I live in the neighborhood, through the years I've overlooked quite a bit from this place but today is the last straw. They sent a burnt pie and didn't send the sauces that we now have to pay extra for. They said they would send out another pie is 15 minutes that was 40min ago. People order food because they're hungry but they treat you like aminals and put a burnt pie in a box and send it off. Don't buy from them you will be very disappointed

Such a bad services I order food and after 1hour and 30 minutes waiting they said the order was cancelled because the were calling and no body answer I have one miss call that when I try to answer they hang up on me I try to call back nobody answer been a Dominos customer long time first and last time buying In this particular place because you don’t cancel an order just like that especially when is already paid my workers were waiting for no reason is about thanks to this place they eating lunch at 3:00 pm seriously

This place is ran by incompetent staff members. The cashier double charged my giftcard and a $12 purchase ended up being $24. When i showed them what was done wrong they claimed the card didnt have funds left so in order to get my food i had to pay $4 more.

When it comes to testing yourself on how far you’ve improved since your last anger-management class, Domino’s’ service really knows how to push the boundaries. They gave me the wrong pizza. So, like any reasonable human I patiently called only to be placed on hold for 5 mins while I was forced to eavesdrop to what sounded like the frontlines of the war in Ukraine. So, like any patience-tested human being, I called again. They told me to come back after 15 mins. So I did. Guess what? They had me wait another 15 mins when I got there. I mean you’d think they’d take extra care in not pissing you off more. But I guess that was the theme of the night. Now in all fairness this pizza smells so good in the car and I’d have to anger-eat another slice. I hate them more now for making me have extra unwanted calories.

I see they are not wearing globose while making pizza and very very bad area for food service they are not wash their hands after pizza if I get food poisoning definitely I’ll do action . Next time I never want to come that location for order pizza. Hope the owner of the dominos company will take action regarding for unhygienic conditions

Disappointed.Came home late from Thursday night football game. Hungry, Domino's pizza New Hyde Park, are the few restaurants open around the area. Ordered pizza and wings, $60 worth of food. The are all very low standard, pizza and wings are nasty. Certainly wouldn't recommend, or even go back. Done with Domino's.

Gave me the wrong toppings on my pizza. After calling multiple times they finally answered the phone, insisted they made the pizza correctly and implied I'm lying about a 10 bucks pizza. I even have pictures but they wanted me to bring the pizza in. The worst customer service I've experienced. Lots of other good pizza places around, will definitely not be returning here.

I ordered 2 Pie’s yesterday, plain Pie was disgusting the way it looked when we opened the box, looked so poofy...Black olives Pie was hard to even chew.after just one bite went into the garbage can. We ordered right there and waited and the Pie”s were cold in less then 5 minutes to home. Manager needs to act on this
