Food was good. Very crowded, but this is to be expected for the location. The elevator stopped working while I was there, but because they didn't put a sign up anywhere it forced people to crowd up and stand around waiting for an elevator that would never arrive. People had to use the stairs but for some customers this created a problem, due to disability, and due to having children in strollers, some huge and elaborate. Posting a sign telling everyone that the elevator is out of service would have been a tremendous help all around.

What is this portion?!?! Had the meal which included the regular mash potatoes which was also tiny. The whole meal felt like a snack. The flavor was good as always. You need to increase your portions asap.

I purchased two fish sandwiches, One classic fish with no pickles and one spicy fish sandwiches. This order was purchased to go. When I got home 3 hours later ready to sit down and enjoy Popeye's chicken sandwich, I was very disappointed to sink my teeth into a chicken sandwich not fish. When I try to call the restaurant back the number to not work. The person who served me is named Muhammad the date is Saturday February 28th 2026 in the time is 3:03 p.m. if you decide to purchase food from this location please check to make sure you are receiving the right items you're being charged the right price. I am very disappointed what the service I received.

Did a pick up order. Biscuits were old and burnt. Missing cocktail sauce for shrimp. Chicken was chewy. Red beans and rice were 95%rice with barely any red bean mix. Would not return to this location.

Honestly.. I wonder if franchise management is paying attention. The staff were arguing with each other and shouting, our order came wrong even though we explained it clearly, and the food was just average. It’s a shame for such a strong brand name not to have better quality control. Not clean at all too

I come to this Popeyes for many times . The stuff always get my food wrong, this time I asked for a manager and she started cursing and saying I’m wrong and then started to ignore me and left . Worst experience ever, they don’t accept their wrongs and blame it on the customers . My friends and me used to come regularly before at night time 1 am and it used to be good but now that I come day shift they literally made it intolerable for me to come .

This place does not honor online coupons or ordering anything through the app. They clearly had a lot of chicken tenders in the store, but even if I try to order without the coupon and pay full price, I couldn’t place the order. Additionally, they were unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwilling to fix the issue. Waste of time

Imagine ordering 3 types of wings and 1 portion of French fries. You choose 3 different sauces so the chicken won’t be so dry. And instead, you get 4 boxes of boneless wings with completely different flavors. They didn’t put the fries in, and there was no sauce at all. And of course, you only checked everything when you got home 😂 Just so you understand: the receipt attached to the bag is correct — exactly what I ordered. Buuuut they mixed everything up. How is that even possible? A mystery 😂😂😂

4 times I tried to come in for spicy chicken and 4 times they didn’t have any. They are severely understaffed. Close to 10 online orders on the counter not picked up and over a dozen customers in person waiting in line for their food. They don’t prioritize in restaurant customers. Why has there never been chicken at lunch time? EDIT: The useless AI response below does nothing to change anything. I’m dropping down one star

This is the 3rd in a row I have had an issue with this location. Today I ordered ahead, my order wasn't ready which wasn't big deal. But I had to wait 15min for my order. It was not crowded, I was not the only one thee who was having the same issue. My chicken did not taste as good as it usually tastes. And my macaroni & cheese was barely there and was clumped up when I put my fork in it to eat. 3 strikes for this location...I'm Done!!

Every single time I go there, something is missing. One time, the wrap were missing, the next time fries and most recently, I got 5 wings instead of 6. I figured 2 orders of chicken couldn’t be messed up, but nope! They apparently can’t count. Watch them like a hawk if you go.

They got my order wrong and refused to take my food and exchange it for the correct order. Eventually I got a refund back after a very long talk, and even then, there were hardly any tables to speak of and the ones that were available didn't have enough chairs for the family. Only 2 chairs instead of the usual 4. I would never come back here, EVER.

Went there after work around 6:00pm. Staff didn’t listen to us while we were ordering and turned around and packed delivery. I knew they would take wrong order and they did ! and didn’t even say sorry. What’s even worse is food was the worst fried chicken I ever had. Too dry and stone cold. If you want to try worst chicken and service, you can come here !

I just ordered a family meal from this location. Waited 45 minutes just to have the chicken under cooked / raw in the middle. The smell of the food after breaking the chicken apart to find out it's raw in the middle is nasty. I had blood leaking down the chicken. I lost my appetite. Won't visit Popeyes again! Or anyone I know after seeing the pictures below.
