicy chickens and the best pickles of all times , makes MC Donald's pickles look like a pig in a Kabul meat market.

This is the fastest Popeyes I’ve ever been to and I love it. Their food can be a cooked a bit better but overall the speed is top notch.

Chicken is good but the side portions are very small. Looks like they use an Ice Cream scooper to fill the container they should have at minimum another 1/2 scoop in each. If I'm spending 10.00 on food does it make sense to lose a customer behind .20/.30 cents of food. Maybe it does?

We ordered spicy and non-spicy chicken no seasoning on it the red beans and rice were blah. The shrimp had more batter on it and some pieces didn't even have shrimp in it.

I think this location has a great, friendly, & efficient staff. It runs quickly and is well maintained. However, the last two times we have gone through drive thru, we have ordered spicy and gotten home to find that they have given us regular. It’s about 15 minutes from us, so feels inconvenient to go back and correct the order. I check the ticket/receipt and it says spicy right on there… so I’m not sure what the issue is. Not sure if they are purposefully switching to keep the line moving (i.e. they are out of spicy so intentionally give regular) or if it’s just a two-time coincidence. May not come back to this location even though we genuinely like it!

Wendy(manager) closed the register and walked away from me while I was placing my order. Brenda(manager) walked away from me and was playing around store without taking orders. Wendy removed the cash register and told me to use the kiosk. Even though I was there by 9:45pm. Andrew(manager)was laughing and playing around. All of their behavior contributed to the walk-in orders taking so long. A spot on the floor had a slippery when wet sign and smelled strongly like Pine-Sol. My son and I have asthma, and that made my chest feel tight.

This will be my last visit to this location. The manager, Sayra, is rude and disrespectful, and her Hispanic coworker works at night. They do not know how to communicate with customers appropriately. When you ask them a simple question, like how long something will take, they seem to misunderstand and think you are arguing with them. Instead of addressing the question, they start speaking in Spanish and laughing, which makes the situation feel very disrespectful. Manage needs to hire a diverse group of employees; however, 90% do not speak English well and struggle to understand English-speaking customers, leading to misunderstandings and negative attitudes. Tonight, I witnessed an older lady come in to order some food. She didn't understand how to use the kiosk and asked for help, but the staff started laughing at her. When she sought assistance, they told her, "You don’t work here." said the lady asked for helping y’all just laughing at her and they claim oh we wasn’t laughing at her. We was laughing at someone joke.

QUALITY OF GOLD.

I ordered 3 chicken tenders and they gave me chicken feet. I took it back and got my money back. I explained that the health department The management doesn't accept this thing and laughed in my face. Don't come here. At this point they'll end up giving you cat's legs.

Bus Stop

I purchased a combo that cost $15.39, and I am suppose to receive a two piece chicken after doing a survey, but the rewards code is blocked out by the pink line. I went back to have it resolved, but the manager me that since the code was unreadable, I was out of luck. No honor in thrives.

Decided to stop by here after church to buy a meal for my family so I wouldn't have to cook. Bad decision the chicken was like it was old. I did not ask for spicy and all the chicken was spicy. My husband does not like anything spicy therefore he could not eat it. So I still had to cook. I live 22 miles from this Popeyes. I will never go this Popeyes again.
