I have had a couple bad experiences at this McDonald's recently. If you go in the evening, the line is excessively long and slow compared to other locations. The workers seem to be very understaffed and stressed. The last time I went, I waited for 40 minutes and my fries were cold and unsalted. Additionally, the parking lot is very dirty and the transient population is high in the area. There is a security guard outside during the day.

They were nice and quick, but I gave them 3 stars because our food was cold! Our fries were extra cold and not even salted. Seemed old and like they have been sitting around for awhile. We would have complained and had them remake our food, but we had already left and were on our way to our hotel.

The last 5 times I’ve been here they either forget something or make a mistake. Twice I PAID for extra sauce and they forgot to put it in the bag, they only gave me what comes included with the order. The third time I asked for no cheese and they put cheese. Today I decided not to buy extra sauce because they always forget it and they forgot to give me the ones included with the order. They also forget the patties I paid for. Then you go inside and everyone acts like they don’t see you smh. By the time I get home, which is down the street, my fries are cold from waiting for them to fix it. Get it together. I get making a mistake every once in a while but every time?? Seriously?

Really bad staff ! Not friendly at all ! They didn’t accept us because only the drive was open after 10pm and we ask if we can just order online or face to face they literally didn’t care. Run away

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The cashier was wearing a mask and I can barely understand what she was saying. I don’t speak Spanish. Covid is long over. No need for a mask anymore. The manager needs to put someone who speaks clearly at the register. It’s sad

This was my kid's go-to spot after school but this morning i saw a roach in the women's bathroom and was grossed out. :( i know its hard to keep up with the environment around the area but i just cant go back anymore.

This McDonald always gets the order wrong every single time. This is the 4th time I’ve been here and I don’t get complicated food it’s literally sausage McGriddle and sausage McMuffin the way it comes and they always get it wrong. Either no egg and once they even gave me a chicken McGriddle it’s just ridiculous and then I asked for the correct item right now and she gave me such an attitude like it was my fault they messed AGAIN not even an apology nothing. Absolutely rude and incompetent. I had to get back in line lady and asked politely you need to get your attitude right. That’s why you work here.

I don’t want to leave this review but, is McDonald’s getting cheap? They have to use paper “large fry” bags and they are literally the same or very close size as the small fry. I get it, it’s a large fry not a big deal but if you’re paying $6 for the large fry then I would like it to be a large fry in the large fry box cause this small paper bag is nothing. I’m a small guy and my fist is bigger than this bag. Would like a refund for this order if this is possible cause it’s unacceptable.

Went in, went to counter, and stood there for 5 minutes and not one McDonald's employee even looked at me the whole time. Three or 4 of them stood with their backs towards me and never turned around. I was the only potential customer at the counter, besides their "security guy" who watched me walk back out the front door. Without spending a dime. This was about 8:05pm 8-27-25 at the long beach location on long beach blvd./6th street downtown. I will never go into that McDonalds again. Ever. I usually spend good money at this franchises locations. Not anymore.
