Standard McDonald's. I came through the drive through at breakfast time. Very fast efficient service. Order was correct. Sat in the parking lot and ate. Great place to stop at before going to the Renaissance Faire down the street.

It's a nice McDonald's. It's pretty big and it's really clean. The staff is nice when you actually get to interact with them. Ever since they got the touch screens to order your food you don't interact with people as often. The staff is willing to help you use them if you need the help. The touch screens also make the process of ordering food so much easier. There's plenty of parking at this establishment. I highly recommend it.

1st visit in about eight months. I was craving breakfast sandwiches this morning so stopped by. Items ordered correctly, served piping hot. Very courteous staff and overall satisfied as usual. Proud to have friendly and helpful staff in city's McDonalds.

The food here is ALWAYS hot and good! The drive through is quick and efficient, however the inside service is usually pretty slow! Either way if you eat McDonalds, I definitely recommend this location!

Diana at the drive through today 7/12 had the worst attitude. After giving her our code she straight up asked "What do you want?" As if we were inconveniencing her. She sounded as if she hated her job. I mean I understand we can all have a bad day but don't take it out on your customers. When talking to her and letting her know all she was was kinda laugh it off. We spoke with a manager but not sure what will come of it but I truly hope they speak with her on customer service cause it's making this one look bad. Please do better Diana.

Edit: I left the below review 4 months ago and it was a 2 star review. I'm so happy to report that this location seriously upped their game! They now serve the BEST Egg McMuffin I've ever had. In addition, VIVIAN in the drive through provides amazing customer service! She is pleasant and more than competent. The staff at the pick-up window is also always nice & I've never received a wrong order here. Management: don't let this staff get away! They deserve your best because they are giving your customers their best! Previous Review: While slightly better than the location on Arrow Hwy & Glendora Ave in Glendora, it's still just not great. The breakfast sandwich I had wasnt toasted and the biscuit tasted old to boot. 😟

Fries were bomb, I would probably come here if the fries were going to be good like this consistently. They labeled our burgers backwards but that was a minor issue, human mistake. Our soda wasnt filled to the top as much as I would have wanted. Food was good though.

Hands down the absolute best McDonald's location I have ever visited and ordered from. I've been to many in my lifetime. The food here is always fresh, hot, and accurate to order specifications. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and courteous. What more can you ask for? A rating this high is not something I give out much, if at all, because it's not a rating that is easily met. Most fast food places and McDonald's in particular don't maintain high standards. Especially post-COVID era and since the implementation of more automated services I feel the quality has gone down significantly overall. However, the training and management at this specific location shows that there are still folks in this company who truly care and maintain high standards. Very happy with this team of people and the quality of the food they prepare. Keep up the great work guys.

this is a place i go to before going to costco. this location is cleaner than most mcdonalds including the bathrooms. this location is very efficient and overall the employees have a favorable disposition. i stop here when i am early to start work.. use their wifi to check on interestes and kill time.

Order is usually wrong. Makes me sad that I ask for a diet and they give me regular and I don’t know until I take a sip. Isn’t that dangerous for a diabetic person? Glad I am not. Sugar disrupts metabolic health and I will not patronize this place any longer. Too many mistakes, it’s almost every visit. Goodbye McDonald’s.

I normally only stop by for breakfast every once in a while. Ordering is getting more efficient as you can order from the app and kiosk at the entrance, I still do it the old school way though. I enjoy a regular coffee with a sausage mcmuffin. Free refills on brewed coffee if you eat in. Staff is efficient to get orders out on a timely manner. Drive-thru and now you don't have to go through it, just order on your mobile and they bring out your order to your car with designated parking spaces... how lazy can we get, well you can get your order delivered to your place, wow!

This mc d's is better than most even though they sometimes mess up your order. The crew is very nice except for one girl. My wife is handicapped, when we exited our car she accidently bumped her car with our door. This employee flipped the hell out! Saying we scratched her truck! After taking a look, I couldn't find any paint or fresh marks, maybe cause her truck was filthy! Since then I wait for someone else to take our order cause I DONT TRUST this person. Managers are extremely nice to us. Has even asked us to keep an eye on employees and customers.

Not a frequent visitor, but I was pleasantly surprised with the Southwest salad. Lots of chicken and a mixed greens not just iceberg. Nice, comfy seating.

The drive through can be very quick at times. The iced coffee is hit or miss, they can't get it right half the time. Several times it has been almost all cream and sweetener with little coffee.

