These salads must be underrated, because that was the best salad of my life! I'd take a pic but I've already eaten over half 😅 it's too good 👍🥰 I wish every Jack in the box was this good 🤤

Cheap and tasty fast food. My first time eating at this establishement and it was superb! Their blazin cluck chicken sandwich meals, curly fries, and butterburger are to die for. And everything I've ordered has been cheap, tasty, fresh. I only with this chain resturant was available throughout the u.s. it's even better than McDonald's and burger King burgers.

Been eating at this one for years. Love the crew who work at this location. Food is always fresh. Don't have to wait long for your order.

Always open late and not only that, it's the only place open besides McDonald's. Love the rest food and quick drive through service , I just wish the lodi avenue store would bring back there tacos

Jack in the Box is my late night after grocery shopping stop for a refuel. This location never fails with excellent service, fresh, hot food & they always get my order right.

I have been going here since a child, I enjoy the food and it brings me back good childhood memories of me and my friends eating Jack in the Box watching Adult Swim.

The customer service is amazing, i walk in there for lunch occasionally, and the staff is always so polite, and they attempt the best and fastest service, no matter how packed. The food is amazing, and very reasonably priced. Id recomend this establishment, for lunch breaks or even just a fun time out!

I love this location. This place is always open. The food is always fresh and delicious. Fries are always crispy. The fish sandwich is always crispy. Everything is just so delicious here. This is my go-to Jack in the box and I live in Stockton

Our order was processed very quickly. It was made to order. Cashier wasnt that friendly but i believe it was because her English wasnt perfect but she knew what we ordered got our order right so its good in my book.

Love that you can order ahead on their app, and then just wait in line in the drive thru and pick it up. Now I know it would be faster if they were completely open to the public (thanks Covid). But all in all...they are doing a fantastic job and their food is better than ever ever since they remodeled!

Curly fries, sourdough jack, and open 24 hrs! Whether you want rice bowls, salads, breakfast items....or even those tasty, squishy midway tacos like at the fair, the Jack rocks it! Employee's are always pleasant and engaging too!

I love Jack in the box and this one is no different. Love the food and you dont have to wait long usually. Unless its late on the weekend then you might be stuck in the drive thru for a minute, but nothing abnormal.

Jack Harding and Pacific always a great choice. Great prices, courteous clear spoken fast food service. Occasional hick ups are part of life. For the most part, great choice. The Mgrs are the best too.

Everyone has something they can order from jack in the box. They stay open late too so when those midnight munchies hit you, you got somewhere you can go that has everything on the menu available. Food was fast and fresh and customer service was pleasant too

Been stopping by this location for years. Food is always good and fresh, workers are quick, and usually the wait is at a minimum given time of day.

Use to come here alot. I hardly do now . Lines are long, some of your food might be missing but atleast they're open 24 /7 when nothing else is open. It's always busy but the workers are doing what they can to get the orders out cant hate on that .

This is a great location. I've been here a lot and I've never been disappointed. Everything is fresh, made well, and comes out promptly. You have to ask to be buzzed into the restrooms, and they've been very clean every time I've used them.

This is a good Jack in the Box. Food is decent. The staff is helpful and went above and beyond - my truck over heated in the drive thru and they let me use their water. Good people.

Ordered a large shake, but was given regular size. To make up for the confusion, they let me keep the regular size shake along with making me my original order of a size large shake! 🥤👌🏼

It's Jack in the box, if you like it you'll love it forever. They have this "munchie meal" which is what I always ordered anyways and now for 7 dollars. Soda, fries, burger and two tacos, that's right for 7 dollars. I'm saving so much with this deal.

I for the most part get what I ordered in a timely manner. They are always polite and never pushy thru the drive thru as some spots will go “anything else? Anything else? Anything else?”...but I digress. Sometimes they can get a little overwhelmed but you just gotta check your order before you leave and everything SHOULD be ok.

