Posizione fantastica, buona parte della riuscita della vacanza è merito dello Chef e del Pasticciere. Insuperabili. Tornerei anche solo per il cibo! Una focaccia genovese fatta da un siciliano…la più buona mai mangiata!

Una serata che solo le nuvole hanno impedito che fosse perfetta, ci ha impermeabile di vedere il tramonto in un luogo tra i più belli al mondo, il golfo dei poeti. Tutto ottimo, e vino a volontà compreso nei 50 euro. Apericena ma è una cena, si parte con ricco buffet , poi si continua, a scelta, con un primo, un secondo, e un dessert. Ritorneremo, anche per il tramonto .

Non ho pernottato nella struttura, quindi non posso giudicare le camere . Ho effettuato un apericena al costo di 50 euro a base di pesce: antipasto a buffet ,primo e secondo serviti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo considerando il vino incluso. Il tutto contornato da una vista stupenda sul golfo dei poeti. Bellissima serata! Da ripetere!

Su suggerimento di mio figlio siamo stati ospiti in questo relay . L’occasione meritava qualcosa di particolare ebbene così e’ stato. Splendido, con il personale splendido e cortese , ma soprattutto professionale in tutti i loro ruoli. My boyfriend booked a lovely dinner at the hotel, based on a tip from his co-worker who recently attended a wedding at the property. We were concerned about driving back to La Spezzia given the roads are very narrow and winding, so we were fortunate to book a garden room last minute. The room size was generous for two people with many luxury touches including linens, robes and plush towels. The attendant even made a nice breakfast to go plus cappucinos since we had to check out very early the next morning. I would definitely stay here again when I have more time to enjoy the stunning views.

This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool. The view at breakfast was the best we experienced in all of Italy. Looking into the Ligurian sea was beautiful. The spa was wonderful and available to us to use privately for an hour when it was not in use. What a treat! Sauna, steam room relaxation areas with a freshly prepared treat made by the chef waiting for us. Two nights was not enough to enjoy this beautiful property! Laura gave us recommendations on how to enjoy Cinque Terre and local restaurants, plus graciously answered any of our questions. We loved meeting her!

One of the finest experiences we have had at any hotel ever and we have stayed at some of the best ones in the world. This gem of a boutique hotel is located on a beautiful spot in Liguria overlooking the ocean. We have never had rooms with views as good as the one we got at this hotel. We went toward the end of the season, and the hotel was not crowded at all. The service because of this was magical. Every member of the staff was gracious, helpful, and kind, and made sure that every desire or request, from room service, to reservations at the spa were accommodated to perfection. We came at night when the view was nonexistent and initially was underwhelmed by the room (it is charming and rustic), but have grown to love the space and have felt extremely comfortable here. I would love to be able to control the thermostat myself from within the room, as we didn’t want to have to call the front desk for something as minimal as to turn the temperature one degree up or down, but they happily helped us out when we needed them. The outdoor jacuzzi and sauna (for reservation only) was beautiful and amazing, and their reservation system ensured privacy for the guests using it. It was genius! We also went to their indoor spa section which had steam rooms, aromatherapy rooms, saunas, and a relaxation room. This was reservation only as well which ensured privacy for us when it was our time. I’ve never seen facilities like this reserved just for a couple. The restaurant at this hotel is truly excellent, much better than anything we’ve had in Amalfi or Como. During the three times we ate there, we tried everything on the menu and it was all delicious. I would recommend to the kitchen to have a slightly different rotating menu during the week so that guests who want to stay on the property to eat have a bit of variety. They explained quite well, but the parking is about a 5 minute walk / 2 minute electric cart ride away from the resort, and we had a bit of trouble finding the secured parking area when we first arrived (at 11:30 PM the first night) Shout out to all of the staff, but especially Filippo, who was a gentle giant who was a jack of all trades and was seemingly everywhere all at once. He drove the golf cart, helped us with our bags, helped move furniture and things around the property, answered the phones after hours, and we even saw him in the kitchen helping the chef make food for us! Truly incredible! Thank you for a warm and unforgettable stay.

The hotel is located at the top of the mountain. You need leave the car in the village parking and the team is taking you to the hotel by shuttle. Very good hotel with great view, comfortable rooms, spa, pool and the best team! The restaurant in the hotel is the best hotel restaurant ever!!!

The views are better than the pictures. I couldn't get over how beautiful the whole place was. The best part was the whole team of staff were so kind and nothing was too much trouble for them. It really made a difference. The hotel itself had everything you need (apart from a gym) and was of excellent quality. We were a little disappointed with massage's - over priced for the standard received If there is room for improvement it would be heating the pool and putting the cakes from breakfast out in the afternoon with a cup of tea! Hire a car - you'll need it to get around. Taxis are outrageously expensive.

