SOOOOOOOO AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!!!! They are the best for sure!!! My favorite is the Zebra Caramel Chocolate flavor but they're all delicious :) I've also bought a big bulk bag and split it into smaller bags for my son's birthday party gift bags and bought these for holiday presents!!

Store has many varieties of kettle corn. There were so much to chose from that I didn’t know which one to purchase. Luckily, the attendant on Saturday behind the counter mentioned his favorites and the rest is history. I’m for sure coming back for my weekly fix and especially, my holiday needs!

Jonathan is the reason we are coming back to this Carl's Jr. location. His customer service abilities is the epitome of what should be expected, but hardly get these days at fast food restaurants. Jonathan is courteous, friendly with a huge smile, efficient and he gets your order right. Kudos to the cook too, as the food is delicious and prepared right. We were on the brink of not returning to this Carl's Jr. location due to the mediocre service we were receiving. Thank you Jonathan for being you.

Not sure why the Labor Day promo for loyal customers isn’t available on Labor Day. Called and asked but the person there didn’t know why it wasn’t either. Why have a Labor Day promo if you can’t use it on Labor Day? The popcorn and flavors are very good. Pricing is fair and service is good as well. Great assortment. Worth checking out.

It was eh...the first burger I got had a hair in it. They did make another one quickly. The handicap stall in the bathroom had a bent door so it would not close. The staff told us they knew about it and had reported it but they didn't know when it would be fixed. My mother is wheelchair bound, so that was a problem as she could not get into the other stall.

This place has improved in its service over the last couple months, so, Im updating my previous 2 star review to a 4 star. The only thing holding it back from a full 5 stars is location, itself. During rush hour, it can be pretty dangerous to exit the property.

I've lived in California practically all my life and Carl's Jr. has been a major part of it. I don't go very often so coming here is more of a treat. On my last visit I ordered the Double Bacon Beast burger combo. On first bite it tasted like a Super Star with cheese but with added bacon. The bacon strips were pretty long and it was cooked to where there was still some chew to it instead of crisp and crunchy. The rest of the burger has that savory, smoky, charbroiled taste that is distinctively Carl's Jr.

I ordered and paid for my food on the app, then drove through. They had no clue who I was in the order of cars that had pulled up to the window, and when they handed me my food it was incorrect. Also the woman at the window had such a thick accent that I couldn't really understand what she was trying to ask me. If you're going to hire somebody to represent you and speak to the public then you should at least hire someone that can communicate properly

Went through the drive thru, placed my order, everything was going well up until she handed me my Oreo shake. I was disappointed to see that she couldn’t mix it completely, I honestly didn’t enjoy it at all.

Owner needs to hire more workers. 2 workers is not enough to service a Carl Jr near the interstate. Drive thru was taking forever so I went in and got my food before the car in front of me. One of the workers was working her fastest. She needs help tho!!

Left Misled and Unappreciated as a Customer! Poor Customer Service! Very very disappointed today!!! This is my second visit here which I thought would be a second round visit of being a happy customer. Not the case. I received an email for an 25% off Labor Day coupon. I walked in the store located in Laguna Hills and told the cashier that I received an email for their 25% off Labor Day Special and that I wanted to know the specifics. He CONFIDENTLY told me it applies to ANY popcorn IN the store and that it was valid TODAY. I grabbed the Spicy Chicago and asked if they had any fruit popcorn for samples; he showed me their whiteboard of sample flavors and I asked if I could try the Cheddar Cheese. While I was sampling it, the guy RUSHED ME asking if “that'll be it?” I barely replied because he then picked up an incoming call. He spoke to, what I assume was the owner or manager, and I over heard him rudely say (in front of me) “well I have a customer here now and she won’t be happy about it.” He got off the phone and told me that the Labor Day coupon ALREADY EXPIRED. I presented him the email and said it states an expiration date of September 4th; today is the 3rd. He shrugs his shoulder and said he was told that the coupon expired already. Instead of offering to HONOR the misleading coupon, he said he could look up my phone number to see if there’s any special deal. The only discount was a purchase off a small popcorn. How disappointing!!! The email clearly states an expiration of September 4th. I was unsure if this coupon was valid in-store which is why I asked the cashier for clarification when I walked in. He told me it was valid TODAY on anything in the store. Then the narrative changed after a random phone call, and I was told it was invalid due to expiration?! I am not sure of why the narrative changed and don’t appreciate being misled as a customer. I was told one thing and then another. Never coming back!!! Maw n’ Paw left me disappointed. I will no longer be referring Maw n’ Paw to my friends, family, and coworkers. I experienced complete POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE today. Maw N’ Paw, please adjust your policies and train your employees better to ensure happy customers. TWO THUMBS DOWN.👎🏻 👎🏻

This place first forgot to charge me for the jalapeño poppers I order and I had.to wait until they finished them before I could drive home to eat my already cold food but the 2 girls working only could laugh about it. Thats unacceptable and downright rude never coming back here again

Carls used to have a great charbroliled chicken bacom swiss burger for about $8. today i was VERY DISAPPOINTED to find what they have now is a grossly overcooked piece shard of chicken with two pieces of burnt bacon and a tiny amount of swiss on a tiny sour dough bread for OVER $11... IT'S A RIPOFF! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I WOULD RECCOMMEND NOBODY EAT HERE AGAIN!

Go to In and Out. It's like right down the street right off El Toro. Almost 5 stars with >4000 reviews and food is way better. This Carl's Jr is too expensive when burger tastes like it was sitting, drinks are made with too much ice, and employees noticeably don't want to be there.

Came here for an oreo shake yesterday and even though it cost over $5 they are so cheap that they barely sprinkle in a few crumbs of oreo. Basically just got a vanilla shake. Cant taste any oreo at all. I guess this is how they are cutting costs. AI takes your order and now you only get a few crumbs of oreo in the oreo shake. Rip off.
