Avis sur Starbucks Milpitas
I went February 3rd at 830pm and omg, what an amazing staff. The cashier was such a nice, lovely woman! We had a great conversation while I was waiting for my drink. Then when I got my drink the barista that made it, made this awesome little note on my cup! Totally made my night. Thank you Starbucks!!
Drinks made great, always yummy. Friendly service most days. Never any issues with my orders.
This is a great Starbucks. They have plenty of seating. The staff are courteous and provide quick and efficient service. The whole place is kept clean by staff and customers alike.
The baristas are excellent at this location. They are helpful with my customized drink orders. The drinks always come out right. The food is average, but no fault of the store. Starbucks food, in general, is just average. Great location and atmosphere!
I regularly visit the nearby Starbucks and always enjoy my time there. My go-to drinks are the Vanilla Cappuccino with coconut milk and the Shaken Espresso with oat milk. Both are consistently delicious. If I'm hungry, the Banana Loaf is a perfect snack. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy, making it a great place to relax. Highly recommend!
I am not a Starbucks person, so I only go to Starbucks once in a while. I came to this Starbucks on the way back after dropping off my boyfriend at the airport. It was the first time I went to this location, and it is by far the best interior-designed Starbucks I've ever been to. The whole atmosphere is very neat and cozy. It has the open area seating as well as the semi-private seating. I was able to find a table at a corner and I loved it. As an introvert person, this semi-private seating just gave me so much comfort; I felt safe being in the corner all by myself. Bacon, Sausage, and Egg Wrap is always good as usual. It is one of my favorite breakfast wraps. I've been buying this wrap whenever I go to Starbucks for breakfast, and it has never disappointed me. The parking lot is quite big at this location. I didn't have trouble finding a parking space at all.
A very nice place to listen music or work on laptop with a coffee. This one is spacious and at a wonderful location at the entrance of milpitas from 880fwy. I ordered for a hot latte, my son - mocha cookie crumble and my wife went for a caramel ribbon crunch. I got a latte Frappuccino 😀 but they quickly replaced it with the right one without asking too many questions so amazing service as well. Right now enjoying these drinks 🥤 🙂
Really good place to order. They'll have your drink on time or before the time estimate. It does get packed in the morning if you're look to dine in. So plan accordingly.
Happy coffee! First time stopping at this Starbucks with a couple of friends. Walked in about 30 to 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday or Saturday night. Lounging area; 3 diff varitions & cozy. Needed some feedback on a couple of drinks as well as suggestions and staff stepped up to the plate. They were helpful & super sweet all through our visit and when it was time to close, they were just as respectful, courteous and patient.
Great and consistent service, nice seating area. It can be really loud when busy. 05/31/25: I did notice earlier today, the drive-thru line was out to Calaveras Boulevard, someone was taking order by the front door while the drive-thru line was empty. Maybe he/she can pay attention next time and move the line further in, so more cars can fit? On that note, people, if the line was that long, just park and get out. You'll get your order quicker. :)
They made my order incorrectly and when I arrived back to the location they just gave me a weird look when I repeated my order and what was wrong with it. And remade it, I just wasted 10 mins driving back and all I got was a corrected drink.
I stopped by this Starbucks to quickly use the restroom, planning to order right after — but no one was even at the counter to take my order. I waited, looked around, and when I asked to use the restroom, they still refused, saying it’s for paying customers only. It’s frustrating because I wanted to make a purchase, but how can I if there’s literally no one available to take an order? I understand policy, but a little common sense and courtesy go a long way. Not the friendly or welcoming Starbucks experience I expected.
A loyal account holder and customer of many years spending $$$, while in the store asks barrister for some water and the first thing she says is, "have you made any purchase with us today?"- with a stern face. This store should be ashamed of itself.
The workers complained every time that I need to give them "enough" time to make coffee when I use the mobile order, to place the order ahead. The funny thing is they actually have a drive-thru and they have less time to make the coffee if I were just ordering through the drive-thru. Not exactly sure why they’re giving the attitudes, but hope that the site manager figures out after seeing this posting. I assume they do this for everyone who uses the mobile order. I have not seen anyone else complaining about this in all starbucks I've been to from San Jose all the way to San Ramon.
Even though I live within a half mile of this place I’d rather drive to a better location at McCarthy Ranch or Dixon. Today was another reminder of why I will never step foot in this sbux again. I came to meet a friend for coffee before going for dinner and while I was waiting for my friend to arrive I asked to use the restroom and the person at the register asked if i “made a purchase yet?” And I let them know not yet because I was waiting for a friend. The employee said I need to make a purchase to use the restroom. I then asked for only a cup of ice and was again met with “you need to make a purchase first”. The fact that I couldn’t even get a cup of ice I didn’t argue I simply said “okay” and walked away. I stepped outside and told my friend we are not meeting here. I will never come to this sbux again and will absolutely inform everyone I know to avoid this place. The crazy thing is, I worked for Starbucks for 17 years from 2005-2022 and never in my life rejected anyone from using the restroom or a cup of water or ice. I was there through so much change and the whole Philadelphia incident but this is off the wall. I’m just getting out of work and dressed in business casual attire so there’s no way they would think I was a transient so to be denied like this is completely disrespectful.
⭐ 1-Star Review — Starbucks on Calaveras Blvd I’ve tolerated a lot of small issues from this Starbucks location over the years—missing extras I paid for, mobile orders never quite right (no caramel when I ask for extra, no ice when I ask for extra), and I’ve always let it go. But after today, I’m done. This morning was the final straw. I placed a mobile order from home, and by the time I got there, it was marked ready. The intercom system was apparently down, which is fine—but the employee taking orders outside was standing so far from the entrance to the drive-through that I had no idea he was even working there. It looked like someone chatting with a friend. There was no signage, no cones, nothing. So I drove in like normal. When I reached the window and politely explained what happened, the employee didn’t even look to check if my mobile order was ready. He stared me dead in the face and flatly said, “It’s not ready.” No confirmation, no effort, nothing. Then he told me to leave and go back through the line. I get it—yes, I accidentally skipped the line. But I explained the misunderstanding, and there was zero attempt at understanding or resolution. The bare minimum would have been to check if my drink—which was already marked ready—was sitting there. To top it all off, if your intercom is down, your mobile orders should be handled more carefully. Don’t keep it business as usual when your systems aren’t working properly—and definitely don’t position the outdoor order-taker so poorly that people can bypass the process without realizing. I’ve worked in customer service. I understand mistakes happen. I didn’t show up angry or rude. But this was bad service, plain and simple. And after consistently letting small things slide, this was the moment I decided to just leave my drink and never go back again.
April 2023. .. this is 8th customer service complaint in 5 months on this store. This Was a great store. Now a poorly run store. Male employee ( tall, bushy hair, rim glasses, and bad breath) yells at customers and taking his stress out on people. At point of order, can hear him nor can hear you. Mind is elsewhere as repeated order twice. When asked for help..he snaps at customer and is rude. Maybe it is color of my skin..Maybe my race..Maybe management encourages this behavior..but rudeness and arrogance is color of the day. What a difference a few miles makes. In 2227 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063 Place packed with humans..and some 🐕 Busy..hustling..busling next a 3000 person conference. Nnnooooo yelling.. No rudeness.. No concerns about color or creed.. awesome.. maybe the Milpitas store is the corner case... picture from Redwood City