Jack-N-Box is a pretty good fastfood place here in Lodi, California. The reason for the 4 star's 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 is there are more time's than not someone always forgets something you ordered or gave you the wrong sizes of any item you ordered. Other to me than that they are pretty good. Granted as well they are alittle slow at times ⏲, but try to be patient enough, since they say they freshly cook 🍳 when you place your order right? I like how they're always adding new items to the menu. Some of the recent stuff looks pretty good. Sometimes it makes it hard to order quickly but that's okay by me; probably not the person behind me LOL I only wish better ingredients were used but that's just fast food for ya!

The drive thru is fun when you arent busy but the busy time is always lunch time. The workers might miss your order but always make up for it. Thank you crew and always thankful for the spanish speakers who are outstanding hard workers!

Food isn't amazing or anything, but during this visit, my kids really had to use the restroom, and despite the lobby being closed, the staff allowed my children to come in and go potty. Yes, I said potty!! Lmao! So they get a good rating from me on that. They also custom made my daughter's chicken sandwich!! Excellent work guys!

I only eat here when I've been drinking. So my opinion might be wrong about taste. Its fast food, its greasy, hot most of the time and good drunk food. The mini churros are amazing and if you don't order them you're wrong.

Very Good--but NOT outstanding--Pumpkin Spice Shake. Just get the regular-sized one, for $3.69. Very sweet. My shake just came with canned whipped cream and a single maraschino cherry on top--there were no nice crumbly texture toppings as shown in the advertising! 4 out of 5 Stars for that!

Decent place but the homeless are all around and begging for money

It was just ok because they got our order wrong even after repeating it twice and having us repeat it back . We paid for curly fries and didn't get them 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ too much trouble to go back and try to get them to do it right.

The place is okay but they're really slow and the food is not really that great there's two a Jack in the boxes in Lodi the one on Kettleman Lane which is Highway 12 by lower sac in between meals but in front of the target is much better

Was nice and clean.. had hard time ordering due to a language barrier issue. I didn't understand the worker?. They very nice.. just it took a 7 min to order a number 4 large with onion rings.

This place was ok. We have never been to this area and wanted food. A little further off the freeway than I thought. Lots of homeless in the area. Some were even inside. They didn't bother us or anything. It's very small inside. Some of our food wasn't that hot but ate it anyways cause we were hungry. We probably won't come back to this location. The employees were very nice though and we appreciated that very much.

Yo it's a jack in the box. It was late and I wanted chicken. They provided. Awesome.

Uh I guess its ok. I mean its jack in the crack for crying out loud. Its food when don't feel like doing anything bit being a tub of lard for the day... Wait that is not how you feel. Well whatever. The big Mac is ok, the dorito taco is ok, and the pepperoni could be better.

Service was good. The best thing about the breakfast was the coffee. The rest was bad. I enjoy the lunch menu, but will not return for any breakfast items on the menu.

Took about 15-20 minutes to get my food that should have been done then they tell me to park and forget my order giving everyone else their food and then finally I get my order but it turns out it wasn't mine but someone else's so i had to wait again

The Cheese and Jalapeño Poppers Looked Good On The Menu....I Took a Bite From Each Of The 4 In My Order....They Had Been Obviously Reheated....Cheese Was Totally Dried Up.....Couldn't Eat Them....

Second time my food was inedible. Last week my potato wedges were burnt badly. Cheese was hard and burndt. Threw in the trash. Today, I order 4 tacos. Problem just the opposite...cold! Meat cold cheese not melted. Gross. These I sent back for fresh ones. Get it right people!

I repeated my order, specifying the item not being repeated back to me, and still did not receive it. Then, I had to make a second payment because she still didn't get it right. Very abrupt, inarticulate woman taking orders and sadly she's always there at night. Got home and realized we were shorted another item as well.

Very slow and poor service. I have come here twice after the remodel and each time i have waited over 15 min and had to ask for my drink at the drive thru window. They gave me all my food but no drinks, and i have to remind the drive thru worker that i ordered drinks eventhough they charged me for them.