Very Rude when I called to order 2dzn cookies on 8/30/17 at 3:30pm. Said they do not take orders over the phone, which is not true. Our office calls at least 3 times a month to order this. Girl on phone said ok and then just hung up. I got there within 15 min. When I pulled in to the Drive Thru they said ok, pull forward. They guy at the first window had no idea what I had ordered, went to check came back like 2-3 min later. Pulled up to 2nd window and they asked me to pull out of line and wait. So I waited for another 10 min waiting for cookies that can be done in 10 min. Very Rude, and I'm blaming it all on the girl who answered the phone!

Tired of getting my food "thrown" together by someone who obviously believes quantity trumps quality. Hamburgers with ketchup/mustard on half of the burger, filet of fish sandwich with the cheese half on the sandwich and half stuck to the box... and today a new Grand Mac sandwich with pickles thrown into the box almost as an after thought. And they wonder why life long customers like myself are looking elsewhere.

I'm not sure how it looks on a normal weekend but the building itself is pretty filthy on the outside which should have been a warning. I didn't go when it was very busy the service was extremely fast but it was so fast I knew my food couldn't have been made fresh. Cashier was rude, we literally came in & some of our family took seats while the rest of us went to order. I ask "can I use the restroom" & the cashier says "you have to buy something first." We end up ordering & then the same cashier delivers all of our drinks (2 sodas, a frappuccino, & tea) to the wrong table. 5 minutes go by & he comes by our table & asks us "are those your drinks?" & my sister nods her head yes so he goes over & picks up the drinks that are in front of a family even though one kid had been playing with the drinks, & brings them over to us. We were short one straw so I go up to the register & ask him for a straw & he literally looks at me, but instead of handing me the straw he just rudely throws it down on the counter away from me & walks away. Will NOT be eating at this location ever again.

The manager ortencia has no people skills, does not know how to properly talk to customers correctly. Staff is great drive thru always has me in and out quick. Just had a few questions and when I asked her response was very rude and disrespectful she shouldn’t be the manager if it’s to hard for her to answer a simple question, so much attitude I felt like I was talking to one of my students in the 8th grade

The staff seamed very nice and attentive.... however Very cheap uninviting atmosphere... Cheap plastic picnic tables with cheap plastic uncomfortable folding chairs there menu is printed on hard to read black and white paper print outs and the place did NOT feel very clean I have never seen a McDonald's in this terrible condition either they ran out of money to finish the place or they just don't care to finish very disappointing

I feel like my opinion might not make much of a difference here, but hopefully this makes other people consider going to a different location until the issue is addressed. I've been a frequent loyal customer of this location for a while now and I've just about had it with the lousy customer service provided by one of the staff members there. Every time I walk in there and order from the man with taller man with the pony tail, he just gives me a death stare. He's never polite; Not even a "welcome" or a "thank you." Just a stink face and a bad attitude. One time I picked up my food at the counter from him and he just shoved the bags at me. Just last week I ordered from the drive thru and he Just stared at me like he had a problem with me or something. Couldn't even say a word to me. Not even a "thank you" or a "drive to the next windows please." Just made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, he got my order wrong and as clearly as I stated what I wanted, I feel like he intentionally ignored my request. He looks miserable doing his job. I know plenty of other more deserving people who would appreciate just having the job. With that said, I don't feel comfortable coming back here. I feel unwelcome and will be taking my business else where moving forward. With that said, I do want to give credit where credit is due. There is an older gentleman there, I don't remember his name, maybe Steve or Steven, I apologize if I got the name wrong, but he is a superstar employee and his customer service skills are impeccable. Every customer service employee should learn from this man. He is a role model. If it wasn't for the pony hair guy, I would definitely give this location 5 stars, but unfortunately all it takes is one bad apple to ruin it.

