My favorite lunch and there are a lot of people at that time, but I always love their food with fresh ingredients and a good atmosphere, the employees always doing their best to give me good service.

The food here is amazing, staff was super friendly and services was very efficient.

Best chicken spot in Downtown Miami!

This is the best chicken kitchen location I’ve ever been to. I love a block away and I order from them at least 2 times a week. Their staff is very clean, fast and they’re are always smiling and in a great mood, and the food is always really fresh. Hands down the best chicken kitchen location of all south Florida!!!!

Very pleased to have a chicken kitchen open in the downtown area. The food tasted fresh and consistent to other chicken kitchens. Provided this stays the same this place will be a very welcomed addition.

Food at Chicken Kitchen is amazing! We happened to visit by accident, but we are more than glad that we had a chance to enjoy this amazing food and service!

Everything chicken is made from chicken breast, so if you are looking for crispy hot buffalo wings or drumsticks this place is not the one you want to visit. But if you are all about healthy food - this is the right place and probably the best in the neighborhood (we do not want to go to Whole foods nearby for the overpriced chicken). The space is clean, the service is fast. Recommended.

The store manager Juan is amazing at running the store. I had not been to a CK in a while so I was excited to have lunch with a friend here. The food was fresh, the sauces were on point and the staff was quick and friendly. The dining room was clean and we were able to have a great super casual lunch. Obviously the pricing is amazing considering it being downtown and the bowls are very filling. I will be visiting again for sure.

Ok, I am a woman of few reviews, for no other reason than lack of time. I work in the world of film and commercial production where things move super fast and can change in a blink of an eye. Just recently I was working on a really cool shoot in the area - we were running behind on schedule and with little to no warning the producers decided they did not like what was ordered for lunch. I had to pivot fast and I am a personal lover of Chicken Kitchen already, obviously they top any "on the go' restaurants in terms of fresh ingredients without breaking the bank! When I saw they were in the area I ran as fast as I could as we were approaching not just the crew lunch but pretty much the entire cities as well. With 20 people to feed in less than 30 mins I ran with a hope and a prayer!! I was greeted by the incredible manager of the location, Juan. This man is the only reason for this review! Without hesitation he sprang into action as not only did I need 20 plus orders in 30 mins I also needed each one to have the name of the person ordering on it for quick distro (remember we are behind schedule). Juan was prepping for his normal rush hour and pivoted to help me with ease. He grabbed a sharpie and started writing the names and orders on the lids on each container and sending them down the line almost like a Frisbee. I could not believe how quick him and his team executed the order and amidst an insane lunch rush. The food is top tier, but again, not the point of this review! As a business owner for seven years I can say with my whole heart that "People like Juan are what makes businesses great!!" Without the dedication, ease, and care for your customer you become just another retailer, just another drive thru. People like Juan are the difference. Today and always may you be celebrated. Chicken Kitchen is lucky to have you sir.

It was my first time eating at Chicken Kitchen, and I had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service from the two girls was very positive.

I’ve been ordering from this place for a while and unfortunately lately I’m terribly disappointed in service. Because every time I order online, my order is messed up. Every time I try to give them another chance they ruin my experience again. All the time they add ingredients to my order that I didn’t ask for or not adding what I asked for. And it’s always ingredients that I hate. So instead of enjoying my dish, I have to sit and get things out of my order before I can eat. So annoying! It’s unfortunate, because food is pretty good. But looks like person who put order together doesn’t know how to read. It happened 3 times. I guess it’s my last time ordering from this place.

I ordered a wrap with rice, chicken, beans and plantains. the guy was very rude from the start but I don’t really care. What annoyed me was me asking if can chop the plantains as well… he told they’re already cut into pieces … it’s a wrap … I’m obviously asking if you can chop it the way you can a chicken . And the he did it with such bad attitude and just cut it into two pieces like … ??? I don’t know man … I’ve never had an issues ordering before 🤷‍♀️

First off big portions for a reasonable price. I ordered the Cuban bowl large which should come with beans, lettuce and tomato with rice and chicken but I only received the chicken and rice. I don't want to eat my chicken with a spoon, thanks. Next time going somewhere else.

They haven't updated their menu prices on the website. The family platter is priced at 11.99 with 16 ounces of chicken breast and 2 sides. The real price is $17.79, and you get next to nothing for your money. The family platter is a plastic plate with 3 sections, they have it that way because of the three sections you get less space for food . The width is about 9 inches in diameter and about an inch maybe a little more in height. For the family platter they give you 2 cups of chopped chicken breast but the size of the measuring cups is not a full cup. It's either a half of a cup or a little bit more. Now when they put the chicken in the cup after it's been diced they don't pack it in so all the nucks and crannies leave open spaces. The chicken breasts are on the warming side of the grill and anyone knows that chick breast dries out quickly under those conditions. Would certainly be better if they took them off the grill and reheat for a couple minutes before diced . The amount of food you get for $18 dollars is not worth it. The menu is limited and let's say you were a 200 pound body builder this would be a snack. Their business model has shrunk along with the food. At least they could of brought back the whole chicken for value sakes. Doesn't dry out as much because of the bones surrounding the meat. People want value for there hard earned money and this is a bit disappointing. I would think that a whole chicken would be a lot cheaper than just buying chicken breasts. Volume versus value is just not there.

Terrible business practice is going on here, they want to sell you a can coke 5 dollars and food over priced. Then when I asked to use the bathroom the cashier gave an attitude and told me to hurry up. I will never return here this place is horrible.

When I pointed it out, the cashier just shrugged like she didn’t care, despite clearly not speaking much English. How is someone like that handling orders in a busy U.S. store? That’s beyond careless. I asked for curry sauce (one out of hundreds available), and the cashier acted like I was speaking a different language. It was so frustrating I almost lost it. To top it all off, I overheard the two of them mumbling about me, and as I left, their judgmental, hateful stares followed me across the street. It was clear they resented having to work there and took it out on customers. Look, all I wanted was my correct order and basic respect. Instead, I got poor service, rude behavior, and what felt like outright hostility. This isn’t how a business should treat its customers. Absolute trash all I wanted was my right order.

We waited on a Saturday which on their website it says they open at 10:30 am on a Saturday for them to open trying to get something to eat before heading out of town and they where not open . Workers were ignoring our party as well as a delivery driver and several other guests who were all very confused as to why they advertise being open at 10:30 am on Saturday's at that location if that was not the case.
