We stopped by this Subway (open 24 hours) and had a great experience! We ordered an Ensalada de tiras de roll and a Veggie Delite 15 cm with bacon and cheese — everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. The staff was kind and fast, and it’s amazing to find a place open all night in Madrid. Perfect spot for a quick and delicious meal at any time of day! 🥗🥪🌙

Absolutely love this Subway location. The sandwiches are always fresh, the store is super clean, and the whole vibe is friendly and relaxed. Huge shoutout to Ray Ann and Jenny. They are both amazing. Ray Ann puts together sandwiches with so much care it honestly feels like art. Jenny is always kind and thoughtful and somehow remembers my favorite order even when I don’t. They make you feel welcome the second you walk in and never rush you even during busy hours. It’s the kind of service that actually makes you smile. If you’re looking for a Subway where the food is great and the people are even better this is the one. Ray and Jenny make it special every single time.

We tried this address for the first time, the sales staff (i noticed José and Alexander ) were super nice and patient since we dont know the language, they give great advice on what's on the menu and a very good humor, we felt in a peaceful environment to take our break . Great address I recommend

Un restaurante limpio y ordenado. El personal es amable y respetuoso. El servicio es bueno, los precios razonables, la comida deliciosa y limpia, y el lugar es espacioso y agradable.

Hoy me pedí un sub grande de bisteck y honestamente no volvería a comer más en este local, las dependientas bordes y además que pague 10,30€ para comer prácticamente puro pan, por ese precio me esperaba un poco más resuelta la comida, no comer solo pan con lechuga.. al menos agreguen un poco de más cantidad a la comida por esos precios. Para eso solo me compraba una barra de pan solo en el súper por 0,70€

Very disappointing experience. Maybe this is normal in Spain, but we're not used to it at Subway. We got very little on our 30cm sandwich (three cucumbers). What if I ordered the 15cm sandwich? Would I get just one cucumber slice? The sandwich was very dry, almost no sauce. The woman was very mean and only spoke Spanish, even though we told her we speak English. A homeless person even came in begging for money, and the staff did nothing about it. Not safe.

Giving 1 star is more for this pathetic place because of the lady staff here. First of all she was not friendly at all. Second while ordering vegan sub generally 4 patties are added in a foot long sub but she told her other staff tk just include 3 in her language. Then she asked not to wrap the sub. Later while billing she read that out currency is INR , she started making weird faces. Very rude and racist I must say , she was neither helpful not she was letting other person help us. I would definitely not recommend this branch. BAD EXPERIENCE, a big NOOOO. Her name is SUSAN by the way. Pathetic lady , very ill mannered

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The food was not up to standard, and when we politely asked the staff member to clean the knife before preparing our order, she insisted it was already clean, even though it clearly wasn’t. She also had a bit of an attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. Cleanliness and customer service really need improvement.

I ordered a tuna salad, which cost €3 less at another branch with identical additions. There was no mention of any additional toppings, sauce quantity was excessively limited to three small portions, and the overall experience at this location was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this branch.
