I come here every once in a while and I must say the shift lead Angeline is amazing each and every time. Yesterday, I was in a rush to get on the train and she made sure I was out immediately after my order was taken. Yesterday, I had an excellent experience at this location. The cashier, Valentina, was respectful and welcoming and gave me a good portion of ice cream. I was a bit disappointed by how they didn't have cones, but she cheered me up by giving me a large cup of ice cream. I also ordered water, and I appreciated how she didn't fill the cup with ice. The location was clean, spacious, and quiet. I would love to return whenever I'm in Downtown Miami.

Well.... 2nd sad/bad experience on Chick-fil-A. This time the reason, as per the employees, is because it is not a corporate restaurant but a franchise (!) I visited the store to make a purchase and ordered a cup of water. When I noticed I was charged for it, I returned to speak with the manager on duty, Angelina. She explained that charging for water is simply how they run the store. I asked politely where on the menu it states that a cup of water comes with a charge, but she was unable to provide an answer. Instead, she told me I should have been paying attention to what was being added to my order and that they are not required to inform customers about charging for water. I found this response disrespectful. Additionally, I think it’s unreasonable to charge for a cup of water without clearly informing the customer beforehand. Overall, I felt disrespected and deceived, and the manager’s attitude did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in charge.
Ms. Ramona, I support all your Black-owned businesses, but if you still own this Chick-fil-A location, I strongly recommend stepping in and retraining the staff on proper customer service. The service was disappointing — slow, unprofessional, and lacking basic hospitality. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this here. The experience left a bad taste, and not because of the food.
Absolutely disgusting food and even worse customer service. Cashier hated his life and took it out on all of the customers in there. I bought a Market salad and received lettuce, chicken and a chunk of raw mystery meat (see picture). I’ve never had this issue before at any CFA location. The market salad is one of my favorites meals of all time. I spent 30 minutes waiting for my food just to receive this inedible meal. $30 down the drain. I spoke with customer service and was informed that they are a licensed location, which explains it all. Please save yourself a headache and a stomach ache and go to the other location in river landing.
The food was cooked before and reheated again when it was served to me. The cleaner was closing the seating area an hour before closing and allowing customers to dining in. The restroom has no hand soap. The service and staff were not expecting for Chick fill A as a quality fast food restaurant. This is the worst Chick fil A every I have visited and tried it. Not recommended to visit this branch at all.

I go up to the counter and im rudely informed that I an unable to use my Chick Fil A app in any capacity at CHICK FIL A. I later got my food that was mediocre and disgusting. Poor food, poor service, HORRIBLE chick fil A. I will NEVER come back here and neither should you.(and I had to pay for my water cup) 0/5 stars.

My Family and I visit Chick-fil-A yesterday on December 1, 2025 as we were paying there was a German roach walking on the counter where you pay we were so surprised! My whole family was in shock. The manager didn’t even come over to tell us nothing. All I wanted to do was to kill the roach and no apology. That’s super unprofessional and customer service is not very good as well as your manager.!!!!!
On February 5th at around 6:20pm, I stopped into Chick‑fil‑A to place an order before catching my train. When I approached the register, one associate told me she wasn’t taking orders and that I needed to wait for the next person. When the next associate came over, there was no typical Chick‑fil‑A greeting. Instead, the first thing she said was, “How can I assist you, baby?” I was taken aback, as this is not the professional tone I’m accustomed to at Chick‑fil‑A. Throughout the entire transaction, she continued to call me “baby,” which made me uncomfortable—especially coming from someone much younger than me. After placing my order, I realized both of my drinks were incorrect. When I pointed this out, another associate asked if I wanted to keep the wrong drink, explaining that they “didn’t want to waste it.” I declined, because it wasn’t what I ordered. I had requested a fruit punch and an Arnold Palmer, but I was given a fruit punch float and someone else’s lemonade. When I identified the associate who took my order, she questioned whether she had actually helped me—even though it had been only a few minutes. She then went to a manager, and I was called over again with, “Can you come here, baby? We have to recharge you, but the first charge will fall off.” At that point, I just needed to catch my train, but the entire interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. There was no “my pleasure” from anyone, and the overall service did not reflect the Chick‑fil‑A standard I’m used to. This experience needs to be addressed. The professionalism and customer‑service protocol Chick‑fil‑A is known for were completely missing, and I hope the team receives proper coaching moving forward.
