I love this place.... To people watch and as a pet store. While ordering make sure and look in the kitchen I saw a whole family of RATS yes rats as in furry rodents with a tail scurry across the kitchen floor underneath a deep fryer or oven and of course when I pointed this out everybody got defensive and nobody wanted to listen to me I was kicked out of the restaurant and ask to return because they are so embarrassed instead of listening to me they rather be a bunch of overachieving employees for a joke of a company they took offense to it when I told them like it was their goddamn restaurant instead of being concerned so beware if you eat there

I love McDonalds, but this one is special to my heart. The employees make all the difference in the quality of fresh french fries to the care they give customers. The employees are neighborhood residents and are long term employees. They are the friendliest.

Drive through does an excellent job with orders, polite and friendly crew at McDonald's.

Popular for breakfast. I go there few times a week there are always a few cars in line but they have a double line ordering setup so you get through quickly. Breakfast mcmuffin hash browns and a latte is $11.00. yes you can get a full breakfast cooked to order with large portions at Nations for the same money Nations is my actual favorite breakfast value, But for not having to order ahead or get out of your car... Mcd's is nice.. I trust McDonald's too.

Your neighborhood McDonalds This place is particularly great. Often at McDonalds you encounter transients whom you'll never see again. But this is a canonical example of "your neighborhood McDonalds". If you visit regularly, you'll see the same folks all the time -- in a good way. Service is always great, and you see the same people all the time.

This McDonald's is the best location. They are super fast & super friendly. I regularly drive here from Pleasanton because of their friendly service. No attitudes, they get the orders correct unlike the other locations in Pleasanton and Livermore. Thank you P St. McD's for ALWAYS putting a smile on my face

I anyway come here ever since I was a teen now am im 30s great service the manager laz and her team always busy but ready and willing to take my order they really doing the most for costumes in my eyes because. Always happy when I get my meal and like I said I'd been coming here sind I was a teen 🙂

Many of you know most of my posts are customer service based so CASSISY I could not have been more impressed with your customer service it's never easy to not react to stressors . I thought you handled yourself with nothing but total class. So good for you, you are the reason I gave 5 stars! To the manager that was yelling at you continually you need to retake sensitivity class that's not how you train staff or treat your staff!

Went thru drive thru got a mocha Frappuccino and was surprised how 👍🏽 good it was on a hot day! My neighbor enjoyed his 4 cheeseburgers! Yes 4! And his fries! McDonald's does have great French fries 🍟

I just want to give a HUGE Thank You to the staff a couple of nights ago. I ordered with the mobile app, not seeing what time it was, and arrived at the drive thru 4 minutes to 10 pm. The woman at the window was so sweet, and even though they were just about closed, she quickly looked at our order and made it for us. She did not have to, and I am very grateful for her kindness!

Ordered on the app for the first time and it was quick and easy. Drove straight to the store and it was freshly prepared and ready to go. I ordered fries and a caramel frappuccino. The fries were crisp and hot and the caramel frappuccino was delicious. This is the best McDonald's in town. This place has discounts on hamburgers and cheeseburgers on Wednesdays and Sundays. This location also doesn't give you a hard time about coupons like some of the other places do. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Service is fast and polite, can't complain beyond the fact that it is McDonalds. But hey, I am the one that went there, I knew what I was getting, and they gave me exactly what I expected as well as they could have.

Easy in and out place to grab a quick snack or meal. My husband loves the hot fudge sundaes as a snack so we swing by there when we are out shopping.

Really spacious store with lot of seats and lots of space around. They just remodeled the store and it looks fantastic. Now they have two-lane drive thru with never restrooms, parking lots, and seats. They have the new kiosk display where you could order by yourself which is really cool. And the only McDonald's store in Livermore with a play place. Really good customer service and they are fast enough for you to not even notice the time.

I tried the buttermilk crispy chicken tenders with fries and mixed Sprite. I thought it was good. Box was hard to close. Plus the fries were very Salty and got cold fast. It was busy. Service was okay.

A classic McDonald's inside and out, including a play place/area for kids. Staff are friendly and helpful, sometimes they screw up an order, but they fix it right away and are always apologetic. Good common sense for every fast fiod: check your food before leaving!

Pretty good McDonald's store. Drive-thru has been quick even with long lines. Food has been good and I even tried the mobile order pick up and it went well. Pulled up to a spot number and a few minutes later my food was delivered.

Went here on our way back from an event late as night. Took a little long in drive thru but fries were very hot, salad was amazing for a fast food salad... Kept getting piece upon piece of chicken or bacon!

This location was recently renovated. Staff members are friendly and usually serve food fairly quickly. During peak times they often focus more on the drive-thru clients, which in turn will mean longer wait times for customers eating inside. Playground has plenty of space and it also has tables so parents can keep a close eye on their kids.

I haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile but this place seems really streamlined. I ordered using the touchscreen. At first I started using it to peruse the menu but seeing my order made it so easy I just went with it. Got the bacon egg biscuit(?) it was good but I needed water to wash down the last couple of bites but thus is the nature of biscuits.