Posso giudicare solo la formula aperitivo rinforzato simil cena, perché non ho cenato alla carta nella struttura né vi ho soggiornato Esternamente paradisiaca ben curata e silenziosa, un'oasi di pace che domina dall'alto il Golfo. Vista impagabile, anzi pagabile a caro costo Con 50 euro a testa godi della vista, che la trovi gratis pochi metri dopo, di una discreta selezione di vini a buffet serviti dal personale, di un antipasto a buffet, di un mini assaggio di primo ( servito al tavolo) secondo e dolce. Antipasto. Al buffet era rimasto poco o nulla. Ho chiesto se lo avrebbero riportato..."Non saprei" Già questo fa perdere una stella 😅 Se pago devo trovare il buffet sempre fornito. Mi pare evidente. Primo. Poco più di un assaggino, come dire c'era anche quello. Calamarata. Presentazione pessima ( da aperitivo in spiaggia) sapore poco sotto la sufficienza. Tagliata di tonno era più facile. Prodotto buono ma non ho capito il pepe...Sacher di dolce. A Vienna sarebbero arrossiti. Impresentabile. Voto del Posto 8 Del servizio 4 ( piatti portati spaiati e non insieme senza posate...etc etc) Menu e cibo 5 Peccato perché se scielgo un posto così tutto deve esser all'altezza. Come presentarsi ad un matrimonio elegante ma in infradito. Proverò cena alla carta per capire se è stata solo una serata sfortunata.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this house: quite old, on some places like sauna and pool dirty. The view is fantastic, but the parking situation, check in, rooms and facilities are not in a good condition and it’s too expensive ( One Campari Spritz or Glas of Wine costs about 20€) After check out payment we checked the bill and saw that we paid too much, but reception told us to write an email. Unfortunately no one answered our email. It’s definitely not a five star service hotel and I can’t recommend it! There are many other beautiful places in the region that have the same view.

The best part about this hotel is the location otherwise it is certaintly not value for money and overpriced. The service was very underwhelming and almost non existent. The rooms were very dated for what should be a 5 star hotel with mould in the showers and we certainly were caught off guard when we arrived back from dinner at 8.30pm to our room door fully open for what was an evening housekeeping (no one mentioned this at all). It let a lot of bugs into the room unfortunately. Breakfast was awesome and the view. The rest left a lot to be desired for.

So we booked a 2 night stay at this place, and we were immediately surprised that the facilites were pretty regular and uninspiring for a 5 star hotel . The rooms are like a normal 3 star hotel I don't think the rate they charge is worth visiting and staying here, specially if you come from somewhere far This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion, not a 4 and most certainly not a 5 If you are paying somewhere around 250 euros for this place it's ok. Anything more than this and it's absolutely not worth it The view is nice though

Spa experience not worth it. the outside pool and view makes up for a lot but not worth paying for the Spa. The facilities were not running properly, the one jacuzzi was dirty and poorly quality, the other one smelt like we were basking in chlorine. One of the Sauna’s was not on or not working… don’t know. The hot and cold showers of the spa were very disappointing. Only nice thing was the steam bath but it was not that hot. Unless they can upholster the place, I would not go back nor recommend. My mother got a massage and said it was an amazing deep tissue massage.

Most of the reviews say the view is awesome which it is. The hotel is located on top of a mountain. The truth is this is an old outdated hotel and needs to be renovated. The outdoor breakfast buffet looks nice but every day there were dozens of flies were all over the food. The thermostats in the rooms are just for show. The front desk folks control the AC. The lawn was half grass & half burnt and weeds. They do not maintain the grounds well. I would not say again. There are much nicer and less expensive hotels in the area with great views.

Posto incantevole, premetto che non ho soggiornato nelle camere. Abbiamo passato una giornata alla spa con aperitivo per un addio al nubilato. La spa è minuscola e bisogna prenotare l'orario per andarci, piscina carina, ma troppo piccola e acqua troppo calda. Per fare l'idromassaggio ti devi prenotare peccato che c'erano altre persone nel nostro stesso orario, per trovare qualcuno dello staff sono dovuta andare alla reception. Quando siamo riuscite a fare l'idromassaggio l'acqua era bollente. Nel prezzo non è compresa né acqua né frutta che devi pagare a parte. All'aperitivo cocktail annacquato e tre finger food che non arrivano neanche allo stomaco.. Esperienza da non ripetere €110 buttate nel cestino.

Solitamente Hotel 5 stelle a questo prezzo hanno dei servizi e attenzioni nettamente superiori, qui rapporto qualità/prezzo inesistente. Ristorante interno fa piatti che ci vuole la lente d’ ingrandimento per vedere cosa c’ è , prezzi esosi. Se avete un disagio o un esigenza tenetela per voi che si girano da l’ altra parte

This place is not a 5 star hotel. The view is the only thing that is nice. Terrible to find and a hassle to get to. There is nothing to do in the property. It is very far away from any activities you’d want to do in the coast. We arrived and immediately left. Did not get a courtesy from the hotel of the nights we did not use. Would 100% stay elsewhere for the price they charge.

Con: outdated rooms and facilities, toilet with yellow encrustations, two single beds instead of one king size bed in superior room and the pool was dirty and old, it is not a 5 star hotel as they claim at all - for 500.00 euro a night in august not worth it at all.