Their food is dry and cold 9/10 times. My husband insists on getting tacos from time to time... Breakfast sands are hit or miss...

They can never get our order right. I don't care how many times we have complained about the same thing over and over again they can't get it right. They really need to be trained right. And stop talking and pay attention to your customers. They are bad on Lodi Ave. about talking and gossiping in Spanish and not even acknowledging that you are even there. And no thank yous and your welcomes. Very rude!!

The manager running it today was so slow. At the drive thru speaker, we waited 15 minutes just to give an order. I ended up walking inside to make it a takeout order. Waited another 10... Food was still good.

How to wash my hands in the bathroom it would dirty. The overall ambience was just okay. Service was horrible. Ordered food for my crew and two of the meals were not included. Considering it was for a group of nine people it really was a disaster. The job site was too far away to come all the way back. We ended up getting something somewhere else which was more expensive and not really wanted by the crew. Will be calling up their customer service sometime soon.

Worst experience last 2 times and will never go there again. The same girl was super rude both times and Manager should take same action against such rudeness. Its better to fire such employees who are not nice to the customers.

The location needs to turn down the drive through speaker. At night it is so loud that it distorts and echoes off the houses around it. This Jack in the Box is a terrible neighbor.

I walked into the dining room was told it was closed. I didn't say anything walked out as I walked out I passed another couple walking in got to us restroom an order there food I was still in parking lot I walked back in an asked why Ann so called mag, said her helper didn't know it was open

If you go around 330am-5am they dont accept orders, either no on answers the drive through or your told "computer not on so we dont take order" so i will for sure be driving to the other side of town for my jack n the box UPDATE they do take orders at 4am but you have to have cash because the computer id down, then once you get to the window they only take exact change but when i pulled up the 3 old ladies were all hanging out talking to eachother instead of working

Ordered online and still had to stand there for twenty minutes while watching chaos in the kitchen... Very poor quality. No sense of urgency and less than polite staff.

Won't serve you in the drive thru after 10pm, if you don't have a vehicle. Even if you ride throw on a bicycle. The one off kettleman has better service.

Just went thru thr drive thru ordered iced mocha, 7 piece Jalepeno Poppers, 2 large Curly Fries. My Jalepeno poppers were Burnt Black and 2 of them were empty. Tried to call them several times but only got fax Machine. Beings I have no teeth guess we won't be eating there anymore. Terrible to serve them that way when you know they seen them like that when they put them in the box.

The manager I think his name is Pedro needs to be fired. Very unprofessional and yells at paying customers for no reason. Very disrespectful and looks horrible on the company. I’m a GM at fast food place in Los Angles and you just don’t act that way.

Not only this time but every time I come here to this particular location, it seems like they are really good at hiring slow people who are really well at providing slow service. My last visit here was about a year ago when I had an altercation with the manager "a full blown curse yelling match" and I swore that I wouldn't come back here again. Well, they're in luck that my friend asked me to give her a ride here (particular location); which I did, but she was the only one that got something. I REFUSE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO ANY BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOR HAVE A HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM MANAGING THEIR BUSINESS.

Dirty floors, filthy equipment, took forever to even get acknowledged at the registers. Still ordered against my better judgement. No syrup in the fountain machine, cold stale fries. Awaiting food poisoning to set in. Hopefully it was just the shift that was on

First off I went thru the drive thru and went to use my debit card to pay for meal which was 34$ so they said the transaction didn't go thru so I told them the chips been messing up do it again or just swipe my card so they did and they told me only 25$ went thru well I had 60 in my account to begin with so I checked to see my balance and I was at 0$ so the kid at the register said it didn't go thru but it clearly says they charged the 34$ first then rang up another 25$ and I talked to the manager and told them refund it all and re run the card and they told me they can't because they only charged 25 so I talk to the manager and get my money back and the damn lady was super rude to me and told me basically she is the only manager I can talk to there and that I'll never get my money back best believe I'll never go to this location ever again in my life. It's a joke here don't trust them.