I just started a diet and the only thing I can eat on McDonald's menu is the Southwestern salad with grilled chicken. The salad is very good but the chicken is very salty and I don't recommend it.

I like how they had a coupon option everything is usually pretty good! Sweet tea is always very sweet.

They consistently get my hamburger order wrong.

It's a pretty nice McDonald's with an indoor play area. Service is super slow though. You'll wait 15 minutes for a happy meal.

Not sure why I ate here. I always get a headache after eating anything besides their breakfast. They no longer serve all day breakfast and thats a bummer. Also they took my card at the pick up window because my add on bottle of water did not go through. I ended up not getting my card back after finally getting my order completed and this stop was part of a road trip. This added to my list of tasks for the week having to replace my bank card.

It's McDonald's, I ways order large fries and they taste the same every time. The service is fast and the food is average. There's sometimes a line at drive thru but nothing too extreme.

We stood in line for 5 minutes before anyone even noticed us. One customer asked a worker if she could get a water cup but due to his break seemed to be more important as he was walking out from the counter he said no ask the ones behind the counter. He then sat with who I believe to be the manager she had a light blue shirt on. I placed my order and said it.slowly and when I git home I noticed she didn't even hear 2 fries only 1. Smh.. I should know better than to expect good customer service from mcdonalds

It's like a daily raffle. You get nice employees and some times bad ones. Today, the lady over charged ($0.79) my card and without a proper apology nor asking she simply refunded me back in coins. I asked her "not back into my card?" She said "no" then points at my hand where I received the refund and says "It's right there." Lol. Well, I was there to buy happy meal toys so I know that she tried her best to serve me, supposedly I might have bugged her but I guess they can be friendlier.

Brought the kids here cause of the play place, the elder man at the register was not very friendly, but the young lady who brought our food was amazing, best service I have ever received from McDonald's. BUT THERE IS NO CHANGING TABLE IN THE RESTROOMS!!! SUPER INCONVENIENT AND A DETERNET FROM EVER COMING BACK.

This location has a brand new, updated look. New play area, new booths, flooring, counters. Looks great! (Didn't use the bathrooms, am hoping they were remodeled as well & will update if we go back.) No real changes to the menu or food that our family noticed. Gave 3 stars because of the terrible service. Wasn't even busy, but we - and another family - stood at the counter 4 minutes before an employee came to the register. She didn't smile, didn't greet us, just stared at us and said nothing. We politely placed our order, she again said nothing except the amount due. We tapped our card... still not a word from her. Have honestly never had an experience like this. This individual had been talking to another employee just prior to walking up to the counter, so we know that she could communicate if she wanted. She behaved the same way with the next family. I belabor this a bit because that was such a negative interaction, when a mere smile or "welcome" would've been appreciated. Parking lot is odd at this location, not lots of room, so drive carefully and be sure to note that the "right turn only" out of the parking lot puts you in a dedicated right turn only lane on the street. That's not always obvious as it would seem.

This location always smells heavily like urine/ammonia when you walk in. I thought it might've been a one off visit but after returning it seems worse.

I did my to-go order through their kiosk system because there was a line and it took over 18mins to get my food. Found out at home that they gave me the wrong item even though I ordered the correct item on the receipt.

Tuff place to find. Looks like quite a few vehicles have hit the pipe at the drive thru exit. Be careful. Poor building design.

Ice Cream machine frequently out of service. Almost always. Average service and food is average. They are speed of service oriented so not usually long waits in drive thru. I love ice cream so I'm usually dissappointed.

This store has messed up my order more times than I can count and the attitude of the manager has made sure that I will never go back again. Small fries are just that small fries, maybe a dozen pieces. Come on people the spuds are cheap. When the wife asked for no cheese or pickles she gets both EVERY TIME. I can't believe that one place can be so consistently mistake prone.

5 times in a row this location has failed to put the two slices of cheese I ordered on my sandwiches. Always only one and on top of that their buns were extremely stale and tasted like they were starting to mold couldn't finish a single bit disgusting meal and food

Had a commercial that ended up being a lie I’m so disappointed with their company I would expect better from a billion dollar corporation.

This restaurant is supposed to open at 6am, but it's 6:13am, and it's not open, and the staff is inside. The sign says open. That's not right. Something's wrong.

The only 2 good things about this McDonald's is the play area for the kids and of course the food since it tasted the same as any other one.

McDonald’s I been there two times and the food was so so bad both times. The food is always cold , burgers is cold the cheese was not melted. Even the fries were cold now that’s bad.

Ordered a frappe with McDonald's app using my earned points, reaching the window they told me frappe machine is down so they asked if I wanted coffee in exchange but said no just want the points I spent back or provide me a promo code so I can go to the other store...but Store Manager (Luz) mentioned she cannot do anything and demanded me get out since I was blocking the drive thru..