When I got there. I place my order in th kiost. Went up to the counter to pay for my order. I was not greeted or thanked for coming in. In fact the young man who helped me didnt even make eye contact with me and when I gave him my money for my meal he was arguing with me because I was 1cent short, when in fact I counted what I owed them twice. But I gave him another penny still not making eye contact with me. He gave me my receipt and he walked away without saying thank you or anything else to me. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The rating isn’t for McDonald’s itself but for the customer service and incompetence of the workers who make the orders I come to this McDonald’s 3-4 times a week in the morning for breakfast and 4 times now we have gotten the wrong order and today I didn’t realize it till after I got to work. Now honestly, if it would’ve been the first time it ever happened I would’ve just let it slide and chop it up to mistakes happen but seriously 4 times now? I spent 14$ and got two McMuffins valued at 2 for 6$ I couldn’t return back to complain till after work so I had no choice to eat the sandwich, not because I was happy or not bothered by the wrong order, but because I WAS HUNGRY and if I didn’t eat it I would have to wait till after work to eat, so NO I’m not going to do that, YOU can wait and not eat if you like but I’m not going to. I went after work to complain WITH THE RECIEPTS and I understood the reasons of why nothin could be done MAYBE I should’ve called to complained right away if I couldn’t go back, I’m not upset by that per se, but by how the manager came off a bit as a condescending C#*T. When I explained that it was the 4th time it’s happened and that instead of getting our right order we got sandwiches that cost 2$ each she corrected me saying they actually cost $3 and I replied I spent 14$ it’s not like we got better food and I’m coming back to still try to get my money back, I was given cheaper food that I didn’t want. At least give me the difference of what I’m owed I have the reciepts, but no nothing could be done. Another thing of what really bothered me wasn’t that nothing couldn’t be done but the fact that there was no actual feeling that she felt bad or sorry I’ve experience this many times and nothing could be done in fact there wasn’t even an apology I would’ve left ok with an apology but that didn’t happen either. There is no customer service at the register. Do not expect someone to take your order. Do it yourself or wait for 10 minutes. Nobody is trying to help you out here!

Friday night around 9pm, I drove through this McDonald's to get a hamburger kid's meal and cheeseburger, and the food was cold, not warm at all!! There was extra ketchup as purposely put on everywhere on the buns the ketchup was smeared all over the wrappers. Poor service, food was terrible and when I called the manager, the restaurant had no manager onsite.

Always screwing up orders at this location. I dont know how you screw up an ice coffee when the receipe is written on the wall for them, but they manage everytime. Kids fries had 10 fries... 10!

So my father in law took my kids to eat and my 3 year old threw up and my father in law apologized to the lady that was cleaning and she went off on him making stupid remarks that why is he bringing sick kids that they only make a mess and shouldnt come and eat here like that and just went off on him and that wasnt a way to act

Coffee was lukewarm. So I asked for fresh. I waited for them to run a fresh pot. What they brought me was a coffee that did not finish brewing. It was way too strong so I had to throw away

Kiosk orders are supposed to receive table service. The woman shouting out order numbers got nasty with me when I pointed this out. Both sandwiches were wrong and had to be sent back. I use the kiosk because my kiosk orders have never been wrong at other locations. Judging by other reviews, this location is rife with problems.

I ordered 10 pc chicken nugget. Lady at the drive thru must have hit the order twice. Came home to see I had 20 pcs. She charged me 2 orders of the 10 pc at $4.69 each. Totaling almost $10. You can get a 20 pc for half that price... I was ripped off. She never repeated my order at the window, and the screen at the drive thru never showed what I ordered.

I went here at 12 am last night, the hours said open until 1am. I pulled in the drive thru and waited a couple min, no one helped so I pulled to the window, there was a lady standing there, I asked your still open, she shouted at me were closed, I said, it says your open until 1, she screamed at me and said, I said were closed, I don't appreciate being screamed at for asking a simple question, and why the false hours.

About two weeks ago I came by to grab a late snack for my husband and I after work at 11:30 and was told they were closed. Today I went by at the same time but they decide to not answer on the drive thru and it’s the same thing they did last time. The employees cannot decide when to close until its closing time which is at 12:00 am. Manager needs to fix this problem because both times I wasn’t the only car there today and two weeks ago!

Don't know why, they Always take forever to serve you. And they have the same person working as a cashier and serving your food. Don't get me wrong, people are nice, but service is a negative 5 star.

A friend and I were heading out to Pasadena when we decided to stop by McDonald's for a quick bite. Since there was a lot of cars in the drive thru, we figured to just get down and eat inside. After ordering, I asked to used the restroom, I wanted to wash my hands. The manager doesn't say anything and walks past me. I followed him assuming he was going to unlock the restroom door for me. While wearing gloves, he punches in the code to unlock the restroom door, I thank him, and he just walks away. No "Here you go" , no "you're welcome, just walks away. Ok, he's busy, he's probably got a lot on his mind. As I was waiting for our food I notice the manager is really getting full use out of those gloves. He got a napkin, wiped his face, went to the back, carried a case of supplies back with him, removed one glove to cash out a customer and put it right back on again. He did this twice from what I could tell. Gloves in a food service area are to protect the ready to eat food from germs and other possible contaminates. You're not working at some steel refinery and wearing gloves to protect your hands from injury... Customers were walking up to the counter that needed something, and instead of acknowledging them, he waited until another employee passed by and ask them to help us. Again, I understand he could have been busy but a "hey, we'll be right with you" goes a long way. Instead he was just walking around with a scowl like he was just hating life. Everyone else was wearing a hat, except for him, he wasn't even wearing a hairnet. Not everyone can work in this environment, maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know what the situation was, but his conduct was grossly unacceptable. The food was great, fries were hot and salted perfectly. One thing however, and I don't know if this is still a common practice or not, but we weren't asked if we this was "For here, or to go?". No big deal.

