Every year wenn we come to lago di iseo, we visit Monte isola and have lunch here. Great Food, very nice terrace, friendly people and wonderfull view. I recommend the fried of grille fish platter and the seafood lasagne.
From Iseo, take the ferry and head right to the restaurant. The best fish on the lake.

We discovered this place by mistake, and we got extremely excited when we found it. The mountains from the other side of the lake created a spectacular view. The service was great. A nice lady who seemed to be part of the family who owns that place took care of us during the dinner. She was very kind and she had good English. We had a plate of assorted cheeses, which was so tasty. For the main courses, we chose stuffed fish and grilled fish, both was very delicious. We had a good time. Highly recommend everyone who goes to Sulzano or Monte Isola to go to this restaurant!
Wonderful fish. I had the fish soup and we tried a bunch of other dishes all excellent. The ferry ride over to the island was fun too. Highly recommend.
A memorable meal in a fantastic place! We came in a cold weekday, so there was no line. Don’t expect many smiles from the staff, but the service is fast and the lake fish is delicious. The prices are reasonable. Enjoy the views from the terrace!

This place deserves all the props it gets. Sat right on the water. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is local and amazing. Sauce will make you want to return for at least an annual pilgrimage. Get the fish lasagna if they have it. Fantastic.
We had a lovely meal overlooking the lake. Great food and the wine was awesome. A new bottle of local Chardonnay was served. The owner was lovely during a very busy lunch rush. Monte Isola is a beautiful place to rent a bike, eat and enjoy the lake region of Italy. Highly recommend. Perfecto!

Amazing fish lasagna and beautiful view at front of lake!
This place is in all the guide books and it turned out our rental was a 3 minute walk away! We went every night for 3 nights and enjoyed the delicious food each time. Our favorite was the special “fish lasagna,” which sounds weird but was actually incredible. Great service and beautiful lakeside view. Highly recommend if you haven’t discovered it in your guidebook already! Prego!
Good was good, but service. I asked to change the table - they didn’t let me, but restaurant was empty. I didn’t really feel that people were friendly there, maybe tired in the heat, I don’t know. I normally do not leave a bad reviews but at this case wanted to work you to do not expect any friendly people there. Food was great! View is amazing at this place.
Nice place just on the lake very close to the ferry stop. The food was good, wine was great, service fast but lacking empathy. Overall we had a good lunch at a fair price but unfortunately not worth a 5 star. I'm pretty sure that with some little improvements this location could get a full score next time.

We came to have a drink and a gelato. Unfriendly staff who were obviously not happy to be there. Slow to help once they found out we were not having lunch (we were there before 11:30). Would go to other places
Ordered grilled fish fillet from the sea and potato chips. Quite boring dish without any salad or sauce. Thin potato chips with little to no flavor. The fish was a bit raw and had a few bones in it but still tasted okay. Not worth 22 euros…
The food quality is subpar, and the service is lacking. I strongly advise against dining here.
