I went through the drive thru and ordered blacken chicken with coleslaw. It was delicious. The employees were cheerful and polite when we placed our order, drove to the window, and paid and received our food. 👍👍

Visited in the early afternoon (not during rush hour). Food was hot and the turnaround time was fast. This was my first time here, and I was pleasantly surprised that the AI drive-thru handled standard orders well. Staff mentioned the system is usually over 95% accurate, which is impressive and probably a sign of where drive-thru ordering is heading. One small drawback: the responses to reviews seem to be AI-generated. It would be nice if a human reviewed them as well to add a more personal touch.

Good is always good. The AI ordering is impossible, I had to ask for a human to take my order. I tried to order online and it would not go through, I tried ordering my bundle online and it was 15.00 more. I tried one more time to place online and it went through. I walked into to pick up my order and waited about 5 minutes before somebody came and greeted me, she was a bit rude, then the manger came up and asked if I had an online and I told him yes. He looked on the screen and it wasn’t there, then the girl said oh let me release it for her so you can get it ready. Not too happy with the service.

Food is good, the service could improve a ton, theres about 5-7 cars in the drive thru and the car in the front is holding the line because they have a big order which is understandable, but theres an empty parkinglot. Have them park so the rest of us with regular small orders can pass through. This location closes @ 12 midnight but they are pre cleaning @ 10. Service needs help, im not even mad about the service team. But the management needs to step it up and use the empty parkinglot for common sense basic strategy.

I paid $15 for Ghost Pepper wings, and they were completely dry — drier than the Shara . There was no ghost pepper sauce at all, and the pieces were extremely small, more like scraps than actual wings.

Be warned..Do not use their app. I was charged for a. 30 dollar + meal and this location said they never received it and had no history of my order. I was still charged had no food and had to take it up with customer service. They didn't even offer a refund just a measly meal voucher. Popeyes has gone down hill in customer service

The slowest moving Popeyes you will be stuck in the drive thru like the 405 freeway smh terrible. They make you wait forever. The manager needs training to make the workers move and stop being lazy.

This is only the 2nd time I have ordered from here and never again. I ordered (2) 3 piece meals which were way overpriced. My meal had a side of mac and cheese. As I took a spoonful of mac and cheese I felt something hard in my mouth. At first I thought it a piece of my tooth until it poked the roof of my mouth. After trying to get it out I saw that it was a piece of thin metal about an inch long. The following day I contacted their corporate office for them to tell me, thank you for letting us know. No offer to at least pay for my entire order as an apology. Had I swallowed it and something more severe happened they would be worrying about a lawsuit. All they told me was they were going to advise the location. I haven't heard back from the location or corporate office since my initial complaint. I even sent them a picture of the piece of metal. Bad business manners. Beware of things in your food.

Very hostile employee!!! I know she's a Latina but she's the one who looks a little Middle Eastern. She needs to keep her personal life out of work, take the day off, or find a new place desperate enough to mistakenly hire her. Mac & cheese is amazing! The fried chicken is usually great! The coleslaw is great! The butter biscuits are good! I hate when all the chicken tenders are small pieces :( Make sure to check your large sides, sometimes they will give a medium serving size, which isn't a menu option. I miss the half circle table near the register. It gave the place a very premium feel. Now it feels like another soulless fastfood place.

So I'm from North Carolina and we don't have a Popeyes so I come to catley. Expecting good chicken and my food was shitty and dry No utensils staying at a hotel so by the time I open it was too late to go back, was also missing my Chicken tenders and my sauce that I asked for I clearly got none. I'm highly dissatisfied disappointed in Popeyes. I would never go back.😤😤😤

I have a bad buying experience at his house tonight. I walk in the store at 8:33 pm and I order the five dollar shrimp box. The guy told me I need wait 30 minutes. I say ok I don’t want it. And I go to dive way to order the box. Just spend 1 minutes get the box. ??? Why. So funny.

Update<1/17/2021> Surprise surprise, this place still disappoints. Even the specialty things are NOWHERE NEAR what they should be. The new Rip'n' chicken i got its just a tender with 3 straw like strips at the top. ----‐---------------------- Service has gotten bad here, not sure if it's management or just the team working there, but it's not good at all. The day I walked in there were 3 orders handed out wrong just in the couple minutes I was waiting in line. I went to get the mild strips combo, I was told it would be 3 minutes before they had the mild, half hour later they still didn't even put any mild strips to cook. Even the coleslaw has changed, it's being made with sweet relish to sweeten it up. Would rather get KFC or Pollo Loco next time.