Maybe I should go when the illegals aren't working because if they can't understand your order why should they be taking it? Not the first time it's happened either! I'll definitely be triple checking my order from now on, or just go there while the sun is up! They need a decrease in pay grade instead of a raise, it's fast food for a reason! Cheap and quick, if you want more pay then work for it.

After month of watching the remodel we were excited to visit this location after they reopened. The new inside furniture was unremarkable. What obviously had not changed was the terrible service. We ordered two cheeseburger, curly fries and a soda. It took over ten minutes to get our order, while we watched order after order go out for drive thru orders. Soda machine was out of regular coke and when we finally got our order, curly fries were cold. Unfortunately , all this happened when the Manager was there. Would hate to see how things run when no manager is working. So sad to see all that money spent on remodel when service remains slow. That will be our last visit.

My boyfriend and I went there to have dinner after a movie and watched the guy in the back my our food WITHOUT GLOVES he was touching everything and when we asked to get a refund the guy without the gloves was the MANAGER that night shift. He was annoyed about our concerns and complaints we weren’t arguing or yelling we spoke very calmly with him but he didn’t care and it was honestly sad.

The THIRD time I’ve come this month to this location and they get my order wrong. Please upgrade the speaker in the drive through because it’s getting annoying getting the wrong order ALL the time and having to drive back and wait in line. Especially late hours!!

Bought the skimpiest teriyaki bowl in my life! Only half full finished it in like 7 bites, I've always bought bowls and they've always come full to the top hitting the lid these were barely half ways I was pissed! 😡 Don't go here staff may be friendly but they skimp you big time! ( Maybe they are told to portion control) But still half bowl is wild

I ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich combo meal. As I ate about half of it, then I noticed the chicken was cold in the middle as if it had just came out of the refrigerator. I complained and showed them the chicken, how cold and uncooked it was and received a partial refund. Not eating here again.

I went for two tacos, end up ordering more for my family, and don't get my tacos. Seems lazy or incompetent. Really isn't that big of a deal, but why would I go back if those that are working can't do the bare minimum. Take some pride in what you do. Try and be better.

I ordered a number 2 the double jack meal and they gave me a Jumbo jack instead of the double jack today. It was regular with everything on it which is weird they didn’t have onions or cheese on my Jack burger. Already touched the damn burger so I return it. And for the kids meal I said light ketchup no mustard and they put a ton of mustard on the kids meal. Are they not listening when you give the order????

You get forced to wait in line for an hour while getting haggled by the homeless that hang out around there then they don't even get the order right. Idk what happened to this store it use to be my fav but i definitely advise going to the one on the other side of town instead of this one, they are also extremely slow but they get the order right and are much nicer.

The worst jack in the box visit I've ever experienced. It took more than 10 minutes to receive a single order for a sourdough jack with a milk! Jack in the Box was clearly SO busy processing called in orders that, present at the window patrons are being treated second best. Not okay for a drive thru establishment!

I swear 80% of the times I go here I’m ordering food for one person and no one’s behind me in line and they park me out front, then 3 cars pull in and get their food before me. Very bad customer service, the point of a drive thru is to drive through, get your food and go, not drive thru, order, pay, and park for 10 minutes while they serve other people.

Think I’ve been here four times. Fair warning. You have about a 50% chance of getting the right order. I know that chicken strips and Bacon Double Jack sound identical, but I’d figure most employees would be intelligent enough to tell the difference. And don’t expect and kind of expedited fix or refund if you go inside. That’s $16 wasted. Do yourselves a favor and go across town to the other location.

Literally the worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been to! They have always got my families order wrong, and tonight we were in the drive through for nearly 30 minutes all because the person working the drive through couldn’t even speak clearly and kept getting what we asked for wrong. We repeated the order to the guy Atleast 10 times and our meals were still screwed up! So bad that our bacon on our burgers were basically raw like they micro-waved it for not even 45 secs. We noticed this and didn’t even want to wait through the mess again so we just threw the food away and went somewhere else. DONT GO HERE