I order a McDouble with no cheese and no onions every so often for a quick bite (and whatever else for the kids), and about every third time I get cheese. I don’t like it, it’s not easily removable, it’s not worth going back to the drive-thru, and it’s just goes in the bin. I don’t expect miracle service from McDonald’s but they need to get the order right a little more often than 2/3 of the time. Same thing today - and I was hungry! Argh!

Went around 7:45 p.m. to the drive thru and notice that people were going inside to order since there was a line in the drive thru. As I waited and got next in line to order, the drive thru operator stated there was no one in the drive thru and to go there although I had told her I have a big order, yet she insisted. So I went thru the drive thru. Once I got the food I had three items wrong. I wanted a plain cheese burger and got everything on it, messed up on two drinks and the nuggets sauce was missing and not enough straws for the drinks. Nope, this will the first and last time coming here.

Order a fish sandwich. It was OK for a couple of bite. Then the bun get chewy, and taste went downhill. Won't come back for a 8 dollar sandwich meal that I can't finish. BTW they charged extra for xtra tartar sauce. Ketchup is still free.

Hispanic lady at the drive thru apparently doesn't know what a Hot and Spicy McChicken is. I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes with no cars infront of me. She was probably gossiping with her co workers. And no im not racist. I'm Mexican, but when a WORKER is rude and lazy then they shouldn't be even working at a McDonald's. She said McDonald's has never had spicy McChickens and looked at me like I was dumb for trying to order something that's been on the menu for years. Food is usually good here but that lady is horrible

I took a photo of my quarter pounder delux is this really what you want your food to look like right out of the bag? this is not because I placed my sandwich on its side but because when it was bagged it was laid on its side next to two other sandwiches that were placed in the bag correctly At least this time they got the order right. I would just contact the Resturant directly but they have shown that they do not care about making mistakes right. They won’t even replace food that was made wrong.

Told me to go to second window and when I got there the guy argued with me for 5 mins that they couldn’t find my order. First guy didn’t give me a receipt. Drove away with no order cuz they lost it and refused to give me anything. Don’t go here unless you want your time and money stolen.

I don't want to dump on this location. I frequent it every Sunday after horseback riding with my kid. But they consistently fail on making a plain burger for us. It is almost with certainty that the first order will be wrong. I've ordered in person, drive thru and even on the app. At times the staff can be rude. I do understand the pressure they are under but I don't understand how they constantly mess up the order.

Ordered 2 meals/combos and both sandwiches were not made correctly. First one for my son had no condiments. Mine was labeled as quarter pounder with bacon but I got a cheeseburger. Guy taking orders couldn't have been less enthusiastic.

WORST McDonald's: I have had bad experiences nearly all the times I have been here. They almost always close early. One night I needed to use the restroom and was also thirsty so I wanted to get a drink. They closed the dining room at least 45 minutes before it was supposed to close. Frustrated, I went back to my car and went through the drive thru. I asked why they had closed the dining room and the person collecting money said that she didn't know why it was locked. Got to the food window and asked the other lady and she said there was some type of hazardous spill that happened so they had to clean it up. I pulled out and the same lady was unlocking the door and letting members of her family in. I got out of my car so I could use the restroom only to find out she had locked it again and didn't respond to my knocking on the door. Another time I mobile ordered and marked that I had arrived in the space and was told that they would bring my food out. I waited for 15 minutes and finally went in to inquire about the status of my order. Turns out they hadn't even started it and tried to charge me again for my order. I would not depend on this location to be open when they say they are and I also wouldn't trust mobile ordering. Very rude staff! If you want McDonald's I would visit another one.

I was really surprised at the customer service I received. I got there at 9 with my daughter at 912 they came to the table and said they were closing at 930 the dinning area, at 924 they told us again we are closed. I wanted a refill and they didn't want to because they were closed. Drive thru is open till 11 so I got out went through the drive thru asked for a refill and was treated worst. This is insane, I'm very disappointed I come from Turlock Central valley and they have better values I felt humiliated please learn how to treat people. I was kicked out at 932 pm. What's going on, we are not begging for food. This is insane , we deserved more respect.

Drive through was horrible and guy taking order was rude and not professional… my advice is getting a customer service class to teach the employees the way McDonald’s is supposed to treat it patrons. If people are going yo pay an inflated price for fast food, then how about common courtesy.

Went here June 12th, 2024 at 5pm - haven't been to one of these locations for a very long time and the only thing I ordered was a Mcflurry. There wasn't one other person in the drive through which means they weren't busy. These people scooped vanilla ice cream into the cup, sprinkled oreos on top and called it a day. Charged 4.89 for a scoop of ice cream with some oreos sprinkled on top, really? "Mcflurry" it is literally in the name, I don't understand how much more clueless someone could be. Pulling up to the second window it was very obvious none of the employees wanted to be there - blank stares, unwelcoming tone, talking to other employees over you. I called back as soon as I got home and was presented with my scoop of vanilla ice cream and the first person who answered when asked to put the manager on said "I am the manager what do ya want" very strong accent, obviously either a liar or only promoted based on favoritism. Looks like I will be avoiding Mcdonalds for another few years before I place my next single order