Always messing up on the order. This time it was the wrong size drinks. . Not just this one, but ALL have the pathetic habit of just wishing you just don't notice and drive off without ketchup and napkins. They know how to work it. How many people are actually going to take the time to go back and get ketchup? So they happily score. Look at Jack In The Box. They ask if you want any ketchup. It's that simple. The ones who do say yes, and the ones who don't say no, and nothing is wasted. But nope, McCrooks not only steals your slice of cheese from a double, BBQ sauce from your 20 piece chicken nuggets and other food, but they make you pay for it, because stealing from you is not free. The icing on the cake is the lame corporate excuses for their robbery just to insult your intelligence. I'm done with these crooks.

What happened to stopping at McD’s and using bathrooms and grabbing a bite to eat? You have to ask for permission to use the bathroom at this location and an employee then walks you to the restroom and unlocks the door without giving a code. So you have to again go ask to use bathroom when you need to after your meal??? That’s ridiculous!! No soap or paper in men’s bathroom. Bathrooms could definitely use a cleaning. Putting this on our not to ever stop at again

Just went right now it says that it’s a 24 hour location and saw employees cars parked but as I pulled up to the intercom, no one responded. I continue to wait. I’ve been to this location numerous times, but this is the first time this has happened to me.

I just left this McDonald's and the service was terrible. They made us wait and in the end my fries were cold. I complained to the manager and he didn't pay attention, he just said the fries had just come out. He ignored us as customers and didn't solve the problem. As a customer, I felt ignored and mocked since he just laughed and said okay and left.

Thanks for wasting my time. Used the mobile app for a code and they couldn’t/wouldn’t take it. Never happens. No workarounds, nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

Literally at the drive thru box waiting to order and as I pull up they turn off all the lights and it's supposed to be 24 hr please have it displayed with your correct hours.

The old lady who took the order had a very bad attitude. She was in a bad mood that morning and brought someone else with her.

I've called and complained numerous times about the Drive Thru menu being broken. Now, as a result of the menu being broken, McDonald's closed down that drive thru lane leaving only one lane open. This is causing a back up in the mornings making people late for work!!!! NOW THE OTHER MENU IS BROKEN!!!!! I just called again today 2/27/25 and I told them I'm tired of complaining and being late for work!!! It shouldn't take McDonald's 3 years to fix their broken Blacked out menu!!! SO NOW I'LL BE GOING TO JACK IN THE BOX ACROSS THE STREET!!!! Sorry McDonald's, you snooze, you LOSE!!!!

I drove through and ordered 2 large cokes and 1 small fry No one was at the order window. I called out a number of times and drove to the pick up window and the young man said "I told you to wait" there was a staff of 2 and the price was $11.99. This is the worst micdonalds " i I've been to .. This McDonald's has the worst customer service they see us stand on the counter no one will ask you if you need help unless you get someone's attention you ask them to give you ketchup they give you an attitude like if you owe them something.🙄 You ask them to give you a refill they charge you 50 cents.. I usually go to the other McDonald's down the street on irwindale& arrow highway" 5 minutes away"😀 They have Great customer service Friendly employees and Awesome management also no attitude and you get free refills on all beverages 👍🏻

We ordered online and picked table service. When we got there we put in the table number and waited and waited and waited…for 25 MINUTES! The order took 10 min to make and prep but after that the bag just sat there at the counter. Everything was cold. We ordered 23 items and received 9 of them. Management… HORRIBLE. Never coming back

This place has the worst tasting burgers I've ever had in my life! The fries were good but the burgers were disgusting. I actually took 2 bites and threw them away. The atmosphere was very bland. The way the inside is set up is very unwelcomeing. They have everything off behind a very bland gray wall. The manager who was working was hiding in the back. There were absolutely no workers in the front. I would never return to this location and I suggest you doing the same.

Service is terrible. At 8:20 there was no working coffee machine, so we weren’t even asked if we want cold coffee, we’ve just got it instead of our order. “Our machine is broken so take frappe”. I would rather return money if I had a chance but there’s no such an option.
