I ordered mc veggies and in the box of mc veggies they gave me chicken… mcdonald the staff so irresponsible . They serving nonveg to the people who are vegetarian. If Mcdonalds really stand on what they moto is to serve quality then they should check the quality of this site .

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish combo and a McCrispy Spicy burger with fries (no drink). I was given only one fries instead of two. When I went back to explain, the team member named Jatin kept repeating loudly that I already got fries and said it doesn’t matter with which burger it comes, instead of listening to my concern. He was yelling and not professional. Another team member even asked him to speak calmly, but he continued. Only after I raised my voice did he start listening. Very disappointing customer service experience.

Ordered two hot chocolates using the app. The order never arrived at our table. Went to the counter. They gave us one chocolate and made us wait another 10 minutes for the second one...

Very poor service. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk, and due to a machine error, the coffee was charged twice. After receiving the first coffee, I informed the staff immediately and asked for a refund of the extra charge. Unfortunately, the employees were not cooperative and completely ignored me. No one took responsibility or tried to help. This was a very disappointing experience

I did an experiment and went there every 2-3 days over 3 weeks. Each visit was made during a different timeframe (between morning, early afternoon, post work afternoon, evening, late night). After approx. 20 attempts, every time the ice cream machine was down. Is your ice cream machine permanently down? You should just take all ice cream related items off your menu. So disappointing, hate this McDonalds. Even though its 2 mins away from me, I drive further out to go to another McDonalds cause this one has the worst service, always messes up order, and never has a working ice cream machine.

I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. This is the second time I’ve found something disgusting in my food from McDonald’s — and this time, it was a fly in my poutine. This is completely unacceptable. Finding a foreign object in your food once is bad enough, but for it to happen again shows a serious lack of care when it comes to food safety and hygiene. McDonald’s is supposed to follow strict cleanliness standards, but my experiences say otherwise. I no longer feel safe eating here and won’t be returning unless there are clear changes made!!!!!

Ordered 10.22am and got my food at 10.47am (complained and they said that its because I got big order (only ordered 4 meals and an extra coffee)) and still missing few items such as hashbrowns, ketchups, and an egg on one of my wrap - (it maybe busy and rush hour due to lunch transition but they should be pro-active with their food drops and process)

Very Disappointing Experience Ordered a meal for 14,000 hard-earned points using the McDonald's app, and what followed was a series of unfortunate events: Drink Spilled: The person preparing my drink spilled some while putting the lid on. Sure, mistakes happen, but I expected a little more care. Fries Quantity: The fries were barely filling the pack! I’ve never seen such a low amount of fries in a meal—definitely not what I expected from McDonald's. The Burger: Don’t even get me started on the burger. I’ve attached a video for you to see it yourself. It was a complete mess and looked nothing like what was advertised. Is this the "special treatment" for people redeeming their loyalty points? It’s really disappointing to receive such subpar service after spending points I’ve earned over time.

I have been a loyal customer of this McDonald's, visiting every week for over five years. Today, however, was an absolute disappointment. I ordered two burgers: a Firecracker McCrispy and a Spicy Habanero McChicken. I requested the Creamy Red Jalapeno sauce for both, but the manager flatly refused. She insisted that I could only get that sauce with the Firecracker McCrispy. When I explained that other McDonald's locations have always accommodated this simple request, she dismissively said, "No, because different owner." Her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. After five years, over 200 orders, and spending more than $20 each time, I thought I'd earned a bit of customer consideration. Clearly, I was mistaken. This place has lost my business for good. Never coming back. Bye.

Tables were too dirty to seat, covered with sticky substances everywhere. We had to use 10-12 napkins to make it a little decent. At least they provided us with some napkins to do so! However, the appetite of having some food went away when we noticed Cockroaches were roaming around over the cash counter/kitchen area. The size of the cockroach indicated that there would be a lot more in the kitchen! Really disappointing for a chain like McD.

I encountered a messy situation. The tables were messy and full of half-eaten food. We asked them to clean the table, but despite cleaning the table, the mess around the table and the half-eaten food were still ignored. The restrooms were in a bad condition, as if no one cares about the restrooms of this branch. It was very hard to bear this environment and we regretted and did not place an order.

Went to But a Big Mac . Ask for nothing on it . There had whatever and I didn’t like . I then ask to change . Got it back wet like there’s spit on it . I ask for a refund . Without saying sorry . They all gang up on me . Even manager curse me then another worker came down saying maybe i spit on it . Worse McDonald’s. They very nasty and rude in there. Went Feb 14 2024 1:30am to get food the staff was rude my nuggets had black things on it and I ask for no salt they dunk the salt in my fries I had to throw away $16 food

Just started my meal and the manager (as told) approached me informing me of the store 20-min seating policy. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSSIONAL, POOR JUDGEMENT. This lady definitely needs to take courses on customer service! Store was not busy at the time (see photos).

This is by far the worst McDonald's I know of. 1: I called to check Holiday in 2017 on the day of, and they told me they were open for breakfast, I arrived at 11 and found out they wouldn't open until after noon. 2: The ice cream machine is always "broken" all summer long if you come after dark the machine is "broken" this is actually due to it being cleaned, which should be done overnight or early morning, instead of at 9:30pm-1:00am. 3: They are so very, very slow. You go in and wait 30 minutes (from the time you order), you think maybe they prioritize drive through, but they don't - I've hit 38 minutes from the time I pulled into drive through until I receives my food. 4: They manage to get even the simplest orders wrong. I have to always check everything before I leave because something is always missing, be it an entire item, or an ingredient (pay for tomato, find they've removed cheese - on the chicken wraps happens nearly every time). 5: They lock the dining room hours before it is set to close. I've arrived to a locked dining room and found it locked at 10, why, so I can be the only car in the drive through and still wait 10 to 15 minutes. 6: The dining room, washrooms and area in front of the counters are filthy and strewn with garbage. The cans are often overflowing. Why do I ever go back you might ask? I don't anymore, but I had the misfortune of living nearby up until last summer and like their coffee and Mcflurries. * Photos were taken on a relatively tidy evening. I did not photograph the overflowing outdoor waste bins, which I should have.
