We got there about 10 minutes before they closed that night but the workers were still very friendly and the food was hot. My hat's off to the Lufkin Medford Drive Chick-fil-A and all their awesome workers.

Okay, let me just say this: I’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A for years and I know manager material when I see it. And honey, Alan Gamboa? HE. IS. IT. This man isn’t even a manager (yet!) and he’s already doing manager things. Like??? He steps in when people are slacking, keeps his cool when the lunch rush is insane, and somehow STILL manages to be nice to literally everyone (even the customers who ask for 12 sauces for one nugget). 🙄💅 He’s the type that shows up early, stays late, and actually cares about the job, not just clocking in and out. And don’t even get me started on his work ethic. Alan doesn’t just go the extra mile, he builds the whole highway. I’ve seen managers with less leadership in their whole body than Alan has in his pinky. Give this man a title, a headset, and some authority already. Trust me, the store would run smoother and morale would skyrocket. If he’s not manager material, then I don’t know what is. End of story.
Very friendly staff, Real flowers in vases on tables. Beware of $$$$ choc cookies on counter. Lovely 'server' who checked on us twice in 20 min. A+ experience
My family has eaten here twice. Once, dine-in on the way back from Thanksgiving and the second time, driving through for dinner vacation. Both times, good food, clean place and friendly staff. Keep it up!!
Visited a view days ago, I am from Houston and wanted a quick bite. Cindy was absolutely wonderful; gave me extra condiments, asked about my day, made me laugh and sent me off back to houston with a wonderful and a great smile!! Great that chick fil a has a wonderful worker :)
The chick fil a on the loop is my go to for "fast food" always good and fresh. Mrs.Julie Walker does an awesome job and her team is amazing! I placed a mobile order today on 5/22/25 and everything was perfect, except I was missing a cookie! I was still in the parking lot so I just got back in line and, they apologized (which wasn't even needed! Things happen) and a team member gave me a cookie! I drove home, and unpacked my bag (I ate my cookie in the car ☺️) I got home and saw I had TWO boxes, instead of the one (12 count nuggets) They had put a sample pack of 2 count chicken strips in my bag! I thought that was an awesome idea! My husband loves the strips. So this was definitely a nice appreciated surprise! Thank you chick fil a southloop crossing❤️

Ordered the chick fil a grilled chicken. The chicken and cheese were cold, not fresh at all. Finally the fries were crispy and not mushy.

The food was great but it was not a good time because of the person who took our order Rylan B. He had an attitude the whole time and had a face of not wanting to be there and he kept repeating the same phrase like we were stupid and I kept repeating the order over and over and he consistently kept saying "large" and it is not the first time I have had issues with him. He is always having an attitude. I have reported it to the manager before as well. If he doesnt want a job let someone else who does need one have that spot.

Asked my wife to bring me a deluxe meal on her lunch , work night shift and woke up on my day off very hungry. Anticipation was killer and when she got here and I ate a delicious waffle fry and opened the box I found the top bun missing. What a bummer, generic bun later and good to go, but for 21.26 thought I'd had better service.
There’s a young lady at the register who has terribly people skills and doesn’t communicate effectively. Food was great but can’t deal with bad customer service especially when spending over $50.
My friend and I ordered some CFA and the guy Rylan was very hostile toward us. His customer service falls short of the CFA standard. I do not want to return to this location again. I couldn't eat my sandwich in peace.
The customer service was horrible. We ordered food for 9 people only got food for 7. Then the drink order was totally wrong. The person at counter has no people skills at all
