This place was pretty good but I definitely would make it a take out place since the place seems run down. Ordered the #4 bo la lot and it was great #7 duck vermicelli was bad. Smelled terrible like they didn’t wash the duck enough #10 bun cha was great Overall would come back for the #4 and #10 but id stay clear of their duck dishes

When I order Hainanese chicken I mean I want Hainanese chicken, not some rice with a side of overcooked, dry, tasteless chicken I can get from frozen meal plate for $2 in grocery. Your menu says it & photos showed it as what Hainanese chicken looks like& you know how to make it. But no! The plate I got was something else: giant portion of rice, lettuce tomato cucumber to make it look big & on the side is 6 pieces of overcooked tasteless chicken. The chicken should be the main focus part of the dish, a little rice, cucumber, tomato on the side. The rice was dry & hard too. I took 3 bites but didn't finish. Waste of my time & money. Let me tell you what it is: Hainanese Chicken rice is a chicken dish of lightly poached chicken that’s been lightly boiled-cooked, served with rice that's also cooked in the poaching liquid, so it's soft, tender, served with ginger-garlic chili sauce and soup made from the poaching liquid. Either change your menu, remove "Hainan chicken" because it isn't it, so as not to mislead people. My ancestors from Hainan so I know what it should taste like. I was willing to help give small business a try but I've had wayyy way better dish elsewhere & cheaper than this $16+.

I ordered Bún Chả Hà Nội and Bún Mắm, and honestly, both were pretty disappointing. The Bún Mắm was the worst I’ve ever had , the shrimp didn’t taste fresh, the soup had no lemongrass flavor, and the fish felt cold and undercooked, probably frozen. The Bún Chả Hà Nội wasn’t much better; the meat wasn’t very fresh either. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty , just the two of us on a weekend, which felt a bit odd. The owner was really friendly and welcoming, and when I mentioned how the Bún Mắm tasted, he said he would take it into consideration. I truly want to support small businesses like this, but I hope they improve, because there are so many other options in the Bolsa area. The restaurant itself is clean, and the menu has a lot of dishes, but honestly, these two dishes just didn’t work for us. Parking in the T&K area can also be tricky on weekends.
Zan will tell you they only have fish size medium even though you are their first customer. You pay for medium size only to see how that the fish is small and skinny. Disappointed customer and will not return.
Do not come here...the worst viet food ever..I can guaranteed this place will be out of biz in 90 days..
